I ordered 2 dresses from this Lukalula for a wedding. Horrible tailoring and quality! I have been in correspondence with this company for the better half of a week. I got their attention only AFTER I threatened to report them to the BBB... but the BBB only deals with the US and Canada. This company is UK based and has a warehouse in China. I found the UK equivalent to the BBB called the Trading Standards Office https://www.gov.uk/find-local-trading-standards-office and filed a complaint there. They finally agreed to give a refund, but only AFTER I send back the product, but Lukalula REFUSES to pay the shipping fee back to china of $35-58... Absolutely ridiculous! At this point, I wouldn't hold my breath on getting any money back at all but I'm pissed and they need to be reprimanded.

I paid 45$ for an express shipping, not only I didn't receive $#*!, the order number doesn't work!
I had to call my bank to report the purchase!

Do not order from this company. This is a scam. They offered a $16 refund for a $78 order. The pictures other reviewers have posted of the cheap products that look nothing like the photos on the website are accurate. This is not even worth keeping as a Halloween costume. It's too frightening.

STAY AWAYYY from LUKALULA online store. I am another trying to WARN from buying. The pictures are NOTHING of what they send. Material is so cheap and they arrive from China. They do not refund items either! I have been trying to send them emails to the email they provide on their website but still haven't received a return label! IDK what else to do at this moment. Other than NOOO DO NOT BUY FROM LUKKALULA!

They are selling very low quality clothing that you hardly even see at Walmart. I requested a return for my first order, the return policy seems very easy, but unfortunately I had to back and force with them so many times, they will request SKU or SPU for the returning items that I've never heard about and they are not even on the order detail. They also offered me to keep the orders with $37 partial refund out of $120. I refused it, because I'll never wear them anyway. AND! I got the email from them as the pic that I posted on. They gave me a China address to send the orders back! What a nasty company. They have never mention that on their return polity. Now I have to pay about 100 bucks for a return. It's ridiculous! With this kind of customer service, I'm sure they will loose their business soon.

Absolutely horrendous quality and customer service! It is unbelievably infuriating how much of a scam this company is, please, whatever you do, please avoid purchasing ANYTHING! You have been warned, trust me!

I spent $109 on four dresses - I never received an email confirmation, a tracking number, or an order confirmation. No response from company. Submitted fraud charge through my bank. Unclear if I'll get my money back.

I ordered two dresses for baby shower and after more than a months of waiting they arrived after baby shower date mentioned to them ahead of the time. The shipping times came out to be more than double than listed on their website. Further, the size of one dress came in XL instead of M and I asked for return label. The customer service requested to ship it back at my cost. Overall, quality of the dresses is very bad, cheap synthetic and does not look like on the picture. Trying to dispute it with my cc company as i do not want to pay any more money for something that is total scam.

Please do not order anything off of their website. It's a scam! Shipping takes months, by the time you receive your order it would be too late to even wear it and the dress I received did not look the same in pictures. I tried to make a return but they told me it was too late since one of my order had been shipped and that they would give me a coupon for my next purchase which I will not be using... I wish I looked into reviews before ordering. What a waste of money. Now I'm stuck with this flimsy material dress and $100 something I will not be getting back. I am also still waiting for my other dress to ship...

Unfortunately I made the mistake of not reading reviews first! I received my order and it looks like I could of gone to spotlight amd sewed some curtains together and being a maternity dress it didn't even fit over my baby bump when I emailed asking for am address to refund the dress they offered me $13 and to keep the dress (I paid $65) after telling them I'd rather a full refund as I will get no use out of the dress they never replied to my emails!

I didn't want to put one star... they took my money never gave me my order & I went through PayPal to have action against them & basically PayPal didn't get my money back & said it was my fault. So I lost out on money & maternity dress for my baby shower & PayPal is horrible as well. Please watch out before buying anything from here they should be shut down it's a SCAM!

I should have read the reviews before to buy from them. It is The worst online shopping experience I ever had! One of my item sold as maternity dress is actually a regular dress. I ordered 5 articles, one never arrived, I received something else totaly different who looks a lot cheaper and they refuse to refound me for what I didn't get, even want me to pay myself to send back the wrong article! SO BAD. And the quality of the clothes is bad as well.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I would have rate them 0 if it was possible!

Lukalula is the biggest scam! I offer the same story as the other consumers on this site. My order was made a month before I was due thinking that should be plenty of time to receive my order...(Amazon you spoil us). I hounded them through email (the only way to communicate) and after a week they responded saying the order had already been shipped and there was nothing they could do. I made a complaint to my bank to stop payment but cancelled it because their tracking site showed it was in Georgia. It took 10 days for me to receive it! Talk about the pony express... this was more like a snail's express. My mistake I should have kept the complaint open.
The other issue, BIG issues I have was that I ordered three dresses, was charged for three, and only received two. I've sent them four emails for a refund but if I have to pay for shipping I will be better off just keeping them. As far as quality... poor quality, not even worth the dresses on sale. I hate I lost $60 but in the end, I'm glad I only lost $60.
PLEASE if you are reading this or any of the other comments on this website believe them and don't make an order with Lukalula, they will take your money and you'll not hear from them!

This is definitely a scam and here's how it worked, in my case: I ordered two dresses and I only received one. I had to ask them to send the second dress. Then I received a completely (hideous) different dress and I let them know right away. I asked them to send the dress they missed and the part that is most frustrating is that they won't acknowledge that request even when you repeatedly ask. Instead, you'll be told the refund channel is closed and they offer you a ten dollar coupon to use on their website. I told them I never asked for a refund, I asked for them to send the dress, several times. And each time I would receive the same response (that the refund channel is closed and they can give you a ten dollar coupon) but each time from a different customer service agent.

And the one item I received that was correct was terrible quality and cut.

DON'T GET ROBBED FROM THIS WEBSITE!

By mistake I ordered the same thing 2 times... each time I was sent the wrong item and the wrong size! They will not refund my money! Do not order from them! TERRIBLE

I mad because I order 2 dresses from there for my baby shower and it never came until 2 days after and I text the people and they send it was gonna be here before the baby shower but it didn't and today 2 dresses came 2 days after my baby shower and I thought it was the ones I ordered but no it was 2 dresses that was a whole different colors and the sizes was way to big im never ordering from here again I'm so passed

Terrible! I wish I had searched for reviews before spending my money on their CRAPPY clothes! This is the cheapest material (so scratchy -- makes me think of burlap when I touch it!) and the worst company ever! Don't spend your money there!

Really dissatisfied with the products I received. They are not what is shown in the pictures, the materials are totally wrong to what was in the picture and the color as well. And I haven't received everything I ordered. Dresses came in late as well not as advertised on their website. It's bull$#*!. Now I have my baby photoshoot and nothing decent to wear. This is such a scam and waste of time. Better to thrift shop...

I ordered a maternity dress from this site because they had a dress that looked nice, and despite the reviews, I thought, "how bad could it be?" Well, now I can tell you - absolutely has been a nightmare. They are the shadiest company I have every dealt with. When they did not provide a tracking number or order status after over 2.5 weeks, I sent 3 emails but got no reply. When it was obvious that the maternity dress was still not shipped and it would arrive much later than my maternity photoshoot date, I sent another email asking them to cancel my unshipped order. No response. Sent another 2 follow ups. Finally someone responded just to say that instead of canceling the order like I asked, they will offer me an extra voucher if I go through with the order. I said no thank you and asked them to cancel. Another few days go by, and I send another follow up. They replied with another voucher offer. Why is it so hard to just cancel an order? Their business practice is shady AF. They purposely string you along until the order ships and then you are stuck with the dress whether you like it or not (since you have to pay shipping back to them for a product you don't want). Absolutely ridiculous customer service.

2 of the 3 dresses I ordered arrived. I am including side by side comparisons of the two that arrived from my order. The images on the left are what I ordered, the ones on the right is what I received. As you can see, they look nothing at all like what I ordered. I reached out to the business and asked for a full refund, I have not received it yet. The dresses are complete garbage save your money and buy from a reputable company. The reviews on their website are fake. I submitted my review, and its no where to be found.
