No compren aqui es pauperrimamente mala, compre un vuelo que debia salir hoy 24 de Diciembre del 2022 ( osea hoy) me mandaron un correo diciendo que Your booking is pending, Lookbyfare booking reference number is

Sería ideal si toma nota de que su compra se completará solo cuando se haya emitido el boleto. Las tarifas no están garantizadas hasta que se emita el boleto. En el raro caso de que las tarifas aumenten, puede optar por cancelar su reserva poniéndose en contacto con nuestro servicio de atención al cliente.

Se supene que cuando yo tenia que ir camino al aereopuerto, estaba tratando de comunicarme con ellos y saber que habia pasado, lo que nunca consegui.Recibi dos llamadas que colgaban antes de tomar el telefono, Que les pasa? NO LE COMPREN,

After sending in the Payment I got a call that basically they claimed that someone was before me and I lost the deal and had to pay $300 more

Got on sight to find a somewhat last minute flight for my daughter to join me and extended family for Christmas. This site did the search and found exactly what I wanted at a great price. I'll be using it again for more travel searches.

I was contacted by a very professional person named Hugh. He was able to get me the proper refund within one months time. The company did make good on the refund policy and I will use them again.

The person on the other end of the phone not only what they polite patient and informative they also extended themselves beyond what was the Call of Duty by helping inform me of the many difficulties that I am that day

-20 minutes after booking, call from Look by Fare representative stating the price has gone up.
-I advise to cancel the trip then because there is 3 other websites with same price.
-He then puts me on hold and then states he can do same price but will have to take off the $288 luggage and I will have to buy that the day of departure
-I again advise to cancel the trip and I will be happy to book with somebody else
-this goes back and forth for 15 minutes and finally he says "let me check with my supervisor"
-he then says your rate is locked in, thank you for your time

I am not a review guy, but I feel others need to know this was absolutely horrific business practices!

Booked our flights- were called back to say the flight we booked wasn't available- offered a different flight, earlier, took that- then today all of our seating assignments were changed from what we paid extra for and selected- no one refunded the extra funds we paid to select those seats, also, nothing was done to compensate for the first oversold flight. We can't even sit near each other on two flights- and have to change our hotel accommodations to meet the new much earlier departure flight that we did not choose. Highly disappointed in all things Look by Fare.
