I only gave 1 star because I had to put something. I ordered a dress from this site. It was a totally different color and the top part of the dress was totally different. It looked cheap. I asked for a refund and they told me they would credit me $18 of the 40 dollars. They also said " occasionally, there could be some slight difference between the picture and the actual item"... well I don't want the item if it is not exactly what I see! I informed them i would like a complete refund and they told me I would have to pay for shipping it back to them. My sister in law had the same experience... the dresses are beautiful in the pictures but when you get them they are nothing like the picture! Don't be fooled by the pictures! This dress was for my baby shower and now with my baby shower being a week a way I have to try and find something else! Its false advertisement at its best

I ordered two dresses from here loving the look of them & purchased them. A couple minutes later I saw that I had changed my mind because I found some other dresses that I loved better and thought to myself that's okay I can just cancel it before they even process it. Well I was unable to do that, I couldn't login to my account to cancel my order and the only customer service email they have is one that you have to compose a new message every day for someone to reach back to you. I have sent many emails saying that I wanted to cancel and on their website it says you can within 24hrs to receive full refund. They CONTINUOUSLY keep asking me to keep my order and are disregarding everything I say in my email about wanting to cancel. Any pregnant mommas out there, stay away from this website. I've heard horrible things about the quality too.

Ordered 2 dresses for my baby shower. Received the dresses and they are TRASH. Cheap, see through material on the first dress and it was being sold as maternity but barely fits over my belly. The second dress was literally like bathing suit coverup. It was lace see through with no slip underneath so if I wanted to wear it I would have to buy a slip or have something custom made. When I emailed to return they kept asking for pictures as proof. I Sent proof of their garbage product and their reply was "Due to how expensive shipping is and length of time, they would refund me $26 and I should have a slip made for under the dress". When I asked for a full refund they sent me the return information TO CHINA and included they didn't accept UPS, FedEx or DHL as return couriers! Waste of $85! TOTAL RIPOFF!

This website is horrible, the customer service is BAD, they lie in your face and don't care. I bought 2 or 3 dresses from the website and did not receive them, I ordered them for my pregnancy pictures. When the date was close I kept on checking my email my mail and nothing would come in, then I decided to contact them. They said it was out of stock and that I had to wait. They kept taking long so I contacted them again and asked for my money back and they said they would send it back to the account. Days passed and nothing happened I called again and the answer was always the same. This is why my advice to you mamma is to skip them no mater what there are other websites Bette than this one. ALSO if I would give them 0 starts o would.

I ordered my merchandise and it was about 3 weeks when I finally decided to contact lukalula. It was almost impossible to send a message through their Contact Us due to their Captcha not working properly. Honestly, I can't even tell you how I finally got through because it was set up almost so that you couldn't send ANYTHING to them. Then, they reply with some generic templates that are absolutely useless. I end up filing a dispute through my bank, which lukalula fights against and does not honor, so I've been robbed of $120. Horrible experience with this company and all I wanted was maternity clothes.

If i could have given this company negative stars I would! I tried to cancel my order 2 hours after I placed it. My bank called me and warned me it was a scam. They miraculously said they could not give me a tracking number due to Covid but it had shipped and they could not return my order or refund me at that time. They have sent me multiple emails stating they will refund me after I reported them to the FTC and to the International trade commission. I'm not done pursuing getting my money back. Please don't waste your time and money buying anything from this company! SCAM SCAM SCAM!

I wish I would have done more research and seen all the reviews looks like everyone has the same problem I did. I ordered a dress for my maternity pictures paid xtra for faster delivery. And I never got a confirmation nothing, they took the $ out of my acct and that was it. Each time I go on there BS website to try and get ahold of someone the message never gos through, I used there info to send them a message through my email and each time a different person will reach out and all said the same thing that it shipped but it's on hold dude to virus thing. I asked for them to cancel my order and I was told they can't because the order has shipped however when I used the number they had to track it, it states that nothing has shipped all they did was send shipping info but post office is waiting for them to send the package for them to deliver so all they got was the paperwork started. So when I messaged them that I had that info and want my order cancelled they never responded. It's a SCAM please do not buy from them.
