It was good experience I enjoyed myself but I didn't go because I had to have tooth surgery so I had to reschedule my trip for another time
But when I gave there. They told me the agency didn't paid us. I have the receipt from them for $30 and you guys make me paid $37. I want my money back.

I bought the ticket at a price and then they told me that they had to change the price. I did not like it at all, it went up approximately 60 dollars. Bad service.
When we start the flight booking, the fares are displayed for chosen dates but when we actually start booking, they automatically change to different dates.

I reserved multiple flights through website. But they called me and saying those flights price are not available now and I need to pay more to upgrade which I don't need. Anyway I needed flights reservation with limited information at that moments, I clicked agree button within email they sent me with multiple check the fact that I can cancel within 24 hr. After those higher price reservation with my payment info, I searched again and found better timing and priced flights schedule. Then I called them to cancel the flights within 2 hrs from the reservation. That is the beginning of hell. I waited, explained to multiple employees, waited again, shouted, express my anger, my frustration waisting my emotional energy just to cancel my reservation 3 hours of phone call.
Very pleased with the level of care that that I received from the service agent he went beyond all levels of service

Most of Customer Service of your company are rude; because they didn't want to listen while I was speaking to them.
