I ordered 2 X bouquets for my Mum and Mum-in-law for Xmas.
They were beautiful on arrival but all the roses had dropped right over 3 days later.
I've emailed 3 times and not even had a reply.

Zero stars would be a better review. Ordered as a surprise for manager for Christmas. Arrived a day late and over half were dead. Wish I had found this site before ordering. I emailed to complain got rubbish reply about highly trained staff. What a joke. I ended up going to the shop to buy more. Good job I intercepted them before she saw them. Still waiting a reply from another email I have sent them regarding compensation. Looks like I am going to be out of pocket twice.
I ordered flowers for my friends birthday, they were delivered 3 days early and the delivery man left them in their black bin! I was shocked ànd embarrassed
I received a bouquet from a client who had warned me not to expect too much as he had heard bad reviews after ordering. He wasn't wrong. Edges of roses brown and lilies all dry, why not water in transit? When I attempted to contact the supplier there was no phone number and upon emailing the email was thrown back as 'Error. You have entered an incorrect email address... really? Just laughable.

I made an order for £14.99 online for a bunch of flowers. Mid way putting my banetails in to pay, the site crashed and it said no order was placed.
I then checked my bank card and they took the payment twice.
Still waiting a refund from last weekend. I have had an acknowledgment email stating they are processing the refund but nothing has arrived yet. They also do not answer their phones.
My order did get delivered on the right day but still await refund for the second order I did not place..
If I could rate zero I would!
Bouquet ordered by sister for my 50th birthday turns up 2 days late! And they were dead! Went straight in bin. (See first photo)
My sister complained and they offered to send another bouquet. They arrived 4 days later than they promised! And they are dead too (see second photo)
What a waste of money and time!
I Ordered a bouqet of flowers & a balloon for my mothers birthday. This company supplied a totally different bouqet of flowers & a different balloon along with some very poor excuses! Basically the flowers were nothing like what I ordered.
If they cant supply what they are advertising then they shouldnt sell it in the 1st place!
They offered me a 50% refund but I have yet to receive this & they are not answering my emails so I would not recommend this company or use them again as they have very poor customer service as well.
Very unproffestional & fraudulant in my opinion as basically they take your money & then they send what items they want, not what the customers ordered...
I ordered for my Mother's 87 birthday. I ordered 50% more flowers. By some fate the flowers came to my home address and I was actually very dissatisfied at the wilting or tiny buds. The bouquet looked sparse and there was no water feeding the stems while in transport. When I sent photo's to customer services, I was treated with total disrespect and then my emails were ignored. I must order at least twice to three times every month and to be treated like this is disgusting. They seem to have gone downhill in the last 12 months. I am not able to upload a photo but I have tried.
Ordered flowers for mother in laws birrhday. They arrived on time but flowers were dropping and 5 were dead! Worst flower company' ever. AVOID AVOID AVOID it's a con.
Don't use this company unless you want dead flowers. Disgraceful company with dead flowers. I will never use this company again and will make sure friends and family don't either... DONT waste your money on this company...
Ordered flowers 1st November never turned up had to email them (No phone number at all) I argued and argued with them asking for a refund. They then said we will send replacement out guaranteed next day still no flowers no refund no apology. I have now raised this with visa and asked for a refund due3 to goods not being received. Apparently they are sent via royal mail with no tracking how convenient.
I'm writing on behalf of a family member who ordered some flowers and a balloon for a fellow work colleague and was told by the company next day delivery was available, so the day came and even though the company had said the items were ready for delivery and be with her between 7am - 8pm. None arrived. She had to find replacement florist as the occasion was the day later and contacted the customer service team. To ask for a refund under the late delivery policy which made her entitled to a refund and they refused, proceeded to blame the delivery service (royal mail) and then my family member.
Terrible company, extremely rude customer service and no respect for their customers.
Ordered two lots of flowers from them nothing received. Emailed them to complain they replied that they were looking into it. Never heard anything back. Then received an email from them today wanting me to review their service. Order at your risk they are a load of scammers. They took my money quickly enough. Really angry
I ordered flowers overy a week ago. For my friend Rod Cameron. He was on holiday to Mexico. A burner exploded when go for meal at hotel. Fireball went into him and the shirt went on fire. Really burnt him. Wanted flowers to send to him BUT he didn't get them! Spent lot of money on them

In short, flowers were returned to post office and then picked up Dead and rotting!
This company will take your money, but not ensure the flowers are received by tbe recipient!
Do not use this company; inefficient and ineffective.
Nothing in place to handle the bouquets with care, if recipient not home at time of delivery.

Disgusted with Lovely Flora World! They are quick enough to take your money BUT not quick enough to deliver them! Ordered a bunch of flowers for my mates birthday on Friday 12th October to be delivered by the Tuesday! It is now the 17th and the flowers still haven't been delivered, Stay away from this company they are appalling! CHARLATANS... INTERESTING THEIR SEEMS TO BE NO PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT THEM! THEY ARE A RIP OFF!
Do not order from this company, flowers 5 days late and absolutely disgraceful, were supposed to be for my birthday off my mother, who paid good money. This company should not be allowed to trade.

Answer: I feel your pain. We were sadly let down at the funeral yesterday by our flowers not arriving. They refused any compensation or gesture of goodwill. Disgusting.
