I would like some feedback on the above-mentioned order which was placed more than 2 months ago. I have made repeated attempts to contact #Lotusleggings but despite promises to respond within 24 hours there has been no response. #Lotusleggings has taken my money. It has failed to deliver the product. This is very poor business practice. Return the money or deliver the product. How hard can it be.
Lotus Leggings has the worst customer service of any company I've ordered online from. The first time I ordered from them, the leggings took way too long to arrive. The second time, they sent the wrong leggings, and they have so far not replied to five emails I have sent about the problem. Their website gives no phone number, so the only way to contact them is by email, which they simply don't answer, in spite of sending an automatic message saying they will usually reply within 24 hours. I'm so fed up. I will never buy from them again, ever.
I ordered leggings for a dance recital 12/12/16. I emailed the company (as there is no direct customer service phone number available) several times. I received one reply with a coupon but no info as to when my leggings would actually arrive. Needless to say the dance recital has come and gone and still no arrival of two pairs or leggings. I won't be ordering again.
Purchased leggings from them ~ they took FOREVER to get here. I contacted the company and asked questions... no response from them. I finally received the leggings and the stitching is out on them and the fit is absolutely terrible!

I received my order today after ordering like 8 weeks ago. I received it after I emailed. No reply back. I will be disputing charges as I order XL and got XXL and I ordered the Wonder Woman pants and mermaid got a tie dye kind and some shiny pants with fin shoes but looks nothing like what I ordered. Happy to post pictures!

Took my money, sent my package about 8 weeks later, which I expected from other reviews, and only HALF was there. I've contacted them multiple times with no response. Once I said that I'd opened a dispute with my credit card company they responded immediately. They deleted any negative comments on their photos immediately all along, but never replied. I was recently blocked from their page. I've filed a complaint with the BBB as well. They will take your money and run. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Literally the worst customer service ever, I placed an order in November, end of December rolls around and even though I emailed them asking for a tracking number, I still did not receive one. January rolls around and my lease is up so I email them saying I'm moving and need to change my address to ensure I still receive my package. Febuary comes around and I still haven't received a tracking number or a package or a response AT ALL from them! How is that running a business? They had no problem taking my money 4 months ago but can't respond to an email? I will be contacting my bank and despairing the charges and telling every single person I know not to order from these scammers!
I placed my order on December 4th, 2016, for 4 pairs of leggings. I was prepared for delays due to the holidays, and I live in the UK so I was already expecting a 2-8 week waiting period. But on Jan 17th 5 weeks later their website still said my order had been "confirmed" and that they were "getting it ready", which sounded like it had not been shipped, so I emailed them asking about my order. On February 7th, 3 weeks later, I still had no response so I nudged them via email and also messaged their Facebook page. On Facebook I finally received a response, but it was basically just "What's your order number" (which I HAD included in the original email, to be clear) and "We'll be in touch". I asked for a tracking number, which their website says you can get if you ask for it, but got ignored. Last night, February 9th, I received an email saying my order "has been canceled due to unavailability" meaning they basically borrowed over $60 from me for 2 months. They say they'll refund the money but I've not received it yet apparently it can take 3-15 business days. I'm very unhappy with the service and with the fact that their store doesn't seem to have a f***king "out of stock" option instead they just sell product they don't actually have. I wish I'd looked at reviews before I ordered from this store instead of wasting 2 months of my life awaiting a package that never arrived. Oh, and I found all the same prints through aliexpress, cheaper I've already ordered them. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
Pretty disappointed in Lotus Leggings.
I was sent the wrong pair of leggings and emailed them a couple times about needing them to exchange for the correct pair. It took DAYS for them to get back to me, and the moment I brought up getting the correct pair exchanged at their expense (them covering the shipping cost), they disappeared.
I then took to Facebook and reached out to them about the same issue. At this point, I was frustrated because I just wanted a simple response about shipping, but their customer service is terrible and I couldn't get one. They requested photos of the items, so I sent photos of two pairs of leggings in the original packaging. It showed the message was read at 2:52 p.m. on Monday. By Wednesday, I had not heard back so I messaged again about the leggings, and I have yet to receive a response.
Customer service for Lotus Leggings is absolutely terrible. The moment you talk about a refund/exchange, money or it costing them anything (I was initially only asking for shipping to be covered since it was their error), they disappear. I order a ton of leggings online, and suggest my favorites to my friends who do they same. I was really looking forward to continuing to order from Lotus Leggings, but I absolutely will never shop here again and have suggested to my friends that they do not either, as the customer service is terrible.

I ordered over $50 of products two months ago. Several of my subsequent emails have gone unanswered. Tweeting doesn't help.
But they don't hesitate to send me daily marketing emails to try to get me to gift them more of my money.
I ordered around the December 10, and had not received my items as of January 1. I emailed the company and got a canned response, but they included my tracking number this time. I went back and forth in email with them a few times and each time the response was very impersonal and seemed canned. I finally contacted my bank and disputed the charges.
My order didn't arrive complete, and I had to send back some items (too small). They owe me >80USD, and they stop answering me per email. Never got the money back and probably never will. I started complaining on Facebook, and they blocked me! They are thieves, they are liars, I never saw this in my entire life!
Worst online shopping experience of my life! Back in December I bought 2 dresses and a pair of leggings, as a Christmas present for a friend.
A month later, after the status on the tracking number stopped updating, I decided to take matters into my own hands and contacted the shipping company (despite having listed 2 phone numbers and 2 E-mail addresses, to be noticed when the package arrives, a service that I paid for extra)
As it turns out, the package was at the postal office, but only contained the pair of leggings, not the dresses as well... I tried contacting Lotus Leggings about this, no answer on the phone, ignored on Facebook. My emails to the support team were also ignored. Finally, after two more weeks I received an automated response linking me to their Return Policy page and the notice that if I demand a refund, I will have to pay for the returns myself.
I replied to ask how on earth could I return items that DID NOT arrive?! No answer yet. Basically at this point I paid almost $60 for a subpar quality pair of leggings.
I contacted my lawyer and hopefully by the end of the week I will know what to do next and how to make this awful scam company payback what they owe me
I agree with all the bad reviews. I had posted a pic of myself on their page and 30 min after they ripped in the crotch and I had to teach a class. I started responding to them via messenger for a solution and they replied at first hen would never reply again about getting a replacement.
They had commented on my picture positively to which I replied with issues I was having... they deleted that thread BUT at the same time replied to every one of my FRIENDS comments with thanks and buy these. Unbelievable!
Absolutely awful. From A-Z, this is the worst company ever. You order, pay, and wait wait wait. No response ever except if you post a comment to their Facebook, and if it's negative at all (like hey, you should actually give people things they pay you for), they delete the comment and bar you from commenting. I recommend you go to their FB page and report it to Facebook, as well as the BBB.
Like everyone else here I've been tricked into buying bright and colourful leggings only to receive the ugliest, pale colour, bad copy leggings after a month of anticipation. Now it's been over a month since I've been trying to get that 'personal response' from the support team to get the money refund but with no success. Is there anything we can do to get our money back and get rid of the garbage they sent us? I am not going to wear them ever.
Like all the previous reviews, no response from customer service. I have sent several emails regarding shipment details with only the standard, generic response email. I really wish I would have googled this company before buying their product. It appears the last response on this site was 1/19/17, then... nothing. How can this company continue to do business? This is ridiculous, they certainly process your payment quickly, but then absolutely no response to email inquiries concerning shipment tracking number. I'm sure I will be joining the hundreds of others still waiting for their leggings to arrive a month from now, I've been waiting over 2 weeks. Someone with the company sure is busy on their facebook page though! Too bad their customer service isn't as attentive.

The company accepts direct credit card payments via their website, so no third party is involved, e.g. PayPal or eBay, etc. This is what allows them to evade responsibility and keep everyone's money if orders go wrong - offer no exchanges or refunds. The Returns address they gave me was an empty field in North Carolina, with a furniture shop in the background, lol. Don't bother trying to exchange or return any leggings. It's simply not going to happen. And every time you write to Lotus Leggings, it's a different person responding, as if they have a hundred employees, lol. I don't buy that for a second. The product looks good, but I have to say, the leggings look different to the website, and the material starts falling apart after about a week of normal use.
