Like everyone else here, very negative experience with this "company". I don't feel the need to regurgitate the details, as they run parallel with everyone here. It's simply shocking to me that a company can continue to exist when the clearly have no concerns with customer satisfaction. I don't want any generic excuse as to why, i. E. Growing company... I just want results. I'm done with the generic and impersonal responses to my concerns when contacting their "support" email. I'm stuck with a crappy pair of leggings I didn't order, will never use, and can't return or refund (who doesn't include invoices?! Oh yeah, lotus because that would require an iota of diligence).
For anyone else who has had a bad experience, please take the time to formally complain to the better business bureau. Lotus is rated as an F.
Do not buy from this company. They don't deserve your hard earned money until they can demonstrate some form of professionalism. Terrible, terrible experience
They took forever to ship the items and I sent the items back for a refund over a month and a half ago and they have not refunded my money still. The items were never worn, returned in the original package and sent back according to their instructions. Don't be swayed by the cute prints. Your money will disappear.
Ordered beginning if december. After 7 weeks I asked for it, and they offered me a refund ASAP. The result: I never received either my products or the refund. I´m still complaining, and nobody answer.
Purchased 2 pair of leggings the beginning of December, its now the end of January and nothing. They have no number I can find anddo not respond to emails. They responded once to a face book message telling me the order was "lost in transit". Still have yet to recieve them or a refund. Very disappointed.

I Placed Order #******* a month ago and have not heard from the company at all. They have taken my money, but will not respond to my questions for when i will receive my product. I would like to cancel the order however Customer Service does not get back to you nor do they have a viable phone number.

I will NOT ever do business with them but i do hope they get their act together.
They're really cute. But I had 2 major concerns.
1) the fit. Unless you're super skinny, you need to have a size up. Mine are too small on the thigh and butt area. And
2) one of my pairs ripped in the crotch after wearing it once. Possible because they're too small, but they're not THAT too small.
So. In conclusion, I guess, they're cheap for a reason. Don't expect anything spectacular but they are pretty cute. I'll buy them again most likely
Bought a pair of leggings the 28th of November. Got on a tracking number that left China the 12th of December and now after sending them email havent got any answer... Does someone know if there's any other way to contact them?
I ordered 3 pairs of leggings. December 12th and have not received them as of the day of this posting.
Took over a month to receive my leggings & they sent the wrong ones. They came from China & were very cheap. They don't answer my emails and there is no phone number. Don't order from this company!
I have placed my order on December 5 (almost two months by now) and upon requesting information about the goods and money returned, I have only been met with automatic responses and then no responses at all. I have read many recent reviews and understood that my leggings are likely not going to arrive. Do not fall for the fake reviews.

I placed an order November 24th 2016 and still have yet to receive them. Shipping has been pending since December 5th. I have contacted Lotus Leggings via email on 6 different occasions, Facebook on at least 3 different occasions and have only received 2 responses back. It started off as if they were willing to correct the situation, but then they must have realized how badly they screwed up and are now ignoring me. The least they could do is give me my money back. Which I have requested several times now. It sounds like their reviews started off on an okay note, and now have progressively been getting worse. We need to stop this company if more and more people are getting screwed over in the end.
I ordered a pair of leggings for my wife to try out! They have such cool designs so we gave it a try! BIG MISTAKE! They charged my account, 15 days later they have not sent shipping information, would not respond to me on Facebook, banned me on Facebook and lastly will not contact me via email or phone! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!
I waited 6 weeks for the leggings to arrive (didn't even receive an email - as promised - when my package was dispatched) to find that one out of the leggings was a different print and size. Besides, the quality is low and the print work is cheap. I emailed them about the mistake and asked for a refund, got an automatically generated email saying that they'd get back to me within 24h, of course it took almost a week just to be told that I'm mistaken as their records show that it is indeed the correct item. Honestly, I can't even be bothered to go through the hassle of dealing with this. The bottom line is that I do not recommend this company as the quality is unsatisfactory and so is the customer service. I guess you get what you pay for. That's 50 pounds out the window. Lesson learnt!
They do not tell you that they ship straight from the chinese sweat shops. That makes shipping take over a month. That also means no quality control in between. The cloth is very this and low quality in person. One of my items was badly sewn and was not to the same measurements or proportions of the other items in the same size. I tried to email them, but they did not answer. I wrote on their Facebook, and they blocked me! This is ridiculous.

The company accepts direct credit card payments via their website, so no third party is involved, e.g. PayPal or eBay, etc. This is what allows them to evade responsibility and keep everyone's money if orders go wrong - offer no exchanges or refunds. The Returns address they gave me was an empty field in North Carolina, with a furniture shop in the background, lol. Don't bother trying to exchange or return any leggings. It's simply not going to happen. And every time you write to Lotus Leggings, it's a different person responding, as if they have a hundred employees, lol. I don't buy that for a second. The product looks good, but I have to say, the leggings look different to the website, and the material starts falling apart after about a week of normal use.
