The shipment arrived quickly. When I opened the package, the paper products were damp, but there were no leaks found in the products. Have not used the product as yet.
I got the wrong order on Feb 19, i emailed the customer service several times didn't get any response. Called for more than 5 times and was put on hold for an hour each time, but no response, I am very disappointed with the customer service, they keep sending me emails to buy more product but they can't respond to my email? I will never order any product from this company even though I like the product.
I found this product to be very cumbersome with all the different bottles of stuff. Also, the shade was too dark for my skin, and made my lines and wrinkles stand out. Please cancel my subscription. Thank you.

The airspray wasnt no where near a match to my skin color. It came out like a orange brown. The face palette wasn't colors that worked with my skin tone.
