Ordered a GE 21.3 cubic foot freezer from Lowe's on 8/19, on 9/1 I got a call that the freezer would be delivered between 930 and 130 on 9/2. It did not come and I was told it was not put on the truck. And when I went over to Lowe's I was told that it was being shipped on 9/12. But my receipt said delivery date was 9/2. Then they delivered a crushed freezer on 9/10. Then told me they had none in stock and could not order one. When I pressed the store manager he told me he would call me on 9/12 by noon, but had someone who knew nothing about the situation call me at 330. Then I found out that on 9/11 they had put a refund back on my Lowe's card" Because i had paid the Lowe's card off on 9/8" which now they tell me I cannot get my money back for 3 weeks. Needless to say I will never step foot in a Lowe's store in my life.

Purchased a dryer. Salesperson said current pedestal would fit new dryer. Nope. Delivery person said it wouldn't fit. I told them to take it back until I could then purchase a new pedestal. I TOLD the salesperson, Christine, that they took the dryer back because I had no where to put it and don't know how to install it myself. Pedestal purchased and scheduled for delivery. I plan to be available a second time. They only deliver the pedestal not the actual dryer. Now I need to be available a THIRD day. Sheer incompetence! I will not buy from them again. This was a $1000 purchase. I expect better.

They don't care about their customers.
Lowes recently implemented a no return/no exceptions policy after 90-days from purchase after I had purchased more tile than I needed for a project (everyone does this when redoing tile). They have always taken back excess tile in the past for store credit or refund, but now won't do that any more, even after I was told that I could return at the time of purchase.
To find this out I have now loaded and unloaded the excess tile from my truck 4 times because I got the store and they weren't able to help me and I had to bring the tile home again.
What a stupid corporate policy.
They have a very slim timeline now to correct this and possibly keep me as a customer otherwise it will easily cost them multiple times what the excess tile is worth from my lost business, bad reviews and telling my business, friends and family not to shop there any more.
They need to take care of their customers if they want to keep them.

Lowe's online delivery dates are lies. We attempted to buy four different appliances and each time the delivery date was two weeks out. Two lhours later we received notices that the delivery was estimated 6-8 weeks later. Clearly a fraudulent attempt to get to buy and then be happy with long delivery dates. The lesson: buy from small locally owned appliance stores. You'll pay a little bit more, but will get your purchase in days not weeks or months.

Lowe's is a brand that I tend to trust. So when I saw "Clearance Sale" with the Lowe's logo, I took a look. I paid for a lawn mower that was "Clearance Priced". Haven' gotten my lawn mower yet. I probably got ripped off. I take full responsibility. I'm not blaming anyone (except the thieving bastards who posed as the brand I trust). If you want to be a trusted brand, you must protect that brand so that no one can pose as you! If you see the Lowe's brand associated with "https://bedstockclearance.com/
" it's a scam! Lesson learned the hard way!

I return a light to Lowe's the cs lady right away if you don't have the box I can't help you I bought the light in July i returned it in sep i have the receit I will not seve a light box for more than a week it wasn't even the price of the light it's the principle so she called JESSE the manager who don't have people skills he just said we don't arry that light that's a home depot product he tyrn his back on me and on his way he go that was it like I have the LOWE'S receipt and he has the nerve to tell me that's a home depot light and that was it he is the worst manager and customer service I ever experienced this happened at LOWE'S IN PICO RIVERA ON WASHINGTON BLVD

Poor buying experience

After being a long time customer of Lowes and my buying experience of buying a refrigerator left me not wanting to shop there anymore. Their is a lack of communication between the different levels from the store to the delivery.

No accountability

Ordered a gazebo from Lowe's could have ordered from multiple sources but choose Lowes because I thought they would be more reliable and accountable. Had to call in because their tracking system only says out for delivery nothing more very poor system.
They missed delivery date and said it would be another week.
Understood but I will be out of town that week and there is no one to receive delivery.
They first said I can cancel and it will take 10 days for refund lady was very nice. I asked for her supervisor and she told me no refund they can't cancel and I can reject when they deliver. I won't be here and will not have any phone reception where I'm going. I was told since I order online Lowes has no control of process.
Sorry feel like that's a handy excuse for no accountability. Done with Lowes. I know this is the new reality or is it. I have to say Amazon has always been accountable and diligent in handling my orders

Worst Delivery ever/ Damaged property

The worst delivery we ever had, delivery was two hours late drive doesn't speak English at all unpacked my refrigerator outside in street didn't give me any of the refrigerator paperwork or instructions, and left the refrigerator without any stand underneath of it, we called customer service after so long on hold the representative couldn't get a hold of the driver so received the refrigerator after two hours called again because it was missing the stand so the representative said someone will come today and fix it so two unprofessional guy came in and they damaged my brand new floor and talking back to me that I'm not his mom, which kind of a service it is that your people is damaging my floor and telling me that it happened, management has to pay for it because I'm coming to the store to return the refrigerator and get my money back and management has to pay for my damaged floor

Scammed by big business

You read and hear about elderly being scammed by individuals and fake companies, but this elderly veteran got scammed by a large company named LOWE'S!
They sold me on a job I really didn't need, used a FRADULENT permit to do the job. Refused to take equipment back and refund my money after I lost a sale on my home. They ignored arbitration even though their contract recommends it. Lowe's ignored the BBB when I filed a complaint with them. It took Lowe's 9 months to correct the permit. When their 10 month old equipment broke down, it took them 4 months to repair it. Is this a company you want to do business with? I left them and have convinced a number of people to do the same.

Sammi Jo Siegman and Patty or top notch, sales experts, that know what they're talking about! I had an awesome experience with purchases of washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave dishwasher, oven. And also just recently went in to have granite countertops installed and wood and tile floor all through the house. Lowe's in Chesapeake on Portsmouth Boulevard are awesome! Huge asset to the company!

Good luck to y'all who call to Lowes.Them people are rude and sorry. I was put on hold for 15 min before they answered the phone,then their phone hanged up and I had to call again and be on hold for another 15 minutes. The sorriest customer service EVER! That's horrible customer service.

Purchase online on Wednesday night ready for p/u Thursday. Only 1/2the order ready. Sales person be ready Friday not there will be ready Monday. Call the store in transit. After a discussion with Jason after a few minutes I asked him to let speak he kept interrupting. He then not so polite he call me a smart $#*!! He hung on him call later the truck arrived finally. Great customer service being called a smart $#*!! Lowes in Sevierville TN.

Will never recommend or purchase from Lowe's again! Poor customer service and lack of communication. Took 4 days to deliver everything due to incompetence and still wasn't right! Luckily I'm an honest person because I was going to get a 2nd refrigerator (not mine) delivered and all I needed was the hose. If your window is from 8-12 expect no call and them to be there way before the window! I specifically asked for after 8 due to work and no call and 1 hour early! Very poor customer service

Everyone seems to only leave reviews on a negative experience! Very rarely on a job well done. I must leave a positive review with an overwhelming desire from an associate at East Athens GA location (store # 2204). I remember the associates name somehow. His name was Ronnie. I won't bore everyone with the details of our encounter other than stating a few facts. Ronnie was polite at our 1st interaction, willing to help without judgement, helpful, did an excellent job with cutting a piece of custom sized glass, small talk about colleges attended, packaged the glass securely and very safe to prevent getting cut accidentally. Overall a very pleasant shopping experience. I've gotten excellent service from this location on multiple visits. That's why store (2204) is my go to store on pool supplies, lawn and garden, appliances, home improvement, power tools, etc...
Just wanted to give all the team at Store #2204 on a job well done! Keep up the excellent service!

Lowes now puts the items in a locker. You need the app to open the locker. According to the Lowe's site, the app will NOT load to my cell phone. Picking up the item takes 3x as long. Must find a person, they must access the order and go the locker. Not only a waste of my time but also extremely aggravating.

I ordered paint from Lowe's which should have been a on the shelf item. There was no Lowe's a thousand miles closer to me and Lowe's send my product across the country and it was supposed to be here more than a week ago. I called Lowe's and they said as long $#*! it is in shipping, they won't do anything. Until I receive the product, I can't even cancel the order. The $426 I spend has cost me more than this order and Lowe's don't even care. I will not deal with Lowe's anymore. What is happening to these companies that can't get help, but on the other hand, these companies show that they don't even care. Good bye Lowe's, I will not be back!

I purchased 6 patio chairs and two tables from Lowe's in Southpoint, Spotsylvania VA in late June. After a week, I received the chairs but not the two tables. First, I was told that the tables couldn't be located in their storage room due to the room being overcrowded. I agreed to wait for a week to allow them to find the tables. I decided to give Lowe's a call after no one contacted me for 3 weeks. I was told, then that the tables were no longer available at this specific store and they were diligently looking for the items at other stores. After 2 more weeks of waiting for Lowes to contact me, I gave them a call again and was told only one of the tables was found in the store. I was willing to exchange the two tables for a larger table at comparable price but was told by one manager that they will continue to search for the missing table in other stores. Finally after a month and a half, I was rudely told today by another manager from the delivery department: " Mam what do you want? Do you want a refund". I replied: "you could apologize or even tried to help me make a fair exchange". He answered that he couldn't understand me. My response was: " Do we suddenly have a bad connection or are you suggesting you can no longer understand my accent". He didn't answer and attempted to transfer me to customer services. After being on hold for about 15 minutes. The same manager finally told me: " Mam we refunded the money to the card you used to make the purchase." I have never got an apology from him. Instead, I felt like I was a nuisance to him.

Waited months for door and installation, after being told it was in stock. Installer finally came out, installed door, but NO TRIM because store did not have it! NO SENSE OF URGENCY BY LOWE'S TO RESOLVE ISSUE.

Door left with NO TRIM.
