If I could give this company 0 stars I definitely would! No matter how many great reviews you hear about this company's service- don't believe any of it.
Ordered a lush bouquet for £16(delivery price included) last week. (Needed to order online this year because of level 4 lockdown.) The bouquet came just in time for mam's birthday however it looked like something you'd buy in your local supermarket for £3! Absolute rip off, the flowers weren't fresh either. Very disappointed.
I ordered flower from Flora World for my Mum's birthday memorial on 15th February. Despite ordering in plenty of time and having the order acknowledge and payment taken my flowers did not arrive. This was very upsetting for me and I had to purchase flowers elsewhere. Despite phoning and emailing I did not receive a response from Flora World. Instead a very wilted bunch of flowers turned up on my doorstep yesterday. Surely when dealing with peoples emotions they should be more considerate. Wont order again or recommend to anyone
I ordered a dozen red roses for valentines day. They where requested to be delivered on the 13, but came on the 12. In less than two days they had wilted. Sent an email to the company complaining, and got no reply. You can get better quality from a garage, at half the price, and will last twice as long.
Flowers didn't arrive on designated day. I was initially livid. Read some not so good reviews, saw some disappointing photos. Messaged my aunt to say her surprise flowers were late and to expect the worse after the bad reviews. They arrived a day late and thankfully they looked lovely in her vase.
I ordered flowers for my sisters 70th birthday arrived 2 days late and were not what I ordered, I ordered lovely bunch of gerbera and she got half dead bunch of roses, never again big con.
I have ordered a bouquet of flowers that was good, a happy birthday balloon and some chocolates that were too small for their value. Disappointing company service. The order arrived late, on another date than the one indicated, having ordered twelve days in advance, no one from the company contacted me to inform me of the delay, so I contact them, explain the problem and they tell me that Those things happen that I wait a few more days if they arrive, I inform them that I want to cancel the order and that the full amount of it will be paid to me, but I have not yet received a response, they simply ignored me. I do not recommend it.
Order was placed a week before my delivery request date. Due date was Saturday 13th and got an email saying flowers were dispatched on Thursday 11th. Flowers arrived today Tuesday 16th in a box with 7 of the 12 roses dead. Very poor service
Shocking. Ordered flowers on the 11th Feb. Was told I had to pay £5 for a tracked delivery service for delivery by the 13th(these were for valentine's Day so I paid it)
I got a confirmation email saying my flowers would arrive by the 13th and I would get another email with tracking info.
I've gotten nothing since. No tracking nothing. The flowers didn't arrive on the 13th either. So now they are useless.
Don't say you can deliver items by a certain date if you can't honour them.
Also not responding to my emails or messages and don't answer the phone.
Will be contacting my bank for a refund! AVOID
EDIT: they have deleted my Facebook comments calling them out and others.
Also they have only just sent me a link to tracking showing the flowers have been sent at the post office TODAY! Not Thursday like they said. Shocking company who post fake reviews from made up accounts on here. AVOID

Terrible flowers terrible customer service DO NOT order from here it's a waste of money and they offer no refund
First of all my husband ordered WHITE LILLIES... what arrived I can only describe as dead £2.99 petrol station flowers. What arrived where gerbra and chrysanthemum. 2 gerbra snapped chrysanthemum dead. I will not of chrysanthemum in the house as they remind me of my mum's funeral so imagine the horror when I opened the box that was 4 times larger than the flowers in it. I have contacted trading standards regarding miss selling so expect to here from the company asap.
That was a real disappointment. Arrived 3 days before valentines and are wilting and dying. Awful customer service. Very disappointed partner.
I bought a dianthus bouquet on the 7th Feb. It was advertised a valantines bouquet. I asked for it to be delivered on the 13th Feb.
It arrived on the 10th... 3 days before my request.
The flowers were not of the quantity shown in the picture.
5 buds were broken off.
No apology was given for the inferior or fewer quantity.
The reply was.
"We aim to meet these timescales but during busy periods (i. E. Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Easter, Christmas etc) deliveries may take a little longer. Therefore, during peak periods we may need to dispatch orders one (1) – two (2) working days prior to the requested delivery date so they may arrive early or on the intended date."
We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Paid £25 for this RUBBISH - absolute JOKE! - the picture from the website shows so much more, but upon delivery it was only a handful of flowers... DO NOT USE Lovely Flora World - they are con artists!. Proof is in the Picture...
Well I don't normally write reviews, but actually really wanted to write this one just to stop people being ripped off in the future, never in my life have I experienced customer service quite like the service I received earlier today! I actually had a woman laughing down the phone at me and telling me my order that was supposed to be delivered today will not be here until tomorrow. She didn't even use the coronavirus as an excuse for why its late, she simply told me that even though my confirmation email states it will be delivered today its actually a load of crap because when you order on a Saturday for a delivery on a Monday they never turn up because they don't work weekends, and just pack the weekend orders on a Monday! When I told her there was a clear fault in that system she just spoke over me and laughed and wouldn't let me speak. Then she said at the end "is there anything else I can help you with", and I replied "Well no obviously not she just cackled down the phone at me" absolutely disgusting customer serve and still without my flowers. A nice gesture for a family member is now going to look like I forget their birthday with it being a day late! Thanks for nothing but being out of pocket Lovely Flora World!
I paid for a bouquet to be delivered on the 23rd December but it never arrived. I telephoned and left messages 7 times and emailed and web emailed 6 times. I received no response. I was not allowed to leave a bad review so I did some digging to find out about this sham company. The guy who owned the company Lovely Flora World is banned from having anything to do with running a company. In August 2019, the Secretary of State accepted an eight-year disqualification. Effective from Tuesday, September 3, he cannot - without the permission of the court - be involved in the formation, promotion or management of a company, directly or indirectly. He also changed the name of Lovely Flora World to FMCG PP LIMITED in September 2020. The company Delightful Flora is also trading on the internet with the same registered office as LFW, the same layout, logos and fonts and also colours but does not appear at Companies House. I am in the process of giving all the information I have to Trading Standards and also to The Insolvency Service. The owner of LFW owes £260,000 in tax and it was the reason he was banned for 8 years as set out above.
Ordered 2 different bouquets for delivery Saturday 30/1/21... arrived on time but did not receive adequate quantity of flowers as per the picture and description. I ordered the yellow and mauve charm bouquet but received 1 stem of mauve and the rest was cheap looking yellow and white flowers... 2nd bouquet wasn't much better and didn't contain the colours or flowers displayed... appalling quality and quantity and could have got more for money purchasing from supermarket... complained by sending pics of what was received and they said they were acceptable but offered me 20% off next order... no good to me as wont be ordering again... poor customer service and cant seem to write a review on their page and only favorable reviews are showing
I ordered lovely bunch of flowers as a present, never been so embarrassed of what had turned up, flowers different from what I ordered and when phoned them to say, they said there head florist looked at them and nothing wrong with them poor customer service. Just emailed trading standers, just don't want anyone falling victim to this company
Awful flowers, awful customer service and company ignoring legal consumer rights! Do not waste your money, just throw it away instead then you'll get a bonus of not having to attempt (or failed attempts) to deal with the company in order to resolve issues. I received the half dead roses and crispy leaves (as pictured)
Well what can I say ordered a bouquet on 01/01/21 to be delivered on the 09//01/21 for a ruby wedding anniversary come the 10/01/21 they hadn't arrived. E-mailed flora world to find out where the flowers were the only reply was automatic. Phoned them the next day all I got was we are busy on a automatic message leave your name and number we will call you back which never happened. E-mailed them again finally had a reply saying we have had to postpone some orders but they were doing their best. Finally managed to speak to someone at flora world 12/01/21 after making a number attempts hopefully they will be delivery by 13/01/21. The flowers have just arrived and my brother has sent me a photo but look nothing like what I order they look like a cheap bunch from a supermarket no nice presentation of bow not impressed and not worth the stress or money.
Recieved a bunch of mostly dead roses in December.
I contacted the company directly initially as I didn't want to upset my friend who sent them to me.
I sent pictures too.
They agreed to replace them but to date I've heard nothing.
My friend has also now contacted the company with no success!

Answer: These people are crooks... They have ruined Mother's day. We are going to take legal action.
Answer: I feel your pain. We were sadly let down at the funeral yesterday by our flowers not arriving. They refused any compensation or gesture of goodwill. Disgusting.
