NO flowers arrived

Ordered flowers for mothers day. They were supposed to arrive yesterday. They still havent arrived. Elderly mother in law, sheilding from covid now feels unloved and forgotten.

Ordered flowers a week in advance of Mother's Day selected 13th for delivery paid £4.95 for "tracked" delivery nothing ever arrived no contact had to reclaim money from the bank! Clearly a scam company please avoid the heart break and order elsewhere!

Lovely flora world have let's down thousands of mums and thousands of paying customers, I doubt if they will still even be trading tomorrow, as I write this they are actively deleting thousand of complaints on there Facebook page and I expect then to be in the news tomorrow, they should be ashamed I am sure they new this was coming but they continued to take money and scam people, they should be ashamed, and I hope there mother gives them a good hiding

Do not ever buy flowers from this company. You do not receive them and they block you when you get in touch and enquire about the order. There is a Facebook page called avoid lovely flora world which shows all the people they have scammed!

Absolutely ridiculous company, do not order I ordered flowers for Mother's Day in advance paid for tracked delivery flowers never arrived and the company completely ignored calls and messages. Should be utterly ashamed of yourselves

AWFUL COMPANY Avoid!

Ordered Mothers days flowers for my mum who we have not seen for nearly a year. The same as a lot of people during the pandemic. They did not arrive today and unable to contact them. No email or communication! I want a refund. Order number *******. Disgusting how they can operate and get away with it. Also paid £4.95 for postage. Please avoid this company and heartache of trying to send a loved one flowers!

Warning DO NOT BUY FLOWERS from this company!
My wife order flowers online for her mother and mother in law for mothering Sunday.
They arrived on Thursday and the standard of them can only be described as absolutely shocking, we and our parents are so dissappointed!
Take a look at the photo of the flowers we received vs the photo off the Lovely Flora world website.
We contacted customer services immediately they apologised and offered a new replacement to arrive on Wednesday, my wife explained that's no good as it would be 3 days after Mother's Day! The other option offered by customer services was they we will give us 50% discount off your next order! We said no we need to get nice flowers to our parents so they have them on mothers days, they have refused to give us our money back, can you beleive this treatment.
It really is hard to believe that they are refusing to give us a refund, they are sayig the heads of the flowers is out problem, this is how we received them, looks like they have been damaged in transport, but look at the lack of flowers we paid just under £22 for these for each parent! We have now sent 3-4 e mails with photo evidence and still they refuse to take accountability it's ridiculous and my wife is so upset, wasting hours of time on e mails and now I am doing the same in writing these reviews, its all been caused by sub standard products and very poor levels of service. We are going to report to trading standards, will also share our experience on various social media sites to protect others from having the same experience.
So please look at other 1 and 2 star reviews we are not the first customers to experience these issues.
WARNING DO NOT BUY FLOWERS from this company for your loved ones or any special occasions.

Waste of money

Flowers were limp or dead or bloomed and would not last more than a few days I think the way they must delete the bad reviews on their own website is disgraceful and probably illegal - come on everybody bad review them to change or put them out of business please

Misleading with times

Purchase this flowers on their website on Wednesday around 13:00, it was stating that will arrive on the 11th which was my sisters birthday. I received an email confirming that the flowers will arrive on the 11th.
The flowers did not arrived on the 11th, I contacted customer service they said that the flowers can take 1 - 2 days to arrive. During the process, there are no information showing to the customer that this can be an issue, if I would know that could take longer, I would not use this service. The website is misleading the customer to buy first the flowers and then if there is any delays they say it is on their terms and conditions, where i did not click in terms and conditions before purchasing flowers. Today the 12th I receive an email from Royal mail stating that the flowers will only arrive on the 13th (Saturday). As I sent the flowers to her work, no one will be there Saturday, changing the date they will only be able to deliver on a Monday the 15th. So the flowers will be from the 11th until the 15th without any fresh water, meaning they will no longer be fresh. This is very upsetting, specially when you try to call to someone and no one answers the phone, they will only deal with your enquiries via email. The service is misleading and not clear on their website. I really would like my money back. I paid for a service that I am not getting. Please reach out to me ASAP. Thank you.

I have made the order for the next day delivery. Flowers have not been dispatched, no answer to my emails. No one is answering the phone. Will have to go to my bank to ask for my money back. Would never recommend.

Ordered my wife's anniversary flowers on Tuesday for this Thursday. Confirmation e-mail stated order to be delivered this Thursday as well). With this company you pay a tracking fee of £4.95 for the flowers, which has never worked since the initial order (it keeps coming up as incorrect order number and incorrect email address supplied). Today after waiting in for the flowers and having no communication what so ever with the company I am told that the flowers are delayed until tomorrow. Apparently the flowers were stuck in the Greenford warehouse, when i ask for a full refund, I am then told that this is not possible as the flowers are in transit?. Clearly as well as the poor service, lack of communication, they lie to there customers as well. As i tried to explain over the phone you don't purchase flowers for a particular occasion to then be told that they are delayed and I only found this out because I contacted them!. The lady refused a refund saying that it was documented on there terms and conditions. Hence I am know taking this further. DO NOT USE!

I ordered these flowers for my mom's birthday they turned up dry like they had been in transit for along time they came on the Friday by Saturday morning they had all drooped
The flowers were nothing like I ordered and were half the size of the bouquet I ordered
The flowers didn't even last a week.
I complained to witch I was told a very skill full florist arranged my flowers and there was nothing wrong with them.
I then emailed the pictures and asked for a refund to be told again there was nothing wrong with this bouquet but I could have a 20 per discount off my next order.
No thank you I will never order from this company again.

Ordered a bunch of roses and freesias for my wife. A bunch of roses and carnations were delivered with no prior warning that they were going to supply carnations. I complained about this and they offered a 30% refund. I then emailed them back to say that after 6 days the roses had withered but the carnations were still in bud and complained that the flowers did not all come out together. I was then offered a 50% refund; to date I have had no refund and after almost 2 weeks the bulk of the carnations are still in bud. AVOID!

Ordered flowers, chose delivery date, heard nothing! I contacted them for an update/tracking and was given a Royal Mail tracking number. The number was invalid! Royal mail them confirmed that they had received the parcel and that the tracking number had been generated moments before my call by bot picked up, mu order wasn't arriving on time so I contacted the company at 12pm to cancel! They ignored my emails, voicemail and deleted my comments (fb shows the comments count anyway) from their FB page but I have the screenshot (as they do with any negative comments). There's even a comment asking where all the comments have gone...(which I also have a screenshot of). At 6pm last night I received a message from Royal Mail saying they had just received my parcel and it would be out for delivery the following day! Too late! This company has reviews switched off on social media, no where to cancel or speak to a person as they're not answering the calls and they are manipulating what the public see's. They are RIPPING PEOPLE OFF and I'm reporting them to Trading Standards as the way they've treated me speaks volumes about how they trade! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Awful experience,

I placed an order for flowers and opted for the option of adding a box of chocolates. Received an empty flower box? And a tiny box of chocolates. Complained, only to be told this must have been what you ordered. We are too busy to check orders? Wow, great after care. My wife thought it was a joke when she opened an empty box on our anniversary.

Would NOT be recommending Lovley Flora World.

Valentines Red Roses

Excellent Delivery, Red Roses not Fresh, came one day before valentines day, dry as a bone lasted until the day after valentines.
They refunded me but not the full amount, I did E Mail them to tell them but Lovely Flora World just ignored me. I have posted some photos so you all can see.
