I bought 2 dress and headband for maternity shoot I haven't received since June 26 today is august 10 I contact customer service I was told they going to refund me till now I haven't heard back from them
I ordered a dress &didn't get a confirmation email &could not contact anyone. The money was taken from my bank account &when i tried to cancel my order their website took me nowhere. So i got robbed out of 50$ that i could have spent somewhere else. Do not order from here
I placed an order on July 5th. Today is August 6th and still have not received my package. It is very difficult to get a response from customer care. Definitely a language barrier. I've wrote them a few times and they don't address the issue.
I wish I would've been smarter and done my research on this company, while their website is filled with so many beautiful clothes that makes you so quick/eager to spend your money the clothes are NOT why you're ordering. It's been two days since I got my order that took literally 3 months(even with Covid going on that's an insane amount of time In my opinion.) i immediately threw them in garbage that's how bad they were, wouldn't have even donated to goodwill that's how bad they were. It was so disappointing too because I spent $100, and I was really hoping to fall in love with the items.
I wish I would've taken photos for y'all there's a girl on YouTube who actually did a video of her order where she shows the clothes she ordered vs the clothes she got and OMG...
Ordered two dresses. They did not ship within the stated time. When I contacted them to cancel my order (they're overseas btw) they stalled offering a bogus $7 credit. Then they sent me a shipping number and claimed they could not refund because it had suddenly shipped. When dresses finally arrived 8 days late, the quality is so bad it looks like something I made in my garage. Not worth $2 much less $40
Unfortunately I didn't look up reviews before I purchased but it's completely a scam site. Bought a dress, it never came in. When I went to contact customer service the only option is to email but it's actually made impossible. It has you enter a code to ensure you're not a robot and won't accept any of the attempts- always will say invalid. There's also a tab to just completely cancel the order and it says it emails you a code which you have to re-enter Into their site and that's a lie too. It's impossible to contact someone or get your money back once you've been tricked by them. It's unfortunate that they're taking advantage of expectant moms. Maternity photos are something we look forward to.
I did not read the reviews before purchasing and was also scammed with this website. There is no contact information for this company and they never send a confirmation email. I'm trying to report them to the better business bureau because at this point, this is definitely a scam. Ordered a few items about 3 weeks ago and they took their money from my account but I haven't received anything. This company is disgusting and I'm going to actively work on getting them shut down. Whoever wrote good reviews about this company works for this company because I'm pretty sure this company doesn't actually exist. They give you these fake $#*! order numbers but this doesn't mean anything. I only got this because I screen shot them when I make purchases online.
Do not order from them! They canceled my order without giving me my refund. They sent an email telling me to choose between a coupon and a refund. When replaying with the refund option, it took me a filed claim with pay pal for them to respond to me. Even then they did not address anything I had asked and told me to contact the bank for any information? They did not refund me nor make any sense of the situation.
Ordered a dress weeks ago for maternity pictures. Never received the dress, couldn't contact customer service, absolutely nothing! Haven't been able to take my pictures for waiting on this dress that obviously is never coming. Will never make that mistake again. Do not buy anything from this company
I ordered a maternity sundress super cute and kinda short for the Daily 100+ heat of Texas. I ordered it June 10th for 22$ and some change. As of today, July 14th, it is STILL Unshipped and there is no where to cancel my order or get a refund. Now 22$ isn't that much to be concerned about but that is 22$ I can be using for diapers! Somebody tel me how to get my money back!

Ordered and charged for 3 items for trip and still says unshipped almost a month later. No response from 3 times contacting customer service through their site and no phone number even available to call.
It's been nearly 1mnth I ordered 3items from them worth dollar 99,, maternity gown, tiara and Tshirt but they did not deliver my maternity gowns, I tried to contact them emailed them but no reply. Worst site ever. Please do not buy from them
I have been trying to reach someone for over 6 weeks as I never received my dress I purchased April 30th. There no phone number and I have sent numerous messages through there portal. Very frustrating and sounds like I'm not the only one! Total scam.
I ordered dresses for a maternity photo shoot with expedited shipping. It has now been over a month and I have yet to receive the dresses or any truthful responses from the company. I requested a refund last week, but was told I could not be refunded because the dresses have been shipped out, yet there is no movement on the tracking number! I'm not sure I will ever receive the dresses or a refund! Do not waste your money!
Please dont order from this company. The site is misleading. There are endless pics of beautiful maternity photoshoot gowns for what seems to be reasonable prices. But dont be fooled. First I purchased from this site in April and it is now June and still no shipment. The orders goes through a company called Orderplus. I never received shipping information from this company. Tried contacting the merchant at but no response. Bottom line in my opinion this company takes advantage of expecting mothers. Pregnany Photos are special and dear to us moms. We plan for months and then the day comes and we dont have our beautiful gowns that were promised. Dont be misled. I would recommend ordering from sexymama maternity. I found a beautiful gown received on time and they gave me excellent customer service. Also they are in the US. Good luck!
I can't believe I didn't read the reviews and have been patiently waiting for my maternity clothes to come in. This place is terrible for scamming pregnant women and I hope karma bites them hard.
I ordered three dresses from this company over a year ago now, I spent weeks and weeks trying to get ahold of someone to assist me with locating the dresses i order or a refund and no I mean NO ONE answered me back for weeks finally I got an email stating that my dresses were out of stock and to please select other choices... after waiting for weeks I decided to ask for the refund just like before waited for a response for weeks and still to this day nothing. Ladies do no order anything from this company! EVER I wasted $300.00 on dress that never came and when i asked for a refund i got nothing not even a person I could speak to about the situation. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PEOPLE! They should be ashamed of themselves!
I emailed them requesting a full refund and my email bounced back "Message wasn't delivered to *******@lukalula.com because the address couldn't be found or is unable to receive emails. THIS IS A SCAM! NEGATIVE 0 stars if I could.
