American Airlines the superior airline in terms of customer service, free flight changes, and overall experience. United is the more budget-friendly option, depending on what extras you need. Both airlines are enormous and have tons of flights around the world.

On July 18 I made my reservation and because of this company they canceled my flights when I arrived at the airport, they did not return my money and it has been 4 days since this happened, terrible to see how I wasted my time and not even think about it where this same thing happens with me money.
