My experience with luminous products are awesome. I love the quality of the product and how it feels on your skin.

I received my trial sample and the color is off a little bit. I contacted customer service and they are sending me a different color to try. Very helpful and happy with the service.

The customer service is very thoughtful and nice.I received a refund for a product that didn't work out for me quickly.

I love the spray on foundation. It brushes on flawlessly and lasts all day.

I love this product but I can't use it, it breaks my face out. I wish it didn't cuz it looks great on but I have sensitive skin so it just didn't work for me.

So here's what happened.
I ordered the 14-day trial. I didn't receive a confirmation text or email, but that's not the first time that's happened when trying something new, so I didn't think much about it since the $5 charge posted.
The next day, I get a reminder email that something was in my cart. So I go back and sure enough, the "trial" is there. I thought maybe I messed up, so I checkout again. I immediately receive a push-note that my $65 purchase was processing. I was like, "what the fox?" So I go back onto the site and when I tell you there is nary an option to communicate with anyone other than the Holy Ghost, believe me. No phone number. No email. Nothing. So I thought, "well, I'll just wait for it to come in the mail and I'll send it back." Somewhere on the other side they said, "we've got a live one here!" So they packed it all up in one envelope and shipped it to me with no way of knowing what is what. Now all I want to do is email to make sure I'm not going to get double-charged, but all I get is bots. So maybe don't do the trial. But about the product - it's waaaay too heavy - I got a pimple on the first touchdown of the applicator brush meeting the skin. I will not be making Influencer status with this product.

Everything is set up to insure quick and easy shopping, Great for people who don't want to waste their time I was skeptical about the transformations in the ads but I decided to give it a try and I was amazed by the way my fine lines and wrinkles were just washed away after applying the foundation. I am definitely pleased

Luminess has charged my debit account 100s of dollars and I have not received the first thg from them yet,,I placed my first order a month ago and I place the second order just days after if I had known I was never gonna receive the first order I would not have placed the second one for sure!

I ordered several products. Some I liked some I didn't... I like the foundation and concealer, and the palette and the sealant.

It was easy to use and felt nice and soft. I would recommend it to everyone.

Love the eye shadow, I have only used the spray foundation once so far but forgot to use the skin prep serum first so I going to try again this weekend. So far, it's not bad I just don't like the 48-year-old face wrangles under the foundation.
