I ordered a table and base the end of December. I discovered later it was coming from S. Korea. In early February, two packages--the base and the top--arrived. The base was sticking out of the box. It had multiple deep scratches and the metal was broken on a corner. The table box was in shambles, and had several foot marks across it. I did not accept either box, and took numerous photos of each box. I then went to Litfab and read the return policy. I uploaded the photos, explained what happened, and requested a full refund. I had to send the photos three more times and explain each time why I did not accept the table and base. Each time, I stated I expected a full refund. Then they offered to send me a new table and base and give me a 5% refund. I said no, I did not wish to wait another 5-6 weeks. I expect a full refund. They then offered to refund 10% of the purchase (no new table). I said no, why would I accept only 10% of the money I spent. I expect a full refund. Then they offerend 20%. I said no, i expect a full refund. Then they offered 30% back and said that it was just a few scratches that they were not responsible for--the shipping company was. I paid extra for their shipping--I expected a full refund. They then offered 40% and said I could have just spray-painted the base. I said no, I expected a full refund. They then offered to refund me 50% of the purchase. I said no, I would accept nothing less than a full refund. Period. They then informed me I would get my full refund. It appeared about a week later as a refund to the credit card used. They tried to scam me out of money--it did not work. I wish I had read reviews about this place first. It's an overseas scam. Do not fall for this company.

Litfad is a Chinese SCAM
Litfad is a Chinese SCAM! After I was scammed out of $1,200.00, a three month wait period and an enormous amount of time corresponding w/ scammers, I found out that multiple customers had and are continuing to have the same horrible experience. Go to instagram for Litfad Scams to read more. The scam is to send customers a version of the item ordered or a broken item or an item w/ missing parts then negotiate a small discount for the customer to keep the item. In my case, I received an incorrect item (an executive desk) with no assembly instructions and missing parts.
I have reported Litfad to the Federal Trade Commission. To date I have not received a refund nor compensation from my cc company. Note that I read three pages of reviews before ordering. The reviews are a fraud as is this entire Chinese company! I hope this review saves you time and $$.

I wish I could give 0 or negative rating. This is a horrible company, can't believe I fell for it. I ordered a executive desk and my ordeal has been going on for over 3 months and a loss of $2000 due to missing parts, damaged product, no real instuctions and wrong ones with a Chinese video. Please stop this company from doing business here in USA.

I ordered a large office desk with drawers and storage cabinets from Litfad, exactly like shown in their listing (SKU: *******087). What I received was completely different — just a few small pieces of wood and some cheap plastic parts, not even close to a full desk. The quality is awful and looks nothing like the product photos. I've contacted customer service, but they are slow and unhelpful. I'm now trying to get a refund through my bank. This site is misleading and I would not recommend buying from them.

Compré un escritorio con cajones. Llegó después de casi tres meses cuando en el momento de la compra se indicaba uno y medio. El estado en el que llegó era lamentable porque estaba totalmente destrozado, ya que el embalaje no era el adecuado y se ve que recibió muchos golpes. Pero lo peor es que en el escritorio no hay ni un solo gramo de madera o algo que se le parezca, pues está completamente hecho de cartón prensado, cosa que en la descripción del anuncio no se indicaba. Es de una pésima calidad y por 123 € que me costó podría haber comprado otra cosa de mejor calidad en otro sitio. Llegué a un acuerdo con el servicio de atención al cliente (hay que decir que me atendieron bien, todo por email y en inglés) para que me enviasen las piezas de un cajón y del tablero principal, que era lo que estaba inservible, aunque había más desperfectos menores. Después de 5 meses todavía estoy esperando a poder "disfrutar" de mi escritorio. Resumiendo, no los recomiendo, porque de entrada te engañan con la descripción del producto y luego este tarda en llegar muchísimo más tiempo del indicado. Saludos.

I ordered a piece of furniture from this site and it arrived damaged. The product had a false description stating it was real walnut wood. When it arrived it was melamine. So I emailed them to submit the claim. This is when it went from disappointing to scam. I have not had a response and I have basically flush money down the toilet.
The only recourse is to dispute the charge if you used a credit card. The only thing they did was post really quality pictures. Do Not Order!

Extremely long delivery time – poor communication with customer service – incomplete delivery – damaged delivery – return process impossible. There is no assembly manual or a list of individual parts, making it impossible to check for completeness. The support team does not explicitly refuse the return but simply ignores the request and tries to resolve the issue with partial refunds. These refund offers start at 5% – this is borderline fraud.

I ordered $180 office chair and it took 2 months to get my order. When it arrived it was wet and broken. My 90 year old dad sat in it and the flimsy backrest broke and he fell backwards. No way to return it. Looks of products online are nothing like them in real life. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I ordered a desk from Litfad, and it arrived damaged, missing parts, and of extremely poor quality. It even had water stains as if it had been stored in bad conditions. When I asked for a refund, they refused to cover the return shipping and kept offering me tiny refunds (5%, 15%, 30%) instead of solving the issue properly.

The customer service is terrible, and they will try everything to avoid giving you your money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I had to file a chargeback with my bank to get my money back.

BEWARE! Litfad.com is nothing more than a blatant scam preying on unsuspecting consumers. This unscrupulous company employs an array of deceptive practices and false advertising claims on their website to lure people in and steal their hard-earned money. When you visit their site, you'll be bombarded with exaggerated promises about their products that are pure fantasy. In reality, the low-quality junk they sell is shoddy, poorly made, and looks nothing like what they depict online. It's a complete misrepresentation. To make matters worse, their so-called "customer service" is a total joke. After they take your money, good luck getting any assistance or refund when you inevitably end up dissatisfied with the awful product they ship you. They'll give you the total runaround or flat out ignore you. Litfad.com's business practices are reprehensible and predatory. I'm warning you - do NOT purchase anything from this terrible company unless you want to flush your money down the toilet and be left infuriated. You absolutely will regret getting scammed by these crooks. Avoid Litfad.com at all costs!

Waited 2 months and received a desk and chair that were broken all over, damaged & scratched, chair legs loose and unsafe, company will not refund so far.

I purchased goods worth more than $10,000 here but only received around $3,000 worth of items. The quality of the received goods is problematic—they are all defective and seriously different from the photos. This is a scam website. I requested a refund, but they have not responded at all. This has been a terrible experience. This has seriously affected the opening of my hair salon.

I ordered a bed rail from Litfad, but DPD delivered it to the wrong address. When I contacted DPD, they advised me to ask Litfad to reach out to them directly to initiate an investigation and arrange a reshipment. I contacted Litfad customer service via both live chat and email, but neither was helpful. The live chat initially said they would check, but after an hour, they simply responded that the parcel had been delivered—even though DPD admitted there was a discrepancy with their GPS records. After that, no matter how many times I tried to contact them, they just ignored me. I paid £92.46 for a bed rail and £79.80 for delivery, yet I have received nothing. It's clear that Litfad's customer service has no interest in helping customers—they only care about taking money. Their complete lack of concern is appalling. Heartless and dishonest people! Avoid this company at all costs!

I ordered 12/20/24,1 Boho Set it included 3 pieces. It was originally supposed to be delivered 1/23/25. However, after no receipt we call the carrier who informed us that the item was broken in transit and was being returned by them. I proceeded to inform the seller and ask from a full refund. Who shared the no return policy and said they would resend. I inform the seller to refund immediately and not to resend due to the broken merchandise, and time of travel. Mind I did not refuse or break this item the carrier did. However, I did request a full refund. Upon the seller does not agree. This has be an exhausting experience, save yourself some time and buy such merchandise locally.

I ordered a toilet with a drain size to match my not standard rough in. It said it shipped and would be 20 days, 35 days latter there is no record of it, the tracking number doesn't exist and I have tried to reach 4 times with no answer. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!

They are scammers! People, don't buy anything from them! They sell horrible products and don't give money back. I have a very bad experience with them.

Litfad is a total scam. The products are not at all what you see. They not only look completely Different from what's advertised, but are so cheap they are actually dangerous and uninstallable. Further, their return policy is bogus and they do not stand by anything written it. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Waited over 3 months on a chair that arrived wet, damaged and without screws/fittings for them to offer me a 5% discount which I didn't accept obviously. Customer service is the poorest I've ever seen in my life, rude and extremely unhelpful.
