I have been trying to contact Lotus Leggings for the past few weeks and have not been able to get a response. I had an order placed on 28th November 2016 for SGD$170 worth of leggings, and was hoping someone could respond on an expected delivery date. The tracking number I received tells me the package has been sitting in China. I got in contact the mailing company, who have been really nice, but said I have to get Lotus Leggings to contact them and see what the issue is. Can you please check my order and advise when I will receive? I hate giving ratings when you have nothing to go off, but communication would be at a one star at this point... not sure on anything else.

The only issue I had with my order was that it took about a month to recieve. I started to worry when I read some of the other reviews, so I contacted the company. Someone did respond quickly, and I recieced my order within the time frame that was given. I was so pleased! These leggings are so cute and comfortable! The pricing is incredibly reasonable too! I will definitely be ordering more!

Also if you order, I feel like the sizing is normal. Some reviews were saying they run super small but I didn't find this accurate. I am 5'4" and 115lbs. I am usually a small-medium so I ordered both sizes. Both fit me but the small fits better. The mediums fit in the waist but are a little looser on the ankles. Hope this helps!

I received the email notifying me that my order was processed and my credit card was charged, but I never got a tracking number nor did my leggings arrive! The only option for contacting the company is via email, and the canned response is not only not helpful, it is blatantly erroneous. No one contacted me within 24 hours, it's been more than two weeks since I ordered with no additional information available. I'm contacting my bank to have the charges reversed and am contacting the Better Business Bureau as well as Consumer Report to file complaints. DO NOT ORDER FROM LOTUS LEGGINGS!

Ordered two pair of leggings for my daughter on Dec. 17th. Received an email from Lotus Leggings that order was being prepared for shipment. Sent an email to their customer support on December 29th and again on January 10th. No response to either inquiry and no delivery of order as of Jan. 18th.

This company has an F rating from the BBB. I now know why. Constant and repeated complaints about non-delivery of merchandise from customers. This company is a bunch of shysters and rip-off artists.

If you have been ripped off by this company, you can contact the BBB of Greensboro, NC and file a complaint. You can also file a dispute with your credit card issuer to try and get a refund.

[Update] Received a response from Lotus Leggings after posting my review. Unfortunately it was a typical blow-off response used by online merchants to deflect negative comments and "look like" they are actually being responsive to customer complaints on review websites. Typically there is no intention to resolve the concerns that resulted in the negative review.

Lotus Leggings has all of my contact info from emails to their customer support and a complaint filed with the BBB in Greensboro, NC. Just another indication that they are running a scam operation.

Terrible experience with this company. They have poor business practices, terrible communication with canned responses, long shipping times, delays in shipping and providing tracking info, and poor inconsistent sizing. People that give them poor reviews and complain on the company's Facebook page get the comments deleted and blocked. It has also been alleged that they steal art work and pictures from other web sites. Products are shipped from a Chinese warehouse. Delivery times are anywhere from 5-25 days. I ordered my leggings on 12/06/16, and they arrived on 01/10/17. I received a shipping notice on 12/18/16 with no tracking number. I waited ten days, until 12/28, to ask where my tracking number was. They replied with a canned response on 12/31/16 stating that I had not waited long enough for the tracking number. I sent them another message on 01/03/17 that I had already waited longer than the specified amount of days for my tracking number, as it was already 20 days since placing my order, and I just wanted to know where my package was. They finally emailed me back on 01/05/17 with my tracking number. When I looked up the tracking info I saw that my package was JUST shipped out from China on 12/29/16, a whopping 23 days after placing my order! My order arrived on 01/10/17. Both pairs of leggings were way too small, even though I ordered per the sizing chart. I also noted that one pair had Lotus Legging tags sewn into the garment as well as a paper tag attached by plastic, while the other pair did not. I could not get them over my hips. Other reviewers report that leggings of the same size are inconsistent. Their return policy is terrible as well. They charge a $5 restocking fee, and the customer must pay for return shipping. I also recently found out that they are alleged to have stolen artwork designs form other companies, such as Eagle Rock Werkshop. I have also read allegations from folks that they steal pictures from other companies product photos, and from peoples' personal Instagram and Facebook pages.

As an avid legging lover, I am always searching for new, funky designs. I was drawn to Lotus Leggings because of their wide selection of unique designs. I then discivered that their leggings are super high quality, and that is why I will absolutely be a repeat customer. The fabric is thick but breathable, and whenever I bend over, I am not worried about showing off too much of my nether region! That is the best part... no accidental flashing!
