We recieved flowers for our 40th wedding aniversary from my son and daughter in-law. They had ordered them from 'lovelyfloraworld' and when they arrived they were perfect.
Having used 'freddies' in the past, these flowers from lovelyfloraworld arrived in much better condition.
Great flowers & service.

I ordered over £300 worth of flowers from this company as a thank you gift for our care home nurses. The flowers arrived but were not as advertised. A few strands of carnation worth no more than £2 from a supermarket.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered flowers for my 89yr old mum who i haven't seen since last year they were suppose to be delivered on Saturday 13/3/21 but didn't arrive! On Monday 15th i messaged and rang customer services leaving a message but no one returned call, on tuesday 16th I messaged again and rang 3 times leaving a message but still no one rang back. On Wednesday 17th March my mum's flowers turned up complete with her Happy Mothers Day balloon!
I had exactly the same problem with them at Christmas, I ordered flowers for a friend to come Christmas eve and they arrived around the 30th Dec!
You get no apology, no contact at all.
You let us pick our dates on the website and say they will be delivered.
BUT they aren't, if you can't deliver on time DON'T say you can.
And worse of all is your customer service
It's NON EXISTENT!
AVOID!

Flowers were lovely but arrived 5 days late! Wanted for mothers day on the 14/03/21. Ordered on the 11/03/21 and they said they will be delivered on the 13/03/21. Contacted them multiple times for a refund and nothing.DO NOT USE!

Absolutely appalling flowers and customer service wouldn't recommend to anyone at all over priced £5bunch at supermarket are better and turned up 5 days late. Paid £25 for these horrendous

ABSOLUTELY DISCUSTING THIS COMPANY ORDERED FLOWERS FOR MOTHER'S DAY ON 4TH MARCH PLENTY OF TIME BUT DID NOT ARRIVE MY MUM IS 89 YEARS OLD AND I LIVE 40 MILES AWAYS FROM HER SENT THEM. 3 EMAILS ARRIVE 3 DAYS LATER WOW 8 FLOWERS IN IT 2 BEND AND HEADS FALLEN OFF THIS WAS 14.99 PLUS DELIVERY WHICH WAS 20.00 ALL TOGETHER SENT ANOTHER EMAIL OFFERING 20% OFFMY NEXT DELIVERY WOW YOU REALLY THINK IM GOING TO ORDER AGAIN FROM YOU SO NOW IM CONTACTING TRADING STANDARDS DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DISCUSTING COMPANY YOU GET RIPPED OFF

I have used this company three times, first 2 times it was just flowers and they were ok but the last time was to send flowers and chocolates to my wife for mothers day, they arrived four days late wilted, I tried to contact them both by phone which they dont answer and email on there own web site with no reply.
REALY BAD SHOW.

Mothers day flowers that arrived 5 days late! After one day, my mum has had to throw them in the bin!

Put a order in on the 12/3 moms birthday was the 17/3 received them on the 19/3. Looking like the picture below, a bunch of £3 flowers that I payed £22 for. Utter rubbish, DONT BUY FROM THRM SCAMMERS

Ordered a week before Mothers day for delivery 13/3. Arrived 17/3 but to add insult to injury the flowers were pathetic and no response from 4 emails and call. Contacted my bank to get a refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Another Mothers Day review. Ordered in time to allow for 2 day extra delivery time as stated on your website. Email confirmation received with delivery date of 13th March. Flowers not received. Email to company. No response. Tried phoning - phone either not answered or engaged each time. Email from Royal Mail on 16th March to state package received by them. Pitiful excuse of a bouquet received 18th March. Flowers dead, wilted and NOTHING like the picture advertised. Please refund immediately.

Really poor quality of flowers and very late delivery. Arrived 4 days after Mothers Day. Ignoring all communications. Poor quality of flowers / display for £27 compared to what I bought for my own mother for a similar price. Two of the cream roses covered in brown.

Flowers never arrived, no reply from emails or by phone lovely flora world not so lovely and no flowers. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU GOT MONEY TO WASTE. NO REFUNDS

My daughter spent a lot of money for flowers that should have arrived in time for mothers day they turned up late should if of been a big bunch of flowers I only got five flowers and they where dead you should give all the people that bought of you there money back very upsetting to how you take the money and give crap flowers to people that paid a lot of money not what daughter ordered

Took £30 but never delivered my flowers, everytime you ring you never get through to anyone. Disgusting. They were for my 82 year old aunt on the 1st anniversary of my uncles death.

Purchased flowers for Mothers day.
The order was placed on the Wednesday to be delivered Saturday in time for the Sunday.
No flowers on Saturday, they don't deliver Sundays so expected them Monday. Nothing Monday or Tuesday.
Flowers arrived on Wednesday.
I messaged from their website on the Monday & still have not received a reply.
I have been phoning them all day today. You are on hold & then get a message saying they are helping other customers & to leave a message. I left one this morning & have not received a call. Phoned them at least 10 times without my call being answered.
On checking via Royal Mail tracking it appears they did not leave Lovely Flora World until 2:48pm on Tuesday the 16th March. Two days after Mothers Day & 6 days after being ordered.

Order flowers for my mum for mothers day it is now 18/3/2021 and she still has not received them, cannot get through to the customer service number and when I log onto my account it shows I have no orders.
Interesting that I received an email today from trust pilot to leave a review!
This company must be a scam, will be contacting my credit card to reverse the payment as goods not received.

Ordered a bouquet on 26/02/21 to be delivered 13/03/21 and it has still not arrived. Disgusting company that is nothing but thieves! Taken money and not fulfilled the order! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!

First time ever sent my mum flowers for mothers day, arrived on Tuesday and not Saturday. What did arrive were disappointing. Just keep away.
