Late Delivery

How I wish I had read these reviews first. I ordered a bouquet for a dear friend two days ago and apparently they will be delivered tomorrow by Royal Mail. How can that be right? They will be dead or dying. Do not believe what this company tells you about next day delivery and they certainly do not say they will be coming by Royal Mail.

Would not reccomend

If i could i would give no stars as 1 is probably too good. I ordered flowers for next day delivery and they arrived the following day. By which time they had been sat in a delivery van without water as were very bashed. I ordered these flowers as a gift to somebody who had been recently bereaved and so when they arrived they were not great, heads broken off the flowers and were dying. When you order for someone else you hope and expect that they are what you pay for. These flowers were not cheap and when i complained about both the delivery and the quality this company was not too interested. They did not refund the next day delivery charge and only refunded a very small amount, less than half and stated that there were a few stalks unbroken. The flowers that were not broken were not healthy besides who wants a few flowers. I would not reccomend and would be cautious to those considering a purchase. Other companies woukd likely offer to replace the flowers. My order was not sold as expected nor was i satisfactorily compensated. Would not reccomend

Flowers delivered a day late, and when they did come, I cried, they where for my daughters grave from her 11th birthday. They were no more than a cheap £3 bunch of flower from tescos! £19.99 at half price, seriously this company closing down, it's not fair to charge thst price, it's day light robbery! After emails asking for a refund, the unsympathetic and rude responses back and forth I'm still no closer to a refund. What a horrible service this is!

Disappointing and deflating

Flowers nothing like in the photograph.Flowers never arrived.They use the post Office knowing the flowers arrive late and dying.
I wanted my daughter to know what it's like receiving flowers on her birthday what a complete disaster

Poor quality and service

Never ever buy from them. The flowers came 1 day after the schedule date, they were dear without water. I emailed the issue with them and they didn't acknowledge their mistake and never refunded my money.

Order upgrade biger flowers with chocolate
Arrived day before. No chocolate!
Flowers do not look like on page they arrived flat in box and she put them in vase as they looks poor condition. No wrapping.
Plain cheap flowers l paid over £20
With postage.by royal Mail flat like a book!

Try to speak to them over emails absolutely joke
And they not even apologies or try to sort out the problem they stand out as they happy with the service they provided bla bla bla...
This was a gift for my autie for her 60th birthday very disappointing and waste of money and time service absolutely awful...
And please dont spent your money with them you can get better flowers and gifts from other sites... waste and disappointing place!

I told everyone I knew to use this site, and many many did, I was that impressed with the cost and usually the quality. Then I ordered flowers for my sisters Birthday (very important) I ordered well in advance. Her birthday is December 21st, no flowers they came 5 days LATE so 5 day old flowers...since they kept telling me they were in transit...as bad as that was, I am giving a negative review is that when I contacted them several times... I got a repetitive response that was neither caring or professional, thats what it! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES A LONG WAY WITH ME...

Bought or so I thought a baby boy teady for my nephews arrival I was sent something that was nothing like the photo it didn't say baby boy infact it was a plain £1 shop bear.They con you into buying something that is clearly no what they have and send tacky crap ripping you off and scamming people out of money

Joyful splendour bouquet. Not... terrible customer service no response in emails. Only responses through Resolver on the Internet. Repetitive generated comments. No interest in refunds. Item not as displayed on their site.embarrassing for the person who received them.

Awful avoid

Absolutely laughable Florist. What I ordered Vs what I got.
I ordered a lovely purple focused bouquet with variety of colours and flowers and a lovely balloon that complimented it. And what I got- the yellow awful bouquet with totally different flowers and colou. Unhappy customer and recipient. I was so embarrassed when they shared the picture of 30 quid flowers.
Complained and apparently showed to senior florist and apparently it's the same and nothing is wrong?! The balloon was totally different and rubbish too... But if they couldn't tell the flowers were the wrong colour... Then I doubt they would notice the balloon

Avoid at all costs!

If I could give zero stars I would! Please do not use this service. Their website allowed me to order for the bank holiday Monday and they advised on the day due that they would deliver 2 days later than planned?! I asked for a refund but they stated to refuse delivery instead, but the recipient was not going to be at the property two days later! Basically they don't want to refund and make it very difficult for you. Avoid at all costs. Attached photos of what my mother received (2 days late) and what she should have received! When you ask for refund they state to return the item but then you have to pay postage! They will not cover return postage. Complete scam. I hope the company is closed down by trading standards. A disgrace to the floral industry.

Rubbish and False Promises

They took my money on Wednesday 12/02/2020 advertising that my delivery for Valentines will be delivered on Friday 14/02/2020. They have lied and lied you cannot get through their phone line as it is constantly engaged. They took over £40 pounds for the gift of flowers etc and now my wife has no Valentine gift. This company is a sham and scam. They need to refund my money back and they should stop advertising false promises.

Scam / Con Artists

DO NOT order from this site! Flowers sent out for a friends birthday were 5 days late. When they did finally arrive the 'bouquet' consisted of just SIX flowers, despite supposedly being a deluxe bunch & paying extra on top for 50% more flowers, plus next day delivery.

Customer service was what I can only describe as ridiculous. Sent me a clearly copied & pasted email that they send to all their complaints, stating my photo of what was received had been 'checked by the senior florist and was correct' out to me twice, not acknowledging any of my q's or concerns. Then asked for me to return the flowers in the same condition as delivered in the original box if I wanted a refund - seriously...flowers! I had not even requested a refund, just for the correct bunch of flowers to be re-delivered to my friend that looked like what was advertised/paid for.

I have now reported the transaction to my bank who are re-claiming the payment from them & I would suggest everyone else do the same as they should not be allowed to get away with scamming people like this. I included a print out of the multiple other complaints on here of the same nature against them as support to my claim! I only wish I had seen them all prior to placing an order with this joke of a company.

The 5* reviews are obviously fake & being posted by themselves to try & hide all the negatives! I would refer to them as a 'bunch of cowboys', but I think that would be offensive to cowboys to be honest...their customer service, let alone supply is that shocking! Have reported to Trading Standards in addition in hope no other potential customer has to experience the same.

I ordered flowers on September 26, they arrived after a week, I emailed twice what was happening because the flowers were supposed to be delivered the next day, I received a reply that the flowers were coming by royal mail and I had to wait 2 business days even though they were supposed to be delivered the next day. After a week, the flowers ended up in the trash, they were no longer suitable for anything. After writing an e-mail to lovely flora world, I did not receive any response. They don't give a damn about their customers. Never order!

Flowers did not arrive on the day promised on two emails from them. Nor did they arrive the following day. Employee Olivia (very poor customer service, clearly does not care AT ALL) about customers stated your terms and conditions state any orders placed after xpm on Fri won't be delivered until Tuesday. WHY DOES the ORDERING SYSTEM ALLOW ME TO CHOOSE DELIVERY ON SUNDAY, AND CONFIRM IT WILL BE DELIVERED ON SUNDAY ON TWO SEPARATE EMAILS! NOT ACCEPTABLE. Were intended for someone who needed care and cheering up after an unexpected and traumatic surgery, extremely disappointed they didn't receive them

I ordered a bouquet for my elderly aunt's birthday. They arrived two days early, probably because they wouldn't have lasted much longer. The roses had brown spots on the leaves and were wilting, the next day they had wilted completely. They didn't even make it to her birthday. No reply to the company's email. Won't be using them again.
