Ordered Pink Mystic +50% for my Mum's 70th, she received the worst bunch of flowers that I have ever seen. I should have stuck with interflora! No reply from customer services despite contacting them several times. Will NEVER use again!
After ordering some flowers to arrive xmas eve to cheer up my Mum after restrictions changed meaning she could no longer spend the festive period with us I was extremely disappointed they arrived a whole week late & looked like this!. This is allegedly the " joyful " bouquet!.
I have sent lots of flowers from other suppliers and this is the worst one. I saw the bouquet I had sent to my sister in law and thought it was very disappointing. Would certainly not recommend.
If you want half dead flowers 2 days late then these are your guys. They do not respond to emails or answer the phone, wish id checked the reviews online 1st as it turns out all the ones on their site are added by them (you cant add a review on their site yourself). Stay clear of these tempting cheap prices
Please don't expect to receive a bouquet like they advertise... I ordered and paid extr for 50 % more flowers. It was no bigger than a bunch of £4 flowers from your local supermarket! I did contact them with pictures and comparisons and they blocked me from contact on Facebook, deleted my reviews and offered me 20% of next purchase. I sent these to my daughter who was recovering from covid to cheer her up. I was so embarrassed when my daughter sent me the pics of them!
I put an order in beginning of last week to a friend who had a operation which never arrived tried ringing with no success. I cannot get through to get a refund. How do I get through to them.It is a scam.
Arrived 3 days late and fading. Mold on base of stems, not freshly cut. Buds broken off and some stems broken. Looks like they have been in a van without water for those three days. So disappointing for a 70th birthday present.
I ordered flowers to be delivered as a Christmas present on 21st December. Contacted company when they didn't arrive and email said deliveries can be up to 2 days late. Waited 2 days, still no delivery. Sent 2nd email which was ignored. Website said due to Covid and problems at Dover there were delays, but flowers should arrive by 31st December. They didn't, so sent 3rd email which was also ignored. It's now 4th Jan and still no sign of my delivery. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Bouquet I ordered for a very special friend was 2 days late and just a bunch of carnations not the bouquet advertised on their website. After numerous emails to the company asking for either another bouquet to be delivered or a refund, which was totally ignored, I decided to submit a complaint to the trading standards.
Upset and angry that I ordered flowers to be delivered Xmas eve no flowers came no one been in toach I have phone and emailed and still no one has been in toach to offer a new delivery date or a refund
I ordered a delivery of flowers on 27 November to be delivered today... it was for my wife on our 1st anniversary... I have been totally let down by yourself... you even emailed me yesterday to say my delivery was arriving today... when is my delivery coming?... and I will be putting a bad review on your website... thank you for $#*! all... what a disappointment

Whilst grateful they even arrived, albeit 2 days later than planned, I would say that I am underwhelmed.
The kind offer to have 20% off the next order will not be used!
I would avoid this company altogether!
Ordered flowers costing £27 on the 18th Dec to be delivered next day... nothing delivered, no response, apology or refund!

Received email from company at 14.27 21st Dec (3 days after delivery date) after then message from Royal Mail 13 mins later advising they have flowers, this only happened after commenting on their Facebook page!
Do not waste your money, flowers look nothing like the picture, I even paid for 50% extra flowers so god knows what they would have looked like without that addition. I've contacted them sending them pictures and their response is that they can't get them to look exactly like the picture but I have received the correct amount of quality flowers so they cannot do anything. Awful service. Coincidentally on their Facebook page it will not let you add pictures to comments not review on there!

Flowers ordered for a monday & they tried to deliver to a school on a saturday. Re delivered on monday afternoon. So 4 days in transit... weeping floral confetti anyone! It took 3 days & multiple emails to get a response to my complaint. They did send out a replacement bunch the 50% extra what a joke, there were 50% less flowers than shown in a standard bunch. Just spend £3 at a supermarket, you'll
get more flowers!
Answer: These people are crooks... They have ruined Mother's day. We are going to take legal action.
Answer: I feel your pain. We were sadly let down at the funeral yesterday by our flowers not arriving. They refused any compensation or gesture of goodwill. Disgusting.
