Signed up for membership for recurring shipments and charges on try me program. Only wanted one time shipment of foundation and brush

Using your product while it is very easy didn't have the flawless coverage I expected.
I was skeptical about it I'd actually like Luminess. I'm not a makeup or hair gal. If I can't get it done quickly then I'm not messing with it. Luminess is easy to use and it doesn't take much time to do it either. The skin tone matched which I also was skeptical about. But overall it's been a great experience and I'd highly recommend this product.

I ended up making more than one of the same purchase because the interface between the internet browser and app didn't makeup. I'm sure it was operator error on that. So imagine my absolute joy when they all showed up! Lol

Not able to reach the company by phone. I never receive a call back from them. Only receive an email stating that I have to talk to them by phone to get a RA code number to return purchase and get a refund.
I have only used the product twice and i was happy and will try it again later this week.will keep you posted
Quick delivery So far it has been a wonderful product. I do not wear a lot of makeup, so this was a great surprise.
