My flight was over booked. Got a call from a east Indian who tried to charge me more for having to change my flight. I reminded him that my flight was over booked and should not have to pay more. He tried to bully me like he was doing me a favor before I told him I would use another company, then he immediately advised me it sold not cost any extra. Unprofessional and disrespectfull to say the least.
I booked and purchased my first class ticket on their site. About an hour later, I received a call from them informing me the fate I booked had increased in price from the time I booked and paid for it until they were issuing the e-ticket with the airline. They tried to call me and say I had to pay more money cause taxes wasn't included which I wasn't going for, but other than that it was good.
I would definitely recommend LookByFare! After about 3 weeks of browsing different sites and looking for reasonable airline tickets, by the grace of God I came across this site. I saw some very reasonable prices. I thought they were too good to be true. Even being skeptical I decided to give it a shot. I booked my flight and let me tell you...LOOKBYFARE did not disappoint! Very prompt and great customer service! I will continue to purchase from them in the near future!
Nothing special, not complicated to use, wish they where more honest about final cost on the website.

Amazing customer service! I had a small issue but was later resolved very quickly, they even called me back to check on me. I would by a ticket from them again!
The employee called me a number of times and could not get the information correct and at one point actually told me that I was giving him my address wrong but when he repeated it back to me, he had the wrong postal code. I will not be recommending your services to anyone, nor will I use your services in the future.
