Horrible phone call from them. Bed experience. Trust and truth should be applied for business to move forward.
Have not traveled in a while. Had to cancel my flight. I was given a voucher and charged $100 additional per passenger to cancel my flight. 24hr cancellation is ridiculous when booked in advanced. Personal matters occur and punishment for those very personal unplanned events is unfair. Only flying again through Lookbyfare to redeem voucher.
Did all he could to get us on the right flight and on the same day.
