Wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered from this company very poor service was told online when ordering bouquet would be delivered on day of friends birthday just seen they've been delivered a day late asked to speak to a manager no way thats happening they only accept emails.
What a waste will never use again and not even deserve one star really.

The bouquet arrived and was lovely but by day2 they were ready for the bin, floraworld responded and sent a second bouquet a d again by day 2 they looked terrible. Wilted dying flowers, roses that were brown and dying Really poor quality flowers.
Ordered for Friday bank holiday was confirmed AND nothing saying that I can't choose bank holiday.
Was delivered on Sunday after when it was needed for. Went straight in the bin as we're half dead

My friends sent me a dozen yellow roses that arrived last Friday 8th April. By Sunday they were brown and very dead. I made a complaint and was given an apology and another 12 roses arrived yesterday already brown and dead. I let them know immediately backed up with photos they told me to recut them and put in water overnight. Today they were very dead and falling apart more photos sent and I was asked to return in original packaging most unlikely that I would have kept it having been told to recut them and put in water! A complete waste of money for my friends and disappointment for me.
I would avoid this company like the plague! Interesting that most of the posts on fb have an angry faces on them and any negative comments have been deleted plus there is nowhere to leave a review. I ordered on the Thursday before Mother's day booking a delivery date for the Saturday to ensure she got them in time for Mothers day and they did not arrive until Monday afternoon. They were not sent out until friday evening! So they were sat with the post office since Friday evening and lost 2.5 days of their cut lives. They were also not very good. I have called and called and called and left messages to be called back. No one picks up their supposed great customer service line and no one responds to a complaint. Not happy. Rip off company.
I ordered flowers to be delivered the day before mothers day. They arrived the following Wednesday. Most were dead or broken. Paid extra for a bouquet 50% larger but the bouquet was even smaller than the one pictured. They say free delivery but then charge you £4.95 for insurance. Absolute rip off all round. I ended up paying £20 + for a bunch of dead flowers that would have cost £2.49 from a supermarket. Avoid at all cost!

This Company is absolutely disgusting I made an order on Saturday late (my fault) but they was meant to arrive today (Monday) still not arrived and its now 7.55pm I've tried calling the company 7 times today every time it rings "please stay on the line" then it goes to answerphone I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY They are a disgrace I would have given no Stars if I could
Ordered some mothers day flowers on Thurs 24th for mothers day. They didn't arrive on the Sat when they said they would. They didn't arrive on the Sunday either. Nor have they arrived today. Royal Mail (?) have just emailed however to say they will arrive tomorrow - 3 days late and far too late for mothers day. I ended up getting my mother another present and won't be buying with this company again. Tried to email and call - left 2 msgs and no one has got back to me. Terrible lack of customer service and won't trust them again for special occasions
Ordered flowers with the 50% more. I could have got more (and better) with £10 at a supermarket. I dread to think what they would have looked like without the additional 50%! Their customers services answer is that the pictures I sent them are 'fine and as expected' according to the 'senior florist'. They said I could get a refund if I send back at my own cost and offered me 20% off ny next order! What a (bad) joke of a company.
Again let down with non existent delivery this happen too often so wont be using them again ordered on 15/03/2020 for delivery on 26/03/2022 i dare say covid will be there excuse again. Order number *******.
I was badly let down by this company and would seriously consider looking at another company if you would want flowers delivered on time for a special occasion. I ordered there special adapted mother day flowers with them on Wednesday 23rd for delivery on Saturday 26th, I got an e-mail from Royal Mail on 13.48 on Saturday 26th saying that have received them at Greenford MC and wouldn't be delivered until Monday 28th I was able to go into RM tracking system, having managed the system in the past and I could see lovely flowers failed there final despatch time on Thursday 24th. I had no notification or communication to this effect even that they knew that they had failed there final despatch time on the Thursday and that the flowers would not be delivered before mother days. I contacted the them via e-mail On 26 Mar 2022 15:44, I got this reply, which in my opinion is very poor customer service,

I ordered flowers for my Friend as her dad passed away for next day delivery and when they didn't come I tried contacting them and they was talikf a long time and wasn't communicating

I cannot track this order so no idea if arrived or not. False email address and phone number doesnt ring. What the hell is going on?
Have had flowers delivered today, they have been delivered on the correct date but flowers are half dead very disappointed as they were for my wife.
Their website lies, I know this as have left 3 negative reviews (yes I didn't learn 3 times) and none of them show, they only post the good ones. You will pick up better in any petrol station. Customer service appalling, do not stick to delivery dates, terrible quality
Answer: These people are crooks... They have ruined Mother's day. We are going to take legal action.
Answer: I feel your pain. We were sadly let down at the funeral yesterday by our flowers not arriving. They refused any compensation or gesture of goodwill. Disgusting.
