Dreadful service.

Ordered flowers for Mothers day Friday morning they didn't arrive until Tuesday lunch time and were dead hadn't been put in any water. Looked completely different to what I had ordered and they still haven't answered my e-mails or telephone message I left them, I could have bought better in the supermarket.

Beautiful flowers!

I was a bit wary of ordering flowers from this website due to all of the bad reviews but for the price I took the chance and they delivered on the right day and the flowers are absolutely beautiful all colourful and full and wrapped in pink paper and a bow! Im glad I didnt listen to the bad reviews thanks lovely flora! Xxx

So, my mum's flowers finally turned up today... DEAD! How are these people still trading? I finally received an email from them yesterday asking if i gave the correct address... erm yes... haven't heard anything back since! Disgusting people

I wish i saw all of these reviews before ordering from this company! Looks as though they are ripping a lot of people off! My flowers were supposed to be delivered on Saturday! They still haven't turned up and if they do, by the looks of the reviews on here they are going to be awful!

Other than being 3 day's late missing my wifes 70th birthday and mothers day, their was no communication, they were soposed to have been 24 red roses £26-99 their colour was like they had been dipped into pickled cabbage, their was no red wrapping, no red bow, not even a sachet of plant food, they were half dead drooping, with no Gyp as advertized, the best part was the box. You have been warned!

Flowers arrived three days late, completely dead. They went straight in the bin and my Grandmother did not get a mothers day gift. No reply to emails and no contact number. A complete con and im so upset she didn't get her present.

After receiving an email assuring me my mothers day order had been prepared and ready for despatch Friday, for delivery on my chosen day (Saturday), my poor mum waited in the entire day - no delivery! They arrived MONDAY, thanks for making her feel crap on mothers day! Shouldnt have bothered however seeing as the balloon was burst and the flowers were beyond revival and went straight in the bin! And then to compund it, no reply to my email and no contact telephone numbers available... not surprising u dont give those out having since read reviews! Never again. Reporting to trading standards as this is beyond a joke, look at the number of complaints against this company! Lesson learned in that i will never use a company with no contact numbers again either.

I ordered Mothers Day flowers for my mum on the Thursday before Mothers Day. I received an email confirmation that they would be delivered on the Saturday before (1 day earlier) I spoke to my mum on Mothers day and asked if she liked the flowers, to which her response was that she hadn't received any! I was absolutely dismayed and gutted that they hadn't been received.
I received a message on the Monday to advise that the flowers were delivered finally in the most sorriest of states EVER! I have photographic evidence and I was really upset that a company could be so deceiving.
Three emails later - STILL NO RESPONSE!
I completely agree this company needs to be reported and shut down instantly!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Looks like a pattern emerging here, flowers arrived but dead, NO 50% extra, 4 emails sent including pictures of dead flowers but the only response I have had since Saturday 10th March is an automated reply, I think we have all been ripped off, this company needs investigating and shutting down ASAP. How do we do it?

I ordered on Thursday 8th March ready in time for mothers day and told order was ready to be delivered on Saturday 10th March. They did not arrive on the specified date and when they did arrive on Monday 12th they were the wrong colour and they were dead. Dumped in a box instead of the advertised bouquet! I am fuming as this is probably the last Mothers Day I get to spend with my terminally mother. I wanted to give her the best day with a bouquet of her favourite flowers and that never happened! Ive asked for a refund and a fresh bouquet to be sent but doubt this will happen! Avoid at all costs!

Simple... DO NOT USE! Arrived Late, dead fllowers, no 50% extra, no reply to emails, no phone no. To complain, no refund. Total and utter rip off merchants. Trading standards would have a field day with the bunch of crooks that are Lovely Flora World...'lovely' they are NOT! I strongly urge you to stay away from this company.

I have now sent 3 emails regarding the delivery/dead flowers and no reply demanding a refund.
My mother was in tears when she got delivered flowers on the 12th two days after they were supposed to arrive the 10th for Mothers day in a box with no water or sachet and too be honest I have had better from Lidl.On your web site you say you respond in 48 hours its now the 13th and no response has been sent to me. I want a refund so contact me asap or I will report to under the consumer rights act and absolute disgrace.

Mothers Day flowers

My daughter ordered flowers for Morhrs Day, when they arrived they looked nothing like photo, they had no water in them, they were tied with sellotape. This is the 2nd time she has used this company, the first order didnt arrive on time. NEVER will she use them again.

I ordered flowers last week for Mother's Day, which arrived 4 days late, dead and pathetic. Do not order from this place, and if you have, contact your credit card company for a Chargeback based on a product "Not fit for purpose". Under the Consumer Rights Act you have a legal right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund. Do it!

Our Granddaughter ordered some flowers to be sent to my wife, and to be delivered the Saturday BEFORE Mothers Day. They arrived today, the 13th of March 4 days late, in a very pitiful state, more dead ones than alive. Total waste of money. I hope you read this review before buying from them. I would most definitely NOT recommend this company.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I ordered some flowers for Mothers day through this company. I ordered the flowers before 5pm so they should have arrived the next working day as their website claims, they didnt arrive until today (13/03/18) and when they did arrive they looked NOTHING like the photo on their website. The flowers were not nicely presented in coloured cellophane, they were dumped in a box with sellotape around the stem! There is also an option to purchase 50% more flowers for an extra £4.99... DO NOT DO THIS. I chose this option and I may as well have saved the extra money because the vase my mum has used looks completely bare!

I also emailed this company 3 times. Twice to change the delivery address - emails were ignored. So I emailed them again letting them know I was not happy that I had been ignored, I wanted a full refund and they can shove their flowers up their a**e because if they cant be bothered to reply to a customer they claim to value so much, I was going to go elsewhere that was more reliable.

I am still waiting to hear back from them now!

Long story short, my mum got her flowers 2 days late, dumped in a box with sellotape around the stalks. The 50% extra flowers are nowhere to be seen, the company still have not replied to me and they are a bunch of con artists that take your money and run!

Honestly, flowers bought from a petrol station forcourt are a lot better than these flowers!

Flowers were ordered for delivery on saturday - one day before mothers day, a tiny bunch of dead roses arrived on tuesday in a big box. My mum is gutted as I am I.
