I booked a flight for a friend's mother. Process was so easy, and the prices I'd say they're unbeatable.
At least that's what I hope. They tried to upcharge me when they called to confirm the details of my itinerary, the price he had was substantially higher. When discussed further and having agent speak with someone, they reduced their charges to match what I was originally quoted. I rated four stars with the understanding my booking will not change.
I was booking flight for a short time and they were good on helping me book the ticket.
