I placed my order last week. I done this well in advance for Mothering Sunday.
This was for a bouquet, balloon & gift card. I requested that they were to be delivered for Saturday 13th March. They did not arrive.
Now it is Monday evening the 15th, & still nothing!
It's difficult enough for isolated parents & ourselves, with not being allowed to be with each other due to the current Covid situation. This simple gesture really would have made a big difference. Flowers always makes you feel better.
If you offer a service & are quick to take payments, at least have the decency to deliver on dates booked!

I ordered flowers on 3rd March for mothers day. Delivery was for 13th march. My mum still hasn't received her flowers. I have emailed and rang but nothing. This is disgusting. They have taken my money but not delivered a service. Do not use these people. My poor Mum didn't get her surprise for mothers day so I hope your company are satisfied with that. Absolutely appalling
I ordered flowers for Mothers Day over a week in advance. I paid for their tracking service which is a total con. The flowers were never delivered and I cannot get an answer from them on the phone or via email as to why. Avoid at all costs. If I could give zero I would.

I ordered some flowers for my Daughter's Aunties birthday and they haven't arrived. I didn't get an order confirmation after I placed the order so I had to ring and ask for one. I've paid for a service and I haven't had it and it's the first time I've ever used this company and will definitely be the last time!
I've tried to ring loads of times and can't get through sometimes it puts you on hold for a bit then asks you to leave a message and other times it just goes straight to you leaving a message. I've also sent an email and if I don't get a response I will be getting the fraud team at the bank involved. You can't take peoples money and not deliver the product!
Don't purchase anything from these people you won't get it and they will keep your money! Avoid avoid avoid
Ordered flowers for mum and mother in law to be delivered yesterday. Didn't turn up! Judging by their Facebook page I am one of thousands that were let down. Like many, I haven't seen my mum for a year now due to lockdown, wanted today, mother's day, to be special for her. Completely let down. No communication from company, quick enough to take your money though! Not sure how these people can sleep at night after doing this! Avoid at all costs! They have now taken down their Facebook page and are ignoring all calls and emails. Everybody needs to report them to Trading Standards. They also have another company called delightfulflora and jammy holidays. Please be aware!

Ordered for mothers day for my mother in law who lives 200 miles away... flowers never arrived, Facebook page has been removed due to 100s of complaints and phone lines are sent to voicemail, emails do not get replied to either.
This company has scammed 100s of people and there are many mums who were disappointed on mothers day!
Avoid this company at all costs!
I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mum for mother's day. Took my money, sadly no flowers delivered. Have emailed and called. To no avail. Could well be her last mother's day. This ruined everything!
I placed an order on the 6th of March to be delivered on the 12th of March. To date I still have NO order or refund infact NO response! I had to go out and buy replacement mothers day flowers which also cost me! All round BAD company would never deal with them again CON!
Doesn't even deserve 1 star! Taking peoples money, no flowers delivered then blocking people from been able to contact. Apauling. Stollen from many and upset 100's if not 1000's of people during what already is a difficult time. Lowest of the low. I hope the frued team deal with you appropriately.
Ordered flowers for mothers day, never delivered. No answer, Facebook page with lots of other people in the same position. Can't log into website. Company deleted people comments that are negative.
Took my money for Mother's Day flowers but they didn't turn up like I paid for this happened to what seems like hundreds of people. The bad comments on their Facebook page means they just deleted their page. They have said they won't refund me as ‘the order has been passed to the florist' even though they state on their website ‘we fulfil all orders direct' they knew they couldn't fill all orders but still took peoples money. I will be reporting them to trading standards.
Ruined what was already a difficult Mother's Day! Disgusting! Hope Karma pays them back.
I ordered flowers for mothers day. Never arrived company are impossible to get hold of they've a fb page make sure you avoid it at all costs I've spoken to many people now who have ordered from this company who have been left in the same boat no flowers but out of pocket! A lot of angry upset people we have all left comments asking questions and we have all been blocked this company are either scammers or highly unprofessional please please dont use this company to say I'm angry and upset is an understatement as are the 100s of other peoole I've spoken to. Disgusting how we have all been treated
Plz dont order of this company. You do not get your flowers I ordered on Tuesday for Saturday an a no show. Have reported to trading standards.
Finally recieved my flowers that my son ordered for 13th march ready for mothers day, arrived today 16th for the price he paid they look no different well infact worst than a bunch of £5 supermarket flowers, they should be ashamed of themselves.
Ordered flowers for my partner that lives 50+ miles away for Mothers day as we cannot see each other due to Covid-19 rules only to find out they did not deliver them.
My partner feels let down by me as at least i should have ordered her flowers from a reliable and reputable supplier (which this company is NOT)
Answer: These people are crooks... They have ruined Mother's day. We are going to take legal action.
Answer: I feel your pain. We were sadly let down at the funeral yesterday by our flowers not arriving. They refused any compensation or gesture of goodwill. Disgusting.
