Out of 3 attempts of using this company i have had to chase up my order EVERYTIME. Its an unnecessary stress and disappointing if you wanted them delivered on a specific date. AVOID

Beautiful flowers

I ordered flowers for a friends birthday and then afterwards saw these awful reviews and I was very concerned. I needn't have worried. My friend has said that they are absolutely stunning and also beautifully wrapped.

Flowers arrived next day but were nothing like the bouquet ordered. I choose the red fall bouquet a mix of red, yellow and orange with foilage and gyp and upgraded to 50% more. What arrived was yellow, pink and purple. No foilage and a single dead stem of gyp. This bouquet had been chosen to go with yellow and red orchids purchased from orchids by post for my mom in laws grave. Not only were they not what I ordered they were a tiny bunch and half dead. Had to rush to my local Lidl and pick up 24 roses at a fraction of the price. Would not recommend or use again... RUBBISH

Do not order from these cowboys flowers were 5days late. And looked like the had been kicked about in the crappy delivery box the ballon was also half deflated. Having emailed them I was just told that it could take as long as 5-8 days and they couldnt track the order once Royal Mail have it for delivery... pls pls stay away from these guys they havent a clue with I paid the £3-5 extra and used a proper flower delivery place

Terrible service

Used these while ago and my mum received them on time and they where beautiful so I had no hesitation t use them again for my daughters birthday. 3 days late and after receiving a email confirming they'd been despatched no flowers! I emailed them twice t only receive confirmation they'd received my email and would reply within 48hrs still waiting for reply and flowers and chocolates. Maybe she'll receive them in on time for her next birthday... make the most of my nearly 20 pounds i gave u in return for absolutely nothing because u will never be getting my custom again. Absolutely rubbish by the looks of other reviews I've read I'd say there cheap because there either rejects or too far gone to go on shop display n almost ready for bin

Ordered flowers for friend as get well and they arrived 4 days late and dead the balloon sent was minus a holder or string
Contacted company and was told they were dead but nothing could be done they were not responsible really! Your the florist not me no refund avoid this company unless you want rubbish sent

I wish I had seen the reviews on here and not just the 'glowing' ones on the website before I ordered. I paid and ordered my bouquet well in advance of my specified delivery day (which I specifically wanted to tie in with an important event). They didn't arrive on that day or the day after. I emailed customer service as there was no telephone contact number to be found anywhere (I now know why!) and after a long delay and another email I finally got a response which wouldn't tell me if they had been delivered or what time and simply directed me to their delivery terms and conditions. It is unusual for the recipient of the flowers not to contact me on receipt. I now know she has received them as I texted her directly to find out, only to discover they were 3 days late and I am too worried to enquire as to what condition they were in as she would be too polite and embarrassed to tell me otherwise. I shall not be ordering from this company again- very disappointed

HORRIBLE FLOWERS

Nothing like what was in the picture. Not ONE FLOWER was what I ordered. Horrible customer service. I offered the flowers back for a refund because I never got what I paid for TOTAL Misrepresented. Not even a little bit like the picture. Different Colours and also bad condition on arrival. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They won't refund you. Just offer you more of their horrid FLOWERS..

Poor Customer Service

I ordered flowers for Dublin. I received an email saying the flowers were being prepared and then one saying they had been delivered. I asked the recipient who told me they had not been delivered. I emailed a couple of times to ask what had happened, I eventually got one back saying they didnt deliver to this part of Ireland. By this time a week has gone by, so I ordered from a reputable company.
They refunded my money. I will not be using them again. I should have read the other reviews first.

Hi All,

I managed to get my money back despite no apology or contact from customer services personnel. I did have to email twice a day for weeks but in the end I had a refund. I received an email saying the money was being put back onto my card and nothing else and it has been done. I still wish obviously my Mum had not had her Mothers day ruined by this company!

I sent flowers to my mother for mothers day they were dead wilted moth eaten stalks with no heads. They offered a replacement but then never sent them. Rip off lying company they dont care.

I ordered some flowers to be sent to my daughter. The picture of the flowers on the website looked beautiful so I ordered 50% extra and also included a balloon. The company took my money but the flowers and balloon never arrived. I have emailed Lovely Flora World many times but have never had a reply, they don't have a phone number so that you can call them. I had to pay again using a PROPER florist who saved the day at short notice by delivering some beautiful flowers to my daughter. I am now in the process of trying to claim my money back through my bank as I have still not had a reply from Lovely Flora World!

Disappointing

Unfortunately I read the 5* reviews on their web site only, had I read them on here like others I wouldnt have used them. Flowers didnt turn up on delivery day requested nor the day after, which was the day of my friends birthday, but they eventually arrived on 3 days later than requested, I emailed to see if they could update me on delivery and still have not had a reply, no apology nothing. The beautiful wrapped bouquet as describe was far from that... they came in a brown box, I had paid for the balloon which give me 50% extra, I would dread to think how many youd get in a £14.99 bouquet, as we got only 8 flowers and bit foliage... truly very disappointed and wouldnt use them again

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. A bouquet was ordered and on arrival it wasn't even arranged as a bouquet. Flowers were dead and broken. Complete waste of money. I contacted them and they said they would send another one but this has been over 2 weeks now. They keep promising but I'm afraid they are full of fake promises. Your choice to use this company but you will be disappointed.

I orders two bouquets for mothers day, I for my mother in Grimsby. 1for my step mother in Lincoln. BOTH were substandard, and BOTH had no flower food. This aside, the one that disturbs me the most is my mother's bouquet. I paid for 50%extra.if I hadn't they would have been awful and me ashamed to have sent them. She saw them briefly as she was going out the door to the hospital... two days later she died. I am furious with rage that this poor show was the last thing my mother saw. And unless someone contacts me I'm going to the media. Tried ringing the customer service number. Surprise surprise they're not picking up the phone. Despite allegedly being open 7am to 5.30... this is evil and I want answers.!
