Despite having good reviews on this site let me tell you they offered people on their Facebook and email newsletter discounts/money (I have screenshots and the email saved) for reviews, no good company does that. The three pairs I ordered from them were from china, cheap quality, snag easily, run two sizes small, and are highly overpriced. I have gotten leggings that are a thousand times better quality from hottopic for the same price with faster shipping. Do not trust Facebook companies without looking into reviews, most of the companies are scams and absolutely not worth your money or time.
I have brought a few leggings to work out in. I love that i stand out in the gym, and i'm not just wearing boring black. I get to show my personalty with my clothes. All my leggings are well made and stay up to the pressure of constant stretching and washing. Love them!

I love my Lotus Leggins and not just because I was asked to give a review. The fit is exceptional (I ordered 2x when I wear an xl and the fit was as expected, perhaps a tad too big) and the shipping was a little longer than I hoped, but it did originate outside my country. I'm awaiting my second order and I anticipate my complete satisfaction.

This company is downright shady. My order took over 5 weeks to arrive and the sizing is all wrong. The only response you get to email is a stock response that doesn't answer your questions. They deleted my negative comments on their Facebook page and blocked me from posting. Don't get scammed by this company.

I would LOVE to leave a great review, but I haven't gotten my order from Dec. 22. It's Jan 11. I reeeally wanted to order more pairs, but won't in case it's a scam. They have no phone for customer service, just a snail mail address. Sent a text to "customer service" got a bot reply that was basically blowing smoke. Told I would have a response a/in 24 hrs. That was Jan 45th so... Will update of something changes but at this point umm- not feeling it. Good luck to anyone who has already ordered. Hope this was a one-off.

We ship orders on Mondays - Sundays during office hours only. We do not operate on public holidays. DO not join the Crate Subscription. The first order was fine and in my size and I was excited for the next month's box to arrive. The second order was a size for a very skinny small person... I have emailed the company three times now and each time I get the automatic generated email stating they got my email, BUT no one has contacted me back so that I can exchange these. For the $25 you pay and not get the size you ordered PLUS no contact from the company. I say good riddance and I am cancelling my subscription and never buying another thing from LotusLeggings. You will also note that they respond to the negative feedback, however, it is the same wording in every single response. Hmmmm
Update: Finally customer service responded, however, I was told I would have to pay for the shipping. And I responded that this was your fault, I ordered the correct size, you sent me the wrong one. Basically if I wanted to exchange them I'd be responsible for shipping charges with no reimbursement. So again beware. I have cancelled my subscription and will not be ordering anything else from them.
I'm not sure what the previous writer considers to be "fast delivery" but I consider 6 weeks extremely slow. Especially considering that there is ZERO response from the Lotus Co with the exception of the canned answer "a ticket has been generated". Do Not deal with these people. Only giving one star because negative stars are not available

They've sent out an e-mail to their list offering $25 for positive SiteJabber and Trustpilot reviews. Don't trust ANY positive reviews. This company was LuluTops, and they scammed so many people they had to change their name. They're still terrible and plus, they won't unsubscribe me from their mailing list. Buyer beware. You will NEVER receive your items, they will falsify tracking info, and then they'll leave you in the dark so long you can't get a refund through paypal. It's a scam, plain and simple. If you buy from here it will be your fault.

So youre probably seeing a lot of good reviews because they sent an email enticing people to submit a review. So here i am. This websites awful. My sister and i each tried ourchasing leggings off here and not only did they never $#*! after a month. But my sister hasnt even recevived a refund yet and she bought 3 pairs. The communication is terrible. Ive tried reaching out in their instagram and they delete my comments without attending the problem. This place is a scam and their leggings dont even size properly. Spend your money elsewhere.

I now own a small collection of these. I decided that simple black leggings was getting to boring. So now i have a variety. I love them, well made, strong and great fit. The sizing charts ar bang on. These are also so fun and easy to help with fun costume and club outift ideas. I also love the fun smiles i get when using the workout capris! I can't wait to get more!
I hav read some reviews of shipping issues, but with both of my orders, i got all the confirmation ema ils and notification once shipped and all shipped in a quick timeframe.

I really don't like to leave bad reviews for anything and always try to find the good in a situation, but with this, I just can't. I placed an order on 12/6 (fully aware of their long processing/shipment times posted on their FAQ page). Didn't receive a "your order has shipped" email until 12/18. Email stated tracking updates would be available, bla bla bla... On 12/28 I submitted a "ticket" via their website to inquire about a tracking number, stating I am fully aware of their long shipping times, I just want a tracking number. Received some sort of bot response re-stating processing/shipping timelines and NO TRACKING NUMBER. Emailed again on 1/4 to ask AGAIN for a tracking number. NO RESPONSE. Tried for the last time today. I give up. They delete people's inquiries on facebook, reply to negative reviews with the same generic responses that they put on everyones (watch, they will reply the same way to this review as they have to all the others). I have searched this company online and seeing the mass amounts of customers they have done wrong is very upsetting and leaves me wondering how they could possibly still be in business and haven't had any sort of legal ramifications. They respond to people with things like "this must have been an error with our shipment team", or "sometimes messages get lost in our system". If these mistakes were truly out of your control, why couldn't you have CONTACTED YOUR CUSTOMERS to let them know? I myself own 2 business and can't fathom any possible reason why they can't have honest and open communication with their paying customers other than they are lazy or just simply scamming people. If I receive no response today, I will be taking any possible legal action that I can and encourage others to do the same. They are not responding to peoples refund requests, or are not refunding people the correct amounts. Business that operate this way should be held responsible for their actions. Good luck, everyone.

The company accepts direct credit card payments via their website, so no third party is involved, e.g. PayPal or eBay, etc. This is what allows them to evade responsibility and keep everyone's money if orders go wrong - offer no exchanges or refunds. The Returns address they gave me was an empty field in North Carolina, with a furniture shop in the background, lol. Don't bother trying to exchange or return any leggings. It's simply not going to happen. And every time you write to Lotus Leggings, it's a different person responding, as if they have a hundred employees, lol. I don't buy that for a second. The product looks good, but I have to say, the leggings look different to the website, and the material starts falling apart after about a week of normal use.
