Where do you start, valentines day it a nightmare when your 200 miles from your love one, so had to get the flowers sorted topical me I do leave it to the last minute, so went on lovely floral world made the booking, great in the good books, paid and for tracking, the day came waiting for the message "thabk you for the lovely roses, but nothing, they didn't send me the tracking log details, the minutes the hours ticked by, no nice flowers message, then at 7pm on the big day message came through from my love one " Thank you for the flowers" great I thought so I replied " your more than welcome* then nothing no reply, then the call, you taking the piss she said, I replied no I send some red roses to you, thinking I did, then the phone went down, oh $#*!, I looked at the bank account, yes they took the money out, found out they sent them a day late, please please please don't use these they are terrible keep away if youe relationship relies on it, drive the 200 miles instead of using this company

An update, they've said they didn't send the flowers I'm complaining about. Funny that they had a card from me on. I'm not going to get anywhere as they just keep saying they don't sell those flowers. I said if they're not your flowers then mine haven't even turned up! No response to that email. They don't deserve 1 star but I can't leave 0
Ordered flowers to be delivered 23/12 for funeral. 1st picture is what I ordered, 2nd picture is what they received. They arrived 29/12 not only wilting but wrong flowers. No response yet to 3 emails. Am trying to get a refund but they haven't even responded
Avoid this company. Despite ordering 6thJan ( delivery date 8 th) orders arrived 11th - 5 days after ordering. I have complained but their response was to refer to their TCs which states delivery could be 1-2 days later
This is one distrustful company, find a floral company you can trust to deliver your order on the all important date.
Will never order from here again would have been better with a fiver bunch of flowers from supermarket this was for my mums birthday. Poor poor quality
Do not order your flowers from lovely flora world. I & many others have been conned by this company read Facebook page avoid flora world before parting with your money

I had flowers sent to a friend in a care home for Christmas They were delivered on the Tuesday before Christmas and her husband said by Christmas Day they were dying. I tried to contact seller but over the holiday no one was there. I left messages but have never been called back. Very disappointed with this company.
I have made 2 orders with this company and on both occasions the delivery has been late. Their flowers are beautiful but there appears to be a problem with ensuring that they arrive on time. Keeping to the delivery date is important to customers.
Completely useless, do not use this company. Flowers ordered for a birthday (yesterday) still haven't arrived. No one answers phone and email response was that in busy periods the delivery may be 2-3 days late. What an absolute farcical way to respond in a market where service is absolutely crucial. Joke of a company. Please use one of the many other companies out there who have no problem achieving what this shower are unable to do.
This company remove all negative posts on facebook and instagram and turn off commenting to post. They do not deliver the items you order and what finally does turn up are dead flowers. Rudest customer service ever. Very disappointed and saddened they can take advantage of so many people during a pandemic. Please do not use this company.
Paid to have 2 bouquets delivered on 24/12/21 as a surprise for my mum and my sister as I once again wasn't going to see them at Xmas.

A very sentimental and special gift from me to 2 very important people in my life ruined by this company. Avoid Avoid Avoid
I bought 24 roses by about £34 ( including postage) for our anniversary on 15th. Roses been delivered on due date but quality was very poor. Roses were tiny compared with their advertisement photos, Some of them was too dry and too weak to stand properly. Leaves were dry and unhealthy. Straight way I emailed them, they were asking for proof. I took all photos and videos from RingGo door bell, but I felt very dishonour when they asking for for proof. It's flowers specially we buy for special reason, who is in the world will say lies about flowers for wife/kids/funeral?
I don't mind to send them, but wife said drop the matter as she saw my love for her, she doesn't bother about the flowers.
I'm a small businessman, I know how the bad things impact the business, otherwise, I would like to put all photos and videos in social media, but I stop myself.
Please, respect and believe your customer, they will give you business.

Ordered a bouquet for a surprise anniversary present very disappointed that yes they arrived on time but did not look like the pic I ordered and had no message card with them so when they arrived they didnt know who they were from until i asked if they had received them and when she sent me a pic of them i was disappointed to say the least I will not use this company again
Ordered to be delivered today for a friends birthday.
Received an email from royal mail to say they were being delivered tomorrow.
I contacted the above company to complain - was told if you order after 5 on Friday or a weekend, they wouldn't be delivered on time.
Quite clearly states on their site and on my confirmation email that they were being delivered today!
Very dissatisfied, would never use again.
This company promises next day delivery - doesn't happen, It shows lovely bouquets - nothing like the true thing at all, you have the option to buy 50% more flowers - I'd hate to see how many stems are in one without the 50% extra as these were pathetic. When emailing the company as they had not been delivered I got a could not care less style email back. I'm tempted to go to trading standards they are that bad
Never would recommend anyone, they are a scam, they take your money, it never arrives on time and it never looks like a picture,
I used these to order my 70th year old mother flowers on her birthday and ordered a bouquet that looked beautiful with yellow roses and freesias. I also paid for 50 percent extra flowers so was really excited about my mother receiving these to make her feel special. When they arrived they was wiltered looked half dead with broken buds and had only one extra rose to the standard picture when if u pay for 50 percent more I should of got 6 extra roses but didn't and the freesias was replaced with poor carnations. I contacted them with pictures I had taken as I was so embrassed by them and disgusted with them it took the 2 days to reply and all they would offer was a credit for the future or replacement (when replacement is too late when her birthday was gone and I had to spend money to replace them on the day). I did not want either as I went out and brought her flowers from a supermarket that was much better quality on the day of her birthday and binned the ones I ordered from these. I would never shop with this florists ever again and there customer service was appalling. If they can offer credit they can offer a refund but would not they are crooks
They said if I sent the flowers back they would refund but they knew I had binned them plus you would have tp send back at the cost of yourself. Once they have taken your money you will not get it back even if they are in the wrong. I worked in customer service and the way I was dealt with was appalling. I really wouldn't use this company and would use a different one this is the only florist I have ever recived such a bad flowers and service from. Beware of this site and don't use they are crooks with nothing but excuses I have attched a picture of the flowers I paid for and the flowers I got so you can see how bad they are
I Ordered a birthday bouquet for my friend. I paid for 50%extra flowers, chocolates and birthday balloon.The bouquet of 12 flowers arrived, I was so disappointed when my friend sent me the photo of her flowers.If 12 flowers was the 50%extra that I paid for I would have hated to see what the original bouquet consisted of. I won't be using this company again that's for sure.

Answer: I feel your pain. We were sadly let down at the funeral yesterday by our flowers not arriving. They refused any compensation or gesture of goodwill. Disgusting.
