Never have I experienced of a transaction after closing will change and have price increase. Then our account was cancelled and yet charge our assount.

Immediately after booking my flight I got a call saying my flight price increased and they needed to charge me more.

They make it hard to cancel flight reservations. Even within the first 24 hours. You have to call them! And wait times are excessive. And when you finally get to speak with someone, they try and tell you, you don't actually want to cancel. They try and negotiate. Canceling a reservation within the first 24 hrs should be one click on a website. Also, refunds take 2-3 weeks. That should be mostly instant too.
