The email they sent me had my address on it. Saying they sent it to that address. But when I tracked the item, it was only sent to a city. Not a street address, and it wasn't even my city. So it was sent back to the post office! They told me to contact the Post Office gave me a phone number. Which I then called. What's having too many issues with the phone service? Saw I used the link they offered to do it online instead. It asked me for my tracking number. Told me I can't do anything without the tracking number. I found the tracking number on my receipt. Invalid tracking number! Now I want to cancel my order. But I can't because it's being shipped to me already.! Lol Too much of a hassle! Honestly, I feel like I'm getting scammed right now. And i'm never gonna get the dress, especially before my wedding. Guess I'll wait the 72 hours to see if I get a response That's not a generic response That doesn't help me like the last one. Telling me something I already know.

Ordered dress for my wife.
Came after the occasion.
Yet to open and asked for return.
They are giving me options to accept 39$ and dress.
I made payment of 129$.

Do not buy at this site! It's a scam! They canceled my order and never refunded my back despite of multiple emails saying they were going to. Don't waste your time, money and patience with this website! Just don't!

Scam site. They steal my photos from reputable designer brand Reclamation. They have been doing it for years

Do not buy from this website. What I received is not what I saw online. I tried to contact the company to return the dress but received no reply. It's been over 14 days. The front of the dress looks NOTHING like the online picture. The back of the dress on the website has a train and buttons down the back. This dress you sent me, has a zipper, no train and the zipper is broken. ORD-*******

I ordered 3 different dresses- one of which I never even received (got an email a week later it was sold out) the other 2 that I finally received after 3 weeks were nothing like the pictures and not quality dresses at all. After contacting customer service to get a refund they stated I would have to pay to ship them back which I agreed to. The address they told me to ship them to I did and sent them the tracking number saying they had been delivered and now they are telling me they were sent to the wrong address and they cannot refund me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I ordered 3 dresses and only got 2. The 2 that I got were very poor quality and not worth their prices at all. There's no one to contact about returns or refunds either. They don't have a phone number and the emails come back as "non deliverable."

I made a PayPal and credit card dispute bc I got ripped off!

I ordered a dress from this website and it came within a decent time period but it was a whole other product than what I ordered and when I tried to go through the website for a refund the link wouldn't validate. I had to create a conflict through PayPal and the seller offered a partial refund for me to keep the product or a full refund minus the cost of shipping that I'd have to spare at my suspense to send it to a manufacturer. BEWARE of this site, it is super sketchy!

I made a purchase on 13/02 and I received an email saying the order wasn't placed.
So, I checked my credit card and the transaction wasn't there at that moment. So on 17/02, I placed a second order with the same items.
I've just checked my credit card again and there are actually 2x transactions (the first one wasn't there in the first place, and after receiving emails saying my order wasn't complete, I did make a second order).
Now I have 2x the same dresses and double payments for the same items.

They "don't find" my order numbers, even though I provided print screens of emails, proof of purchase, and photos of the same dresses delivered twice, etc, etc.

All I wanted was to return 2x dresses, as I don't need 2x of the same and receive my refund for those items. They did not try to help me at all. It was the second purchase I did with them, and I was willing to keep buying, but after all this mess and no resolution from their side,

I order from this site (LUKALULA.COM) assuming it was legitimate. I did read return policy which specified returns are accepted within 30 days.
I ordered two dresses in a size small. Minutes later I receive an email confirmation indicating the dresses I order were XL and 2XL. I immediately reached out at *******@lukalula.com (no phone number) and received an automated response that the items were already shipped- with a smiley face for that matter. It was literally less than an hour after order was placed. I waited for arrival, which was delayed, and about 16 days later the two dresses arrive that are completely different dresses and sizes from what I ordered. I requested a full return, they request I take a photo of items, I submitted photos of the unworn, unwashed, unopened dresses and then they responded and said they are non-refundable and offered a voucher instead. I did not want a voucher and now filing a claim with my bank. Save your time and stay far away from this Lukalula.com website. I made the mistake for you. Oh, you also get a separate foreign transaction fee from Hong Kong. Smh.

I should have looked at the reviews here before buying from this company. The dresses came in and they're very low quality and not what's pictured on their site. Hopefully I can get a refund but the wording on their policy is sketchy. Don't buy from here!

Website states refunds are easy however, I confirmed my dress was returned at the end of October 2022. November 11,2022. I was told a refund of almost $64 would be processed between 7 to 10 business days. Now at the 90 day marker, and still no refund. Very dissatisfied. With customer service and their falsely advertised refund process. Would state unless you have the money to just throw away, don't buy from them!

Do NOT waste your time and money on these ppl. It's sad they're scamming pregnant women. The product is nothing like the picture and there is no return/refund even tho it clearly says you can. Pls be careful

I tried to look for maternity dresses in the internet and the items on this website occupies almost everything when you search. I have ordered even with large amount of shipping just so i can receive the item but the item was not sent because it is out of stock and only sent a headband which is not even close as advertised that cost me $90. A TOTAL SCAM. DONT BIY

I don't even wanna give 1 star, I wanna give them minus. I ordered dress for my baby shower and the dress was like cheap material and looked like it was not even $5 dress, less than that I can tell. That dress was not even maternity dress, it was simple $2 dress. Their return policy is so bogus that they don't give you their number or return address and forced you to not return it and continuously giving you options for credit and other options. Like after 20 or so emails, I got return address and that's not the end of the story. I had to pay for shipping for return plus they didn't even refund me full amount. How pathetic this store is. Customer service don't look like they care about anything or they wanna help you, they just try to trick you. I will never ever buy from this store and suggest everyone to not buy from this store ever.

I ordered 3 dresses, and only kept 1. I returned the two and did as they asked and still have not receive the refund! Do not order from this site! Return process was also a nightmare, had to pay shipping, email them tracking and also email them a copy of my receipt for buying the shipping label!

This may be the first time I post a review about clothing and I'm doing so because of how disappointing my purchase was. The dress I got fit HORRIBLY. I ordered the size I normally wear and the dress was suppose to be a body hugger and compliment the baby bump… and let me tell you, ain't NOTHING complimenting about this dress! I actually laughed as I put it on. I'm not sure who these nursing bras were made for, but it definitely isn't a medium sized person. Do not waste your money on this site.
