Does not look or fit like the picture. I was a little skeptical because of the site and price, but the reviews were really good, so I gave it a shot. Dress is, not at all, like the pictures. Doesn't have pattern in the front, made from a uniform floral pattern that kind of resembles a tablecloth, and the bust area is way too high and small. Dress drags quite a bit and the slit on one side goes up extremely high. Also wasn't satisfied with the customer service, as I emailed them immediately after saying I ordered a small and would need a medium. Three days later I got the response it was already shipped. The small fits extremely large, anyway. Overall, not satisfied with the product and would not recommend, unfortunately.

This company stated that they will accept returns if you are not satisfied with your item. However, you will need to email them to request for refund. When I did that, they did not offer the refund and offer a voucher for 28% of what I pay for and told me to keep the item. It took two emails to get a response and it was very unprofessional. I would stay away from buying from this online company.

They put a note inside your package stating 'if you're not happy let us know and we will make things right'. Their way of making things right, is not to refund you but offer you a voucher towards another piece of crap item. They are an absolute JOKE and should be embarassed by the way they run their 'company'.

The dresses that were bought here on from www.popopie.com material is terrible. I have asked to return the dresses and have not got a respond, other then the dresses have been shipped. Before they were shipped I tried to cancel.

Oh my gosh I Wish There was a 0 star rating. Please do not buy anything from this company. They are fraudulent. I have requested to return and be refunded for a dress which I received that looks nothing like shown on picture and I have been fobbed off severally with an insulting offer of £9 voucher in place of my full refund. I have contacted them severally and they now ignore my msgs to make me give up. I will be escalating the matter as this is fraud.

PLEASE DO NOT FALL VICTIM OF THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Do not buy anything from them. See images of the dress to know how terribly poor the quality looks.

I ordered an article of clothing in a small but they sent me a medium. I contacted them asking if I could send it back and have them send me the correct size. They responded back just telling me to send it back and they would refund me the amount when they received it. I had to email them at least 3-4 times to clarify that i wasn't looking for a refund but an exchange, because I did still want the item I just wanted it in the correct size and to confirm that they would pay for the shipping, since it was their error. Each time it took a couple days for them to respond so by this time it was almost two weeks later and they said that no, they would not pay for the shipping. So instead they just refunded my money and i had to keep the item which is huge and I have no use for. So now, if i wanted to order the correct size again (and risk them sending the incorrect size again? Um. No thank you!) I would have to pay for shipping AGAIN. Makes absolutely no sense. All emails were clearly auto generated because they likely have no one who speaks english working there. I was extremely unhappy with the service. It is ridiculous that they were able to get away with that, it would be one thing if i didn't like the item or if it's didn't fit, but THEY sent the WRONG size and would not even apologize, take ownership of that or rectify the situation. I would NEVER order from them again.

I would advise to read the reviews before ordering. This site is very bad. No one responds to you if you send them message. Their site has options to send message, track and cancel but its all a scam. Nothing works.

I wish I had of seen these reviews before ordering. I'm so disappointed. First, I contacted them asking where my order was since it was still saying not received by shipper (after the guaranteed delivery date). They then cancelled half of my order but sent me an email stating they cancelled my entire order but only refunded me for one dress and nothing for the shipping difference. I started a dispute through paypal. I then received email after email requesting me to close the dispute so that they can "help solve the problem". Was told the one dress was still on the way. I refused to close the paypal dispute until I received my dress. Just received the dress a week after this and it is a total scam. The dress I received is nothing like the photo they advertise and is such cheap quality. They also sent me the incorrect size. After reading these reviews, I now see that I probably won't even get any money back and will in fact need to pay shipping to return it even though their website states you only pay shipping once. Hoping paypal can help in some way… DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! ** Update: after opening a dispute through PayPal and going back and forth with lukalula, I actually received a full refund. They tried to say I needed to pay the shipping but I took screenshots of their policy stating otherwise and they stopped replying and did an immediate refund. If you purchased through PayPal and it's still within 30 days, definitely open a dispute!

So I received my order today and I am beyond utterly disappointed. This piece of material is nothing like what the photo looked like at all, it looks like someone made the dress from a curtain. I paid almost $100 for the dress and shipping for my maternity photo shoot and this is terrible. The quality of the fabric looks like it cost $2 to make.
DO NOT spend your money with this business.

I gave 2 stars since the 2 dresses and 1 hair flower decoration turned out to be pretty decent after waiting for around 5 weeks of shipping. Deducted 3 stars from that I got ZERO communications from the shop and that was a big part of ordering. There was no even confirmation email whatsoever after placing an order. I found this review website on the next day since I was trying to figure out and got so worried that I might got scammed. I contacted the bank to dispute the transaction and received a letter from the bank later that they actually replied to the bank that the items were shipped. They should have replied to me instead! So it meant the return and exchange policies on their website are NOT existing.

I purchased a dress and payed for express shipping. It came later than advertised for regular shipping, I had to contact Lukalula twice during this time to ensure they had the correct shipping address and both times got two replies which were not relevant at all to what I was asking. When I finally did receive my dress I realised what shocking quality it was, nothing like the pictured dress. I have emailed Lukalula twice asking for a refund and have gotten no replied to either of them.

I wish I would have seen these reviews before ordering from them! If I could give any advice it would be to stay far away from this site. The dress I received was terrible and not at all what was pictured on the site. When I asked for a refund, they basically offered me everything BUT a full refund. $20 voucher and I keep the dress, then $17 refund and again I keep the dress. I paid over $70 including shipping for something that looks like a flat sheet with some lace on it. Why the heck would I want to keep it?! Terrible product and even worse customer service. Do not waste your time! I've added pictures of the dress I ordered and what I received as reference.

I ordered a few dresses and after reading reviews tried to cancel and they gave me the run around. Once I received the dresses over a month later, the quality was not great and extremely overpriced for what they sell. The pictures are not the real reflection of what the dresses actually look like!

Lukalula is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. The only smooth part of the transaction was when they charged my card for the items— which arrived late because the bathing suits and other items are shipped straight from China. So of course, I was very disappointed that the suits didn't come in time for my babymoon, but I figured I could at least return them (this was May 2021).

I emailed them for instructions on how to proceed with the return since the items arrived AFTER my vacation and I no longer had use for them— naturally, I provided my order number, but for some reason that wasn't enough! They wanted the item number of each item I order …which you'd think would be tied to the order number! I think their strategy is to get the customer to do extra leg work in hopes that the customer will get lazy and drop the whole return thing.

Anyhow, after going back and forth, several times, they finally provided a return address— to CHINA! Not a cheap return—$55!

Time goes by, I have my sweet DD and am quite distracted, but a few weeks ago I start thinking, did I ever get that refund?! And as if the universe heard… A package…from China arrives on my doorstep, stamped with return to sender… it was the SWIMSUITS…so I guess that answers my refund question:/

As far as the quality of the swim suits—awful! Sizes were all off.

Save your money and sanity! Pay a little more for quality clothes that at least ships from the U.S.

I'd rather make my own clothes, before I spend a penny more with them.

I have purchased this dress from the lukalula website where the dress did not fit me properly and wanted to return. They only have point of contact via email and the customer support is so disappointing and unsatisfactory. They are asking me if I could keep the dress and they would give me $20 for the dress that I purchased for $75. And each day they send one email with bargaining the refund amount and not taking back the dress.

This website is a scam! Don't waist your time, I ordered a baby shower dress a month ago! MIND YOU I PAIED $60 & Never received the dress, updates or a confirmation number! I tried to contact them and no one will respond to me! I tried to request refund and it don't let me move forward with my request they won't give me my money back! I tried to cancel my order and it tells me i haven't placed an order yet! Don't waist your time or money on this site! I'm very disappointed! SCAMMING WEBSITE

I have been sending you emails from last 2 weeks no reply can you let me know where is my parcel or I have to contact someone else to make sure I have not wasted my money in scam. I didn't get any confirmation of my order and now no reply. Very bad

As i was really worried by reading the comments and was one of those who thought that i will never receive anything! But i did receive my dress within a month.
Before we order something'its already mentioned that due to Covid protocols the delivery could take little longer.
I actually received the same thing as in the picture.and in a very good quality.
I am very much satisfied
