Absolutely shocking service, no delivery of product, no explenation,
Literally just took my money, and I fell for it...
My best friend said to me, that she wouldnt mind having a bunch of "wet the beds", as long as the thought was there...
Sadly for her she did not even get those...
Please report to your local trading standards office should you be unfortunate enough to have any dealings with these thiefs...
I ordered flowers for my wife for valentines day, they have still not arrived! (written 26th Feb) I have sent numerous emails asking for help. They keep saying they will be sending a replacement but no sign of any flowers or refund. I am totally disgusted with this service and attitude. Unfortunately i have read 100's of poor reviews sine. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Finally have had an answer from this awful company and have now been offered a full refund to be paid in 28 days. I have now got in touch with BBC and they have said that I am not the only one who has had problems with this company. It is an awful company ripping people off. Did anyone else get get their refund and how long did it take
Flowers arrive with broken stems brown & petals falling off, said they would send a replacement never arrives asked for refund not responding to any emails once they have taken your money they are not interested avoid at all cost!
Currently no flowers and no refund. Disgusting. There's no phone number to contact them. They promised to resend them and they failed to arrive. Avoid!
Ordered flowers for a friend. Not delivered. Sent several emails asking for a refund. Only when I threatens legal action, did I receive an email saying they would refund. It would take 28 days. When I complained I was told it was company policy! Totally unacceptable.

Answer: These people are crooks... They have ruined Mother's day. We are going to take legal action.
Answer: I feel your pain. We were sadly let down at the funeral yesterday by our flowers not arriving. They refused any compensation or gesture of goodwill. Disgusting.
