Wow. I just paid £16 which apparently was 60% off original price of £27 for the most ridiculous bunch of flowers!
The most expensive looking thing about it was the box it arrived in and the ‘free' card but the box wasn't used in the giving although I was tempted because it was the only way to show that I had actually not just bought a £3-4 bunch of flowers from Tesco or Sainsbury's.
I checked on Sainsbury's and found a better bunch for £4.
Very embarrassing having to present them to the lady they was meant for due to not having time to go and purchase more before she came!
On my complaint they admitted that the foliage was missing but only offered to give me 20% off my next purchase as if I'm ever going to purchase again!
They also have what I believe to be false reviews on their website since they don't actually permit you to review on their website!
I wish I had checked external site's like this before purchase. Now I understand this is a company who cares only about making quick money not about being a reputable company.

Ordered for my wife on our anniversary. Didn't arrive and after complaining was told they would be here the next day. Then got a text saying the day after That! Only problem is we will be away. Coming home to dead flowers by the look of it. The company do not care for your concerns at all.
The flowers my friend received looked nothing like the ones in the picture. You get a better bouquet out of lidils for £5. Very dissapointed. Won't be ordering from here again
Orders as a gift, ordered 50% more what the recipient received was not like the picture, the received flowers were mouldy and with heads missing, emailed company they offered a refund for the gysopholis, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY better flowers could be brought from a supermarket

Stay away from this company! I received flowers today for my mum and dad's anniversary. They are shocking I'm glad I got them first so I can make arrangements to get something better! 1 star fir delivery. I could get the same bunch from Asda for less than £10! The bow annoyed me even more why did they even bother! I am furious!
I ordered a bouquet for my partners birthday and even paid for 50%extra flowers,
What i received can only be described as pathetic i would have been better off going to my local garage, instead I went to Asda and bought a excellent bouquet for £10.00, when i phoned them they asked me for a photo which was sent after a very short time they replied and said and I quote
The pictures you provided us with. Having shown the picture to the senior florist, he confirmed that the bouquet you've received is the correct one, there are no issues with the quality of the flowers overall and the amount of flowers is correct too.
All bouquets are inspected before being packaged, the flowers we send are all gifts packaged in cellophane/tissue and when removed from the packaging and displayed in a vase, they will look different. Then offered me 20%discount on my next order which i refused, Iam contacting visa and try and get my money back under section 75, and will also spread the word on Facebook Instagram and twitter, might also contact trading standards,

Ordered friday for a gift delivery today, selected 12/7 in the available delivery options. Got to 3.15pm, not had a dispatch message, post has been. Called them 'oh, it states in our delivery terms and conditions that any order placed after 4pm friday wont be dispatched until monday, did you not read the FAQs?' (No, i'm ordering flowers, not a new car, i've ordered flowers dozens of times and never had an issue. Requested to speak to a manager (surprise surprise, none there), asked for a call back 'oh theyre email only, they dont take calls'
Avoid this company if you're ordering flowers for an occasion and actually expect them to arrive on the day you requested.
Please be aware this company can deliver your flowers up to 2 days either side of your booked date, and are very happy with 10% of all delivery's to be late. Would NOT RECOMMEND

Very disappointed. Ordered flowers for my friends 60th to be delivered 29th May..., finally arrived 1st June.
And that's not the end of the story... Email from Lovelyfloraworld was that if placed in the evening it will be the next working day (as per the T&C) despite the confirmation stated clearly that they would be delivered on the 29th May, and as it was the bank holiday that the delivery would be the next working day ie 1st June!. Again... not the end of the story... when they did arrive they did not resemble the flowers advertised, they were a 'bunch of carnation' instead of a 'bouquet of carnations' (again site states may differ but I didn't expect to see supermarket flowers arrive) So for those of you who want to order, consider is the discount worth the delay and poor quality! (see photos of that ordered and that received)
They allow you to choose a delivery date, then when does not arrive till dsy later, point out their terms are 1 to 2 days window. Poor customer service
Wouldn't use again, I have tried to contact them which is proving very difficult. But they are sending me emails everyday to advertise offers but apparently can't receive emails of complaints. I ordered pink roses but got pink and orange Gerber's. Gerber's are cheaper than roses so this is false advertising I was not even informed of the changed of flowers, The roses were for sympathy flowers so I was very disappointed when I see what my friend had received instead.
If your looking for first class flowers then look no further, I have used this company on a number of occasions and never been disappointed.

I order a bouquet for the 1st of May and it didn't disappoint. This was the second bouquet I have ordered. Will use again
Ordered flowers for a very sick friend they arrived looking chucked together and nothing like the picture no decoration leaves etc I emailed for a refund they failed to reply when they did over a week later they tried telling me that they was correct I sent all photos a proof? Which you can clearly see then they said if I want a refund I have to return them in the full wrapping and box ( I know right!) THEN SAID THEY WON'T SEND A RETURN POSTAGE LABEL I HAVE TO COVER IT.
Word of advice they are cheap for a reason don't waste your money or time as they don't refund. Buy from a supermarket alot better quality and look so much better.

Flowers ordered for Mother's Day ordered them to arrive extra: early 2 weeks late and flowers not even worth £5 disgusted
Answer: These people are crooks... They have ruined Mother's day. We are going to take legal action.
Answer: I feel your pain. We were sadly let down at the funeral yesterday by our flowers not arriving. They refused any compensation or gesture of goodwill. Disgusting.
