I ordered a table for a project. After 2 weeks of it not shipping, I went online to try and find a way to cancel the table.

There is no way to do it via their website, and there is no phone number anywhere to actually speak with a human. I had to try via email. It takes several days for them to respond to an email, and they will not cancel the order. They keep offering me a bigger percentage off if I keep the table.

I don't want or need this any longer! I am going to have to call my credit card company and stop this before they ship it.

My apologies for the swear word in the screenshot. This was after several very frustrating days of trying to get them to cancel this.

After waiting for over three months, my order never arrived. Their customer service only provides nonsensical automated responses, completely ignoring my refund requests.

I will be reporting this situation to the OCU. I do not recommend this company at all.

This company is trash. I order 3 sofas. The sofas were horrible quality, not made to specifications & the wrong color. They are hard as bricks with little to no cushion. Company agreed to refund 70% of my money yet has refused to respond ever since. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!

The gimmick is knowing the cost associated to return back overseas. Items received will not be what's on the website. This site should be banned in the US.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. Don't waste your money. We bought last october a shoecabinet quite expensive, arrived in dicember, more than a week late, missing the right parts to build the three drawers. Since then it has been a nightmare. Although it ships worldwide nobody speaks and understands English, making the communication even more complicated. They won't reply to the messages and when replied never address the issues. We are now in the process of disputing through paypal.

I placed 2 separate orders for their furniture. It took too long to receive them. The desk was completely damaged and not as it looked in the pictures. The dresser was of inferior quality. The drawers are completely misaligned and very difficult to open and close them. The paint had discolorations and stains. Inside, the doors were scratched and faded. The wood stain was unprofessionally done and looked cheap. For several months I've been asking for a refund. They respond that I have to pay for shipping their defective furniture back because and I quote "collisions and squeezes encountered on the logistics road are inevitable". They sell expensive, but cheaply made Chinese furniture, charge a lot for delivery, and don't want to issue a refund when their products are damaged in transit. Don't ever buy anything from them. It's a scam!

It is over a month past the delivery date, the item has not arrived and they persistently refuse to issue a refund.
SCAMMERS - AVOID!

I ordered furniture over two months ago, and when it was finally ready to be delivered in early January, their shipper's truck was stolen, and Litfad will not issue a refund. Everything on their site comes from China, which causes a considerable delay. Their customer service is AI-driven and horrible.

I ordered a £300 desk in October 24 to date it has not arrived, so I opened a case with PayPal as that's how I paid, litfad provided false tracking, never directly answered or addressed any of my concerns, they refused point blank to refund me, pressuring me to close the case on PayPal I found out later that was so once it was closed I did not have a leg to stand on, well luckily for me today I got a refund in full, if you buy from this site be prepared look on trustpilot it either does not arrive OR when it does it's so badly made it's bin worthy! Go elsewhere this company should not be allowed to trade, your consumer rights mean nothing to them

I ordered 3 stools on August 21,2024, but it has not been delivered. Litfad confirmed via email that the order was delivered on 3 different dates, which is incorrect. I have requested a full refund of $1,334.55, but they have not responded. The Live Chat feature is unresponsive, and there is no contact number available. Litfad are dishonest and should not be trusted. Do not order from them.

Arrived broken. Won't refund even though I bought the insurance (which turns out is another scam). Agreed to a replacement shipped but seller would not proceed unless I canceled the claim with Paypal. Paypal does not recommend this as you can't reclaim if something goes wrong a second time. However, Litfad learned to "game" PayPal by going against the offer to replace and insisting buyer ship the broken item back. (Which is in China and the BUYER has to pay the cost to ship back a broken item) If you don't send shipping info to PayPal, PayPal will end the claim in the seller's favor. I was on the phone with PayPal call center for 1.5 hours. I sent all emails with the seller to PayPal and multiple photos of broken packaging. PayPal claimed "It's their process," With no return shipping info, the claim ends, the seller keeps the money and the buyer is left with broken items. Do not recommend and do not use PayPal to pay for items!

Run away... worse than Temu.

Ordered a stainless kitchen unit... described as commercial grade at 50% off ($800 retail)... arrived (7 weeks later), damaged parts and sheet metal that was paper thin.

Spend your $400 at a restaurant supply website and get authentic 18 gauge stainless.

Requested a full refund, but get offers of 5%, then 10%, up to 15% now... good luck actually speaking with someone.

We ordered a table and chairs from the website, not what it says on the tin, came in various boxes all at different times, customer services didn't respond, only once i filed a dispute via paypal did i receive responses to my request of a refund, they will only refund me if i close the dispute. DO NOT buy anything from them,
You can get better quality items local even if you have to pay a little bit more its worth it in the long run

To warn others:
I have ordered 2 side tables for my bedroom which were supposed to be solid wood top and beautiful oak finish.
I must say that when the parcels arrived, I was extremely excited as the photos and description on company's website were great and I loved the items I was supposed to receive.
However, when I opened the 1st package I almost burst out in tears. What I have received is not even remotely similar to what I expected. We have decided to build one of the units just to see how badly manufactured it was.
The product is shabby and made to, what I can describe as no standard at all. Parts came damaged and not fully finished. The bits of CHIP board, not wood, are covered with ill-fitting lining and you can see the corners of the board inside! Also, the lining was chipped in a few places anyway. The holes for screws and sides were not fully made so we had to clear them through and drill bits of holes in order to be able to put things together. There are no runners for drawers, so they are loose and just hanging there when you pull them out. The legs seem to be finished with what I deem is wood like looking crafting paper used by children for projects at school! Also glued in wonky.
The list of faults is endless.
If I could give them minus stars I would.
I was certainly deceived by what they have put on website in picture and description of the product. I have spent over 200 pounds on something that is worth possibly 20.
It is also extremely disappointing that when I wanted to post the feedback on the Litfad website under the product review I was immediately blocked as I tried to give no stars to this item.
And then, after I have contacted them to raise a complain and request the refund i was insulted with the offer of 5%! Which in the end ended up with the final offer of 30% after a few emails there and back. I have sent them photos of all damage and described the issues we had and even photos of item from the website and item they have sent side to side and they still claimed there are only minor issues! Absolutely unbelievable.
Therefore, to whomever might consider buying from Litfad company, i would strongly discourage.

PRODUCT SENT WAS DAMAGED, NOT WHAT WAS SHOWN OR DESCRIBED IN THEIR ADD.
THEY WANT TO NEGOTIATE CHARGES,?
THEY CREATE ALL OF THE PROBLEMS AND WANT THE CUSTOMER TO PAY FOR CORRECTIVE ACTIONS.

Style of lights that I received was nowhere close to light style that was ordered. I think this is a total Chinese scam site right right up there with Temu.
The company is no help, as no one has responded to emails I sent regarding trying to get the correct lights delivered.

I would give this company a -10 rating, but that was not an option. I don't actually think they care about ratings, they will keep doing what they are doing as long as people send them money. I purchased a lamp that arrived with the paint chipping and it had a large dent. At first they told me how carefully they had packaged it (not true), and then they have offered me refunds - first 5%, then 10%, now we are at 40%. I have asked for their address so I can return it. And now I have heard nothing.

Save yourself the grief, and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM.

I ordered from them, and the product not only took very long to deliver, but it came broken, so I took pictures of the packing and the product and contacted them, but they just excused themselves, and even the product is no way to be fixed, they only offer me some discount, looks like they are in China and they ship without insurance, all other trustworthy sales refund immediate if the product was damaged in the way because the insurance pays that, so stay away from this company, the products no even have full description and you receive very cheap quality or no the size you expect, my only option is to claim with my bank

I'm sorry there is not an option for 0 stars. This is the temu (trash) site for furnishings. I ordered what I thought was a European upholstered king bed frame. I scoped out so many options, but I did not scope out the reviews of Litfad before purchasing. The web description was lovely; metal frame with storage below, fully pillowed head board and box frame with "leather". Upon receipt, it was clear I had made a costly mistake. The pillowy head board was puckered and not full at all. The "leather" box frame is flimsy and the fabric is haphazardly stapled around the base. The pine wood slatted frame on which the mattress sits is pathetic; split in places, and not at all sturdy. Slats began to separate from frame first night mattress was in place. I'm still in the process of resolving the issue; I'm requesting the metal frame for the support of the mattress as I'm willing to make due with the cheap looking headboard and box frame. I'm guessing there is no metal frame, so I'm going to construct a sturdier one of decent material. Apparently, as mentioned in other reviews, the site pics are stock, because the product I received in no way resembles the website photos / description. Shame on me for expecting more. Shame on Litfad for supplying such shabby products and poor customer service.

False advertising, probably due to poor translation to English but they won't admit to their mistakes and won't honour their adverts. Advertised as 4 drawer desk but now changed advert after my complaint to two drawers but I screenshot it. Now ignoring my emails. I want either partial refund or the additional drawers despite their error which they should wear. Also advertised as reversible but it wasn't!
Avoid this terrible business like the plague and spend that bit more for peace of mind and honesty!

Guys listen to me. I paid 396$ for a floating tv stand. It came in 6 weeks (no problem). It arrived broken, almost every piece and without any directions. I'm still trying to get a refund after 3 weeks of emails. They will try to offer you 5-40% off so that you don't return it. I have a large box in my garage waiting to ship back. They said if I ship it back, it has to be EXPRESS DELIVERY. I finally had enough and contacted my bank to get refund. Do not, I repeat, do not buy anything from them ever. They are 100% a scam
