I ordered tickets online & didn't press confirm. Customer service called me back, he didn't speak English well & tried to charge me additional over $300. When I told him I don't want to buy tickets. He kept talking & wouldn't stop. I had to yell at him to make him stop talking & then he asked me why I'm yelling. I told him I don't want to buy tickets & don't try to convince me. At that time he said he'll sell me tickets with the price online. Bad experience with customer service

Great experience - rep was very helpful and worked with me as far as pricing
I originally bought my reservation for $563.74 taxes and fees as well as a refund ins. I was called a few hours later and told the price had gone up to $800 and I would be responsible for the difference. After letting "Gabriel" know that I was not about to pay that after already confirming a reservation and receiving an email confirmation of the reservation. After a few minutes, he miraculously pulled another fair for the difference of $25. I told him no and I wanted my refund. Then all of a sudden he could get me a ticket for the days I needed but arrival times of extreme inconvenience. He assured me that there were no other options lower than this. I STUPIDLY said ok as long as the flight difference, I don't pay it. He booked the "new" reservation. I went back online to the airlines website. I found perfect arrival times on the exact dates I wanted for $200 LESS!
DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE EVER! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY WILL SCAM YOU FOR HUNDREDS MORE THAN WHAT IS ACTUALLY NEEDED! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
