Mothers day ruined
March 12, 2018

My flowers ordered by my son didn't arrive until today and what a state they were in, a small bunch put in a large cardboard box. They were held together with a bit of sellotape and most of the flower heads were broken. There was no sachet of feed and the card was very poorly done. I seem to be only one of many very upset mums. Stay away form this fraudulent company, they absolutely do not deliver what they advertise

Disgrace

Absolute disgrace i ordered flowers for my 80year old mother should have arrived the day before mothers day DIDNT! I emailed a couple of times to find out what was going on as had a very upset mum on mother's day and I live to far away to have sorted anything else for that day with no notice! Mum went away and came back to flowers left by the BIN absolutely saturated from the rain all dropped and ruined which added more upset then there already was. The flowers i PAID good money for was nothing like what my poor mum finally received the only place for them was the BIN as they was ruined absolutely VILE company should be shut down ill personally be reporting them further as they shouldn't be trading.

Flowers not delivered, no answer to my e-mails have emailied them 3 times.

Quite simply just stay away, this is a scam company!

I ordered Mothers day flowers on Thursday and asked for them to be delivered Saturday.
I got my confirmation on the the Thursday, all looked good.
Nothing delivered, I waited patiently and thought they would arrive mothers day.
Still Nothing... I finally complained Saturday, Sunday and Monday and haven't had a reply as of yet they have not answered me, or issued a refund. So Avoid.

Flowers not delivered, no answer to my e-mails.

Quite simply just stay away, this is a scam company!

I ordered Mothers day flowers on Wednesday and asked for them to be delivered Friday, I thought this would be better as it guaranteed someone would be home, and meant we would is the 'Mothers day rush'
I got my confirmation on the the Thursday, all looked good.
Nothing delivered, I waited patiently giving an additional day, and then waiting thinking they would arrive mothers day.
Still Nothing... I finally complained Monday, and haven't had a reply. A generic post was put up on Facebook, stating some orders were not delivered, but as of yet they have not answered me, or issued a refund.

Mothers day ruined!

A flower company that cannot deliver flowers for Mothers day, its simply a joke. Just save yourself the embarrassment (and money) of missing a special occasion and steer clear of this scam of a company.

I ordered flowers and chocolate for my mother on the 9th March. I received an email saying that these would arrive by the 10th M arch. I have still not received the order. I want this company SHUT DOWN!

Ordered flowers and a balloon for Mother's Day only to receive a confirmation e-mail two days prior and the flowers being a NO SHOW
Very Disappointing! To say the least!
If you want to surprise someone with flowers better to use a service of which they actually deliver flowers!

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH

On Saturday 10th March my mum recieved flowers I had ordered for her for Mothers Day. When I went to see her on the Sunday I was absolutely shocked and disgusted at what she'd recieved.
To call them a "bunch of flowers" is using the term very loosely indeed. In fact I've seen better reduced flowers in Tesco at 9pm at night, they were abysmal.
I was so upset, angry and embarrassed that I went straight to my local interflora shop and bought a proper bouquet of flowers to give her.
I Would NOT recommend this site to anyone and so far my complaint to them has gone unheeded and my 1* review has disappeared from their website. I have pictures of this sad "bunch" should anyone want to see them.

Waste of Money

Save your hard earned cash and go to a florists you know and trust. I wish i had seen all the bad reviews before i ordered from Lovely Flora World cos i wouldnt have ordered anything from them. I ordered Mothers day flowers for my mam on 5th March. My money was taken on the 5th March. The flowers were ordered to be delivered on 10th March. As yet, they still havent shown up. I had to go out and buy some at the last minute so she wasnt disappointed on a Mothers special day. The flowers are no good now so im after a full refund. After reading all the negative reveiws, this company should be shut down. If i dont get a refund, my next step is trading standards and possibly watchdog.

Con artists

I placed an order last week for flowers to get delivered for mothers day they didn't arrive. At the same time placed a order for flowers for my gf birthday which is today and didn't get them either im absolutely heartbroken i paid over £60 for both the flowers. Wish i had read the reviews i will not be using them again. There is also no contact number just email and its the same email they send u over again disappointed

Absolutely Vile looking! Do not but from them!

I ordered two bunches of flowers to arrive on the friday before mothers day as to leave plenty of time incase of delays. It is now mothers day and only one bunch has turned up two days late. The flowers are dead, the petals are hanging off, the heads are snapped and it looks nothing like the pictures. No foliage, not the same colours and I paid extra for 50% more and the bunch has maybe 7 stems in it. I could have go better quailty for £5 at tesco!

AVOID at all costs!

Terrible

Ordered for mothers day, my mum is in a nursing home. Absolutely terrible, so disappointed, looks like they were picked out of a field 5 days previous. Absolutely rubbish. Wished I read reviews before wasting my money. Never use again

Today i recieved my mothers day flowers and i was disgusted at what i recieved a beaten up box when opened it there was some flowers broken and not a lot there taped up with sellotape over the bottom. A balloon that was deflated and a tiny box of chocolates. A so called card that was unvelievabally shocking. Please do not buy from this sight they are money grabbers and dont even relpy to an email. I would advise any1 not to buy from here.

I usually buy Mother's Day flowers from Interflora. This rubbish company appeared below Interflora (PROPER FLORISTS) when looking online so I was duped and looked at their flowers. They look lovely in the pictures online. I ordered the "Mother's Day collection" with free balloon from these con artists. I had ordered 50% extra and they were delivered this afternoon, 10/3/18. I called around to see my mother this afternoon and the "flowers" were still in the box, delivered about 10 minutes earlier. My mother couldn't believe the state of them. I was mortified at the sight of them. Firstly the "bunch" of dead flowers were so small, where was the 50% extra to begin with? There was 16 rubbish flowers. 4 once white larger carnations were black and dead, another 2 large carnations were broken. Their "returns" policy states that flowers are perishable products, in other words their get out clause for sending out rubbish, absolute con artists. A complete and utter waste of money. I have tried to leave a review on their excuse for a website but can see no where were I can do this. No surprise there! Their glowing "reviews" in their excuse for a website are NOT TRUE. They must make up these wonderful reviews. Self praise is no recommendation! I will email this useless excuse for a company. Sadly there will be many disappointed mothers across our United Kingdom this Mothering Sunday, this is an absolute and utter disgrace. Trying to see if I can contact Trading Standards or WatchDog, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, NEVER, EVER, EVER BUY "FLOWERS" FROM "LOVELYFLORAWORLD". SHOULD BE RENAMED "RUBBISH, CON ARTISTS FLORA WORLD". Stay well clear!

Advertised bouquets and balloons for mothers day. I ordered a bouquet and balloon which never arrived in time. Whats the use in delivering days later?. READ THE SMALL PRINT ABOUT DELIVERY.
YOU WONT GET A REFUND IF ITS LATE, THEY WONT REPLY TO EMAILS AND THERES NO CONTACT NUMBER.
They should be shut down by trading standards, bloody con artists!

I ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day, ordered way before 2pm for guaranteed next day delivery, they took my money but didn't deliver! There is NO contact phone number only email, which I sent 3 and have had no response! Dreadful company, that steals your money and does not deliver.

I ordered a bright fragrant bouquet and paid extra for the 50% more flowers. The flowers arrived a day late - and the wrong ones. Some BROKEN, DEAD white roses turned up. You know, something that would probably be more fitting for a funeral... NOT MOTHERS DAY! I will never use them again. I sent emails, and they havent even had the decency to reply. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Go to a reputable florists for your flowers - not these charlatans. DISAPPOINTMENT for the recipient will be guaranteed.

In the week before Christmas, I sent two orders of flowers one to Teddington and one to Guiseborough. I didn't hear a word from either recipient until yesterday when I was chatting to the Teddington recipient and I asked her if our flowers had been of a good quality. She said they had been but the card enclosed with them had been totally blank and she had no idea who sent them - no doubt this was the same for the Guiseborough recipient as both were people who would ring and acknowledge flowers.

Another order I placed on 24 Feb. For delivery in Eltham on 28 Feb. Did not arrive by 3 March and when they finally did arrive on 5 March dead and/or rotting I demanded and received a total refund for the this order promptly but I will never order from you again.

Sending fresh flowers with a card saying who is sending them should be a normal + straightforward matter but at the end of the day cheap in this case does not equate to good value - cheap with Lovely Flora World is substandard goods, unreliable delivery and a general failure to remedy the poor service complained of by so many of its customers.
