Me parece un verdadero robo que ustedes cobren seguros y que cuando uno decida hacer el cambio le quiten casi el valor completo del boleto.
El hombre que contesta en español es un completo malcriado!
No es justo que pongan que se reembolsará el 100% del valor como se ve en la foto adjunta.

Es una irresponsabilidad decir que van a regresar el total del valor, y después le digan a uno que no se hacen responsables porque la aerolínea los penaliza
