I ordered a product on 12.12.2016. I got an email confirmation of my purchase. I just contact them today as the purchase never arrived, and they tell me that my order was cancelled. They never notified it to me! Never received and email!
The explanation was that the product was out of stock. So they sell products that they dont have.
Now I have to check if my payment went through as they are not even able to confirm it. Appart from the wated time and the fact that I dont have the product that I bought and have been waiting to arrive for three weeks.
I buy online very often, and never saw anything like this.
I purchased Tresor perfume from lookfantastic. When I received it it was the wrong colour no smell. The company refused to acknowledge the fact. Do not buy from this company. I have informed Trading standards
BE AWARE IF YOU ARE ORDERING FROM INDIA. What the website doesn't tell you is the item is being delivered from UK and in addition to the cost of the item you pay half the amount on custom duty. I ordered an Issa Mini Foreo for Rs 7328 on 18 Nov 2016 and received the item on 28 Dec 2016 and had to pay an additional Rs 3756 as Custom Duty! BTW the free gift I was suppose to get never came..
1) Look Fantastic contacted me that none of my credit cards on file were working, and for me to enter a new card.( I only did this because I am stuck in a 1 year contract with their Beauty Box sub program) I did this 3 times per their requests, got a email back saying it still didn't work! This went on all of November. I finally sent them a email saying cancel my subscription! I had stop trusting them on the handling of my credit cards. No response to that, but just got a email that my Nov sub. Box was just shipped ( on 11/22, will arrive 12/7!... using one of the credit cards on file! A month late! Wee! I don't even want it... but can't cancel!
2) After 2 boxes into my year sub, I saw on Beauty Blogs that yearly LF subbers were paying only $14.50/box, I was being charged $16.50/box...$24.00 more a year for the same products! After emailing them, their response was the 11.25 GBP is the exchange for $16.50. That THEY were correct! Well it's not, it is $14.02. But they continue to charge me $16.50/mo for the Nov. Box. Even after my many emails wanting to cancel or to be charged correctly, I get a canned email back saying I am stuck with them for 1 year! No if, ands or but's. Which brings me to 3...
3) The 6 mo subcription is $16.00/mo. I am on my 7th box paying $16.50/mo. I have sent them an email saying I have more than fulfilled any commitment to them, since I am paying over $16.00/mo, I should be a 6 mo. Subscriber. This sub stops NOW! Because of their CC mistreatment, and over paying monthly, I am done... I have tried to cancel this monthly and they refuse, they don't even work with you! Very dishonest company.
I subscribe to other beauty boxes, have never had this happen with any of them.
I wish I could give 0 star to this company. I placed the order on Sunday. And realised in one minute that their system auto insert my account name as recipent name. The address is all correct. I want them to either amend my name or cancel the order via msg on their site and Facebook. But they replied the same all the time without even read my messages until the order was just sent out without recipent name on it. They won't never try to help anything. What they only say is they can't help.Are you kidding me? I won't be able to recive my order! That's redicolous. 300 dollars. I need compensations on this! Never ever buy anything through this site!
My order was suppose to be here a week ago I contacted them and they said could be another two weeks... REALLY? Pick a date out of butt and stick to it! Never again! My order will arrive from Amazon in a two day delivery so I ordered it from them since I may have thrown away $30 with this company. No wonder shipping is free because they never ship it! Do not buy from them!

DAISY on lookfantastic facebook tells me 'As it has now been over 40 days since your order was sent, we cannot trace this item and are unable to offer you a refund or replacement.'
I am out $75AUD, I have never received the items.
I require their complaints Management to refund me.
Seconds after placing my order i realised i sent it to my home address instead of my work address. I tried to cancel it and it said unable to cancel because your order has been dispatched already, this after 1 minute top? So i was forced to receive the parcel pick it up then send it back. It was confirmed they received and it's been half a month now and no refund! I have contacted them several times. I am not ordering again from them and decided to leave this review so no one has to go through this
I placed my order and within minutes I realized that I wrote my postal code wrong. I tried to call them but since it was Sunday they were closed and I tried to contact the costumer support with the live chat. The lady said to me that she couldn't help me change my postal code or cancel my order because my order was dispatched already! And when I asked them where will the order go since it's an address that doesn't exists they responded that maybe the postal service will return it back to them and if the don't then they are really sorry but I will lose my money. This is unacceptable, I also asked for a copy of my conversation from the live chat but I never received it and one lady at the customer support hang up the line and I had to call back all the way from Cyprus to England. I really hope I will get my money back since it was a big amount because at this moment I feel like I really don't trust this company at all and I will never place an order from them again.
A word to the wise... I am so grateful that my bank denied payment to this bogus company which has a fraudulent status with visa. Next time I will research a company before submitting payment. Good luck to all.
On August 11,2016, I placed an order on LookFantastic.com. Lt's October 11 and I still haven't received my order. I order stuff online all the time, even products on Ebay! I have never not received an order until LookFantastic. So basically, they stole $41 from me. I advise anyone in the states not to order from them but if you decide to, make sure you pay extra to be able to track your package.
Never sends order delets your account after ordering has another scam website HQHAIR.com be careful don't order.
Terrible company... because my order was declined due to nonot payment I ordered elsewhere... 2 weeks later they took the 36 pounds from my account and dispatched order I contacted them asking for money to be refunded but have to wait until I have received parcell sent it back and they've received it for a refund which really puts me in trouble financially at the moment. Very bad will never use them again
Bought a Kerastase shampoo from this site. Although I've used it loads of times before I got rash on scalp and forehead after use, and it didn't smell or feel like kerastase. Realised was counterfeit. Phoned to tell the company who were not helpful and refused to refund.
Would never trust this company!
WARNING: DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They sent my order with the wrong address! Emailed them immediately to correct before shipping. Said they cannot do anything about the incorrect address that I submitted - I didn't write my address wrong! Refused to help me in any way. Said that I probably won't receive my order & IF they receive it back at their warehouse they will refund me. Are you kidding me? Ridiculous!
I subscribed to their beauty box and didn't receive one box.
Contacted them via twitter, got a standard response to message them the details so they can look further, which i did and got no reply ever since, so i don't really know if they actually send it, or was sent but got lost due to NO tracking number.
Trying to unsubscribe now, but there is no one that cares about it since i am getting no reply whatsoever.
I am aware though that the real value of a box with 4-5 samples is not 50£ as they say since you can buy samples in a bulk with just a few cents, but the whole idea of receiving a gift from yourself appealed to me.
The customer service is incompetent if existing and that should be fixed, if not the Cust service then the owners way of thinking, which is mainly profit focused and not customer satisfaction.

I am new to yourselves, I placed an Order on the 8/9/2016 I received a few days later the wrong Item, I rang up was told dont know why must of been a picking error! If you want to send back we will replace after chatting with the girl she advised the product may be better suited, anyway tried it once absolutely dreadfu so I rang back 19/9/2016 to say I did what the girl said but I would like to receive what I originally ordered please she said yes no problem will get out in next 24/48 hours rang today 22/9/2016 to be told oh sorry theres a delay should go out in the next 24 hours! WHAT on earth is the problem its a 7.00 bottle of Silver shampoo! REALLY!
What to do if the website does not send you your item. I would like to change that and to be able to get my item and everyone else who complained for the same reason. Should i get the cops involved or leave it?
I renewed my subscription following their emailed instructions and they promptly issued a box to me, a duplicate of the one I had under my expired subscription. After a lot of exchanging emails they a agreed to take it back and refund me. They also sent me a returns"free" postage form. This was not free as I discovered when I went to the post office. After a weel I asked if it had been received and I have an email confirming this. I am still waiting for my refund and have subsequently received another message saying they will refund when they have confirmation that they have it? It appears that customer service should be renamed "lack of customer service. Pull your finger out LF and repay me.
This is the second time they have taken my money and no products delivered. Their customer service is also appalling
So much better to use beautybay.com or cult beauty never any issues with them. I will never use this horrific website again
