I chose my flight by airport to airport, and another airport was substituted. Had to call customer service to fix. I have not received my tickets yet and was told I would get them shortly.

Good so far, received a confirmation within 10 minutes of booking.
I don't have my flight info went to the website and still can't find any information about it it's hard to understand compare to others
Very straight forward, I appreciated not having to go through multiple screens.

The tickets were easy to find and the experience of overall was pretty easy all you had to do was search up look it up and the ticket was just pop out and they even give you an offer of a cheaper if you wanted to and it was really good

I clicked on the tickets with the times and prices that we wanted and got a call a few minutes later saying that the flights we chose are fully booked. We then had to find similar flights for 100's more!
It was good. After I submitted my registration someone called me for more coordination.
