I ordered flowers for mothers day which didn't arrive, I haven't even had a response to the emails that I have sent to try to get my money back.

Horrible service. My Valentine's day flowers to be delivered on Valentine's day arrived 2 days after. After many attempts to contact customer support I managed to have a response offering 20% off on the next purchase (what a joke). I replied saying i would accept nothing but a full refund because it was obviously not my fault that lovelyfloraworld delivered 2 days after the scheduled date for the delivery. Needless to say my reply was ignored once again.
Didn't deliver my order, took my money. Haven't responded to my messages for a refund. My bank is getting the credit back. Absolute thieves. Company needs to be shut down
Ordered Mother's Day flowers. One order never received and still not, and the other in terrible condition, heads missing, dry, not wrapped in cellophane/ Emailed so far 4 times, no telephone numbers available, and absolutely no personal response, just a bog standard 'we aim to deal with your complaint in 2 days'. Disgusting. Don't use them!
Ordered flowers for mother day, received email saying they would be delivered - never arrived. I have emailed them 3 times requesting a refund, just standard email saying they will look into it.

Ordered mothers day flowers to be delivered the day before. Received email saying they were ready to go, never turned up. She was in all day. Turned up 3 days later, nearly dead because had been in van 4 days. Half of it was missing. Have sent 4 email without reply. A joke!
Do not use this company. The Mothers Day flowers that arrived were nothing like the ones I ordered. I ordered the pink crystal bouquet with balloon, no balloon, no lillies, the bouquet was not even the right colour. I have messaged them five times during the last week and a half but they have still not looked into the problem.
My flowers for Mothers' Day this year were ordered by my daughter to arrive on the Saturday. They arrived on the following Tuesday dead and with only half the flowers ordered. I have sent several emails to this company and received no response. I will not however give up until I do. I have no intention of leaving this matter unresolved!
My son ordered me flowers for Mothers day to be delivered on the Saturday before they didnt come until Monday and the pink roses where brown and wilted half dead I have contacted them for a refund 3 times and have not heard back at all they have no phone number only email.
Ordered flowers for mother in law for mothers day, she rang me on the Monday to say they had arrived I could tell something wasnt right so I asked her for the truth about them, she became quite upset they had arrived dead as no water, three had heads completely snapped off, unlike the gorgeous PICTURES the stems were just taped at the bottom no wrapping no ribbon, she said that she had seen better in bargain buckets in the supermarket, Ive tried to email them 3 times but no reply, then they asked me to review on their site I guess mine wont be put on as I told them how bad they were, has anyone complained to trading standards they need shutting down so they cant do this to others, doubt any of us will get a reply let alone a refund, avoid at all costs
The same ordered for mothers day arrived 3 days later, no response to emails. Avoid this company like the plague. They rip off and let people down. They dont care. Their website is a tissue of lies and should be shut down.
Son sent me a bouquet for Mother's Day. I was out neighbour found them in the road and took the damaged box in. When I got home the following day no water or moisture cloths were around the flowers and they were dead. Have emailed the company twice so has my son and they can't even be bothered to reply.
My daughter bought me flowers for mothers day... 1 bouquet was nothing like 1 ordered... 2 flowers were taped together with piece of tape... 3 not in water as shown and no food... 4 half the flowers were dead... email upon email sent and no reply a week down the line and its no a case of lesson learned as dont hold much hope of a reply... so my advice go pick up a bunch of flowers from your local petrol station as they would be much better than the 1s this company sends out... total disgrace of a company
Son sent me a mother's bouquet from this company. Flowers held together with bit of sellotape, no water or flower food hence on opening half of them were dying and lily buds had been trapped in box lid so were brown. E-mailed Customer Service and 1 week later not received reply... definitely it seems not a reputable company!
The only reason I gave 1 is because you have to give some sort of rating.
My question is how does this company have over 4000 reviews on their own site... All positive might I add, when I have seen lots of negative reviews on here and twitter. My only regret is i didn't read these before I ordered.
I'm reporting to trading standards and my bank to get my money back... and Companies House if I can. They should be ashamed of themselves and be stricken off.
Arrived 3 days before date requested and most of them were either dead or snapped. Still waiting for a response after numerous emails. Will not use again. If there was a zero rating button that is what I would be giving.
Ordered mothers day flowers and they failed to arrive. After numerous emails, no response at all.
Finally attempted to deliver 3 days later and mum was out, had to pick up from post office and they were dead.
Still no response after numerous emails... conveniently their only way of communicating with them.

I ordered flowers for my mum for mothers day but they never arrived on the day. (Actually it was stated in my email it would be the day before). I was worried and thought I'd been conned! I tried to contact Lovely Flora World but the only way of communicating is via email. There is no customer facing service which to me is a big problem. I never received any reply or apology and the flowers eventually arrived... late. Not good enough and I wont use this company again.
I ordered 12 red roses. Hand wrapped in a beautiful bouquet with gypsium, etc. the pic looked beautiful... they arrived a day early so the birthday girl didn't even get to receive them... so glad she never... I opened the box and was horrified... 12 red roses cellotaped together. No ribbon. No bouquet. No gypsium. Nothing. Just 12 dead red roses no water nothing... no phone number to complain and they are not replying to my emails! I AM FUMING!
Wish Id have read the reviews before spending money with this company - flowers arrived 4 days after mothers day and were completely dead. Sent emails asking for a refund as there is no phone number to call; emails have bounced back as their inbox is full, I think that shows how many frustrated people are trying to contact them...
Answer: These people are crooks... They have ruined Mother's day. We are going to take legal action.
Answer: I feel your pain. We were sadly let down at the funeral yesterday by our flowers not arriving. They refused any compensation or gesture of goodwill. Disgusting.
