I ordered some flowers for mothers day... They arrived a day early however came with flowers wilted and stems snapped. They were good for the bin... Nothing else. No response from the company as of yet... If I don't get a response I shall be reporting to trading standards and trying to contact national news papers to inform as many people as possible.

Ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother on Saturday 10 March as an extra nice surprise for the day before mothers day. Paid extra for 50% more flowers. They delivered on Friday 9 March hardly any flowers that were dead! Fuming isnt he word complained to customer service immediately and got a replay saying would respond with 48 hours... seriously what use is her, the moment is lost and ruined thanks to this company

I ordered flowers to be delivered 2 days before my sisters birthday, and they never arrived. Now the weather has been very bad, though personaly i have still rec'd my post each day and if as advised they use royal mail then am not sure it was a major factor anyway. But i emailed them and patiently said i knew the weather was bad, but roughly when will the delivery be made, and all they did was email me with there delivery terms and conditions which i neither care about nor asked for. No advisement on the progress. Surely in this day and age they must have a tracker on royal mail for them/customer to at least see at what stage the delivery is at, i. E at warehouse/post office/in van etc. If they dont then that is a disgrace

Ordered a Valentine Gift of flowers, chocolates, ballon etc. on 13 evening that shows dispached, i waited untill late evening on 14 valentines day, i emailed them but still customer service executive named Tanisha, wrote to me that flowers can be delivered untill 8 pm, i waited again untill 8 pm and emailed again for the status, but no response, i asked for the refund but, they not bothered at all and the problem is the person who so ever is operating this companyyou can not contact them, every time i emailed them wrote to them PLEASE CALL ME BUT NO RESPONSE AT ALL.

No calls untill now to solve customer query, or for the courtesy sake speak to the customer who ordered something from your company. Not at all sence of responsibility at all playing with the sentiments PLAYING WITH SENTIMENTS AND EMOTIONS OF THE CUSTOMERS.

The company does not delivery on time, wasted monies, the order was for Valentines Days, they delivered 2 days after the date and surprising they send flowers without water, no flowers will survive water for 2 days, they arrived all curled up and brown on the edges, emailed company with Pictures and they are not interested and avoid the real question "Bad Quality Products", Better off buying from Supermarkets and do not waste Monies buying on line. Try claiming your monies back Via your credit cards as a charge back! "LORAWORLD" C INTERNET GB, their trading name

Ordered roses and chocolates for my fiancee to come on valantines day and as it is a special day because i preposed to her. Flowers and chocolates did not turn up. Also i did not receive the comformation email to say when the flowers were turning up and that the they receved payment. They took the money out of my account. Not impressed And will report them to my fraud sqaud on my bank and do a youtube review about them.

MY husband ordered flowers to be delivered on valentines to my place of work. Shock they hadn't arrived by lunch time yesterday we was then told they would be delivered by 5pm... AND THEY HAD NOT!

We have sent countless emails and had no reply there is n o contact number for this company.

As valentines has now passed the flowers are useless.

Appalled by the lack of customer service.

Why offer guaranteed delivery in particular on a special day like valentines if you cannot provide a basic service! Looking at other reviews, I am quite clearly not the only one left disappointed on valentines.

Wish I had read the reviews before. There is also a NEWS ARTICLE in specific about this company failing to deliver.

Flowers ordered for valentines, shock they have not arrived! Offering customers a specific delivery date them failing to adhere to it. Waste of time and complete rip off. Cannot contact via telephone so no resolve, might as well give your money away!

Ordered flowers for our daughter to cheer her up as she had been off work with a bad back and then court a cold on top. A thing I always do is check reviews before I buy this time I did't so very worried after coming across the above reviews.
Speaking to her today she was over the moon wth the flowers and sent me a picture of them they arrived on the arranged date with note card Well done Lovely flora world hope you go from strength to strength.

They delivered on the wrong day, small bouquet instead of a large one, no large balloon. ALL IN ALL A DAMN RIP OFF!

Ordered these flowers for my parents wedding anniversary. Was asked for requested delivery date, and allowed me to order for the next day, which was my parents actual anniversary date.
Next day, waited for my parents to ring me, but nothing, they hadn't arrived. Emailed customer services, was told to read delivery T&C. Also told they would be delivered on the next day.
Next day, Still no sign of flowers. Numerous emails telling me to wait up to 7pm that day as flowers were delivered all day long. Came as no surprise that the flowers didnt arrive.
Yet another day, flowers eventually arrived! Brilliant! NOT! Dead flowers delivered, that I wouldn't give my worst enemy, never mind my parents.
Not surprisingly you cannot ring them, no number available and you cannot leave a review on their website.
I'm still waiting for them to email me back, to see if I get a refund but reading these reviews it's looking unlikely.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CON MERCHANTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF AND HAVE DISAPPOINTED RECIPIENTS.

Where are the flowers?

Next day delivery my arse. 6 days ago I ordered them still not delivered. Yes it has been two bank holidays but now more days have passed and they have not been delivered. I have been told they have been delivered today but my friend has not received them. Let's see if I get a refund

Drooping roses

Flowers delivered yesterday to a poorly relative to cheer her up. Made her feel even worse having to tell us how awful her surprise bouquet was. We even paid extra to make them bigger. Roses droopy, dead sad flowers. Huge disappointment. Will never use again. Awaiting response from their customer services

How to Spoil Event

Ordered flowers for my Best Friend's 60th Birthday (22/11/2017) but ordered them 3 weeks before the day to make sure that they arrived on time.

Next thing is I get an email asking me for feedback before the service has been provided?

Rang them yesterday to complain that the flowers I ordered 3 weeks ago never arrived. They said "they can be delivered up until19:00hrs".

Spoke to a member of the Royal Mail who said..."No".

They arrived 24hrs late, missed the celebrations, missed the special day, missed the event, spoilt my day and my Best Friends.

Never Ever Use Again.

Apart from decent prices, the service I receive bed was awful! Placed an order for flowers to be delivered to my mother for her birthday, received no confirmation email. My mother spent all day waiting for the flowers to arrive with no joy. I contacted the customer service which I could only do by email. No contact number found. Was told due to system error the order didnt go through. Funny thing is the money came out of my account right away and had I not chased this up would probably have been shafted £30 for bugger all but terrible service. Seriously consider your local flower shop or even another online seller!

Dear friend sent me a bouquet for my birthday, roses were dead, stems were bent. Complained & quickly received another bouquet, this bunch was worse than the last. Complained again to be offered a 3rd bouquet, declined so was offered 20% off next order, as if I would use these again. Save your money, the box they arrive in is to small for the flowers

The worst ever company

Ordered sympathy flowers on Sunday for delivery Monday 16 th October for my Aunt, Wednesday now still no flowers and no response from this terrible company. Wish Id read some of these reviews before ordering.
