It's false advertising, I bought a $1500 Buffet Cabinet who doesn't look like the picture at all, the worst quality I have ever seen, also, it took 3 months to arrive, it arrived damaged and unusable. You go round in circles with them asking you to accept a discount to keep it, even though their own warranty terms say you are entitled to a full refund. After 2 emails, they did not answer my emails anymore

I ordered $1683.00 worth of product. 2 sinks and medicine cabinets. They sent the products by sea from China. It took one month for the products to arrive. When the products arrived they came in 2 packages and EVERY SINGLE ITEM WAS BROKEN AND DAMAGED. NOT ONE SINGLE ITEM IS SALVAGEABLE! I have taken photos of everything and sent it to the vendor and they are refusing to pick up the merchandise and issue my refund in full. I keep getting emails asking for me to accept a new shipment and promises of them packaging the product the correct way this time around. They sent the product in a cheap wood frame and broken pieces of foam. They knew it would arrive broken as I have never in my life seen such a poor job of packaging a heavy product for overseas shipment.
I have sent photos and copies of the vendors emails along with a link of reviews from trust pilot to my bank. They will be assisting in getting my money back from the vendor. I have called my elected official's in Sacramento and Washington DC. This company needs to be shut down from operating due to their illegal and unethical business practices. I urge anyone that has had a problem with this company to reach out to your local elected official such as the Assemblyman that represents your district. Provide them with photos and emails of the companies business tactics. Together we can insure that this company gets shut down and that no other customer has to go through this agonizing experience.

It's false advertising, I paid $800 for a shelves who doesn't look like the picture, no instructions manual to built it, arrived broken, very bed quality and they put hundreds of screws and small part in a plastic thank you bag!

I purchased two pendant lights for my kitchen island, which arrived nearly a month later. I was extremely disappointed with both the product quality and packaging. The lights I received were nothing like the ones advertised on their website. Upon opening the box, I found the styrofoam packaging torn apart. There was no installation manual, the ceiling mount size was incorrect, and instead of a metal hanging rod, I received what looked like a jump rope. The materials used were cheap and far below expectations. Overall, the entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Customer service did not help at all.

I had one of the worst online shopping experiences with Litfad.com, and I strongly advise others to avoid this company. I ordered an item for my high-end office, and what I received was a completely unacceptable product.

Damaged Product Upon Arrival
When my order finally arrived, nearly every piece of the product was either scratched or dented. I was shocked at the poor condition it was in, as if no care was taken during shipping. To make matters worse, the package didn't even include assembly instructions, making it even harder to assess if the product was usable in any way.

Customer Service Nightmare
I reached out to their support team to initiate a return and request a refund, and this is where things got even worse. Rather than addressing the issue professionally, they kept making low-ball refund offers that I found insulting. They initially offered me a 5% refund, claiming that the scratches "wouldn't affect the usage." Really? For a product I paid full price for, expecting it to be in perfect condition for display in my business? 5% was an absolute joke.

When I refused and asked for a full refund, they upped it to 10%, then 20%, and eventually 30%—all of which were nowhere near acceptable for a product that was so badly damaged that I couldn't use it in my office at all. Each response from their support team made it clear that they were trying to get away with doing the bare minimum, offering partial refunds that don't reflect the severity of the damage. I also asked for their policy regarding shipping damaged products and requested to speak with a supervisor, but they dodged these questions and kept repeating the same offers.

Disgusting Tactics and Unfair Policies
Litfad's approach to resolving issues is clearly designed to wear down their customers into accepting a refund far below what they deserve. They even used the excuse that returning the product would be "too expensive" for me due to high shipping costs, trying to push me into keeping their damaged goods. This is totally unacceptable, especially for a product that was clearly damaged due to improper handling or shipping.

Final Thoughts
If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid Litfad.com at all costs. The products are subpar, and the customer service is a complete disaster. They offer no accountability, no fair solutions, and make it incredibly difficult to resolve even the most straightforward of issues. The fact that I had to waste so much time just to get them to acknowledge that they shipped me a damaged product is unbelievable.

I will never shop from Litfad again and will be warning everyone I know about this terrible experience. They seem more like scammers than a legitimate company. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Scam

For over a month I have been told that my item has been shipped. A label was create but FedEx has not received it even though I was told by Litfad that the item had shipped. Everyone would be reaching out to FedEx to let them know this company is blaming poor shipping by FedEx for their poor business practices I.e., scams. So frustrating that people can be like this. They give Chinese businesses a really bad name.

Not a legitimate company! Bought a light for $1100 and it was nothing but some fabric covering some unpainted wires. Not to mention, it arrived completely damaged. A friend had a similar experience.

They offered to refund if I shipped it back to China and pay customs fee. Of course this is not feasible as the broken item is big and they know it. They probably won't refund anyway.

Wrote Amex and they won't help despite fraudulently bad product as they offered to refund. Amex said quality is not their responsibility, which is true, but protecting customers from having paid $1000 for a $5 product should be.

I had no choice but to accept Litfad's offer for a 50% refund. BUT THEY REQUIRED ME TO CHANGE THIS REVIEW TO 5 STARS BEFORE THEY WILL PROCESS! See below: "we need you to modify the star rating to 5 stars or rewrite a 5-star review so that we will have the authority to submit the 50% refund application.We won't ask you to lie and claim that our product is perfect. You can provide feedback on your real experience, just show that you are satisfied with our processing results and give us five stars"

I purchased a California King bed from Litfad and waited months for it to arrive. When it finally did, they sent me a Queen-sized bed instead. I immediately requested a refund because I couldn't afford to wait months for a replacement. After several attempts to resolve the issue, I still haven't received my money back.
This has been an absolute disaster—poor customer service and completely untrustworthy. Feels like a scam. I would not recommend buying from Litfad!

Litfad is a scam company

Litfad operate by selling cheap and bulky items across the world. Items arrive damaged, are of poor quality and/or are not like the description.

They know it's not feasible for people to ship the scam product back. After you contact them about the issue, they'll engage in many to and fro emails offering you 5% of the value of the item back, then 10%, then 20% etc. and 60% if you ship it back. If you keep rejecting these offers, they'll finally offer 100% (excluding the expensive postage) only if you leave a 5-star review on Trustpilot. That way they hook in the next victims. All 5 star reviews are from people who have been bribed.

They therefore rely on the victim cutting thier losses and accepting a portional refund and keep the remainder of the victim's money.

What a joke, directions are in Chinese with no QR code. No clue how to assemble this bed frame. Need to hire a handyman to figure out this build. When I did finally receive the bed frame, it came in packaging that from a pirate ship. Palate wood stabled 1000 times…so have a hammer & a crow bar available to unpack. Bed frame is a joke, its raw wood, mold, and in 100 pieces with no instructions. Dude this needs to go out of business fast. Its a joke I fell for the website…i should have checked trust pilot first!

Absolute SCAM! Do not buy!

I reported this company to PayPal, and after a long two-month battle, PayPal finally agreed to put them under review. Upon further investigation, PayPal informed me that many of the company's customers have had terrible experiences with refunds. As a result, PayPal has decided to sever business ties with them.

The company sells faulty or misrepresented items, often of poor quality. When you raise a complaint, they offer small discounts—like 5%—claiming the item is still usable despite being damaged. Their tactic is simple: they send you subpar products, and when you ask for a refund, they offer minimal compensation, such as 10% or 20%, while blaming the shipping company.

In my case, they sent me a pile of useless wooden pieces that were supposed to be assembled into a shoe storage cabinet. It was far from what was advertised.

What went wrong? What didn't go wrong?

1. The item took weeks to arrive.
2. The colour received was not an accurate reflection of the colour on the website.
3. When I contacted Litfad they denied it was different, despite the photos and website image showing the difference.
4. It took 46 emails over 6 weeks to have them agree to a 90% refund of the item price only - not the shipping.

This was then contingent on my leaving a 5 star review.

The product colour was incorrect, I should not have to pay to return an item which wasn't as described.

I am forgoing a $130 refund to leave an honest review to help others avoid this company in the future.

DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Run as fast as you can away from this company

I am absolutely disgusted by my experience with Litfad. I recently purchased a vanity them and it arrived not just broken, but in an utterly disgraceful condition. The packaging was flimsy and totally inadequate. The vanity was bent and the sink smashed to pieces. To add insult to injury, when I reached out to their customer service to address the issue, they said ship it back to us and we will refund your money. Given the weight of the object it would have cost more to return it to China than I paid for it. This company is a complete nightmare. They clearly have no regard for quality or customer satisfaction. Save yourself the headache and avoid Litfad like the plague.

My package arrived 6 months later, wrong product delivered. Then 2 months to receive the right product which arrived badly packaged and BROKEN. You won't get a refund unless you pay for shipping back to China and instead they insist on you keeping the broken lamp and then try to offer you 10% refund then 15%, then 20%. I Have exchanged 25 emails with them. They then blackmailing you saying that you have to write a 5 stars review, send them the screenshot to get a refund. It is a massive SCAM! It is fraudulent. Do not believe the 5 stars reviews either.

Do Not Buy From Litfad

If I could give a zero I would
This company should not be allowed to do business anywhere in the world.
Purchased a white wardrobe and got a tan color.
The set came in 2 heavy boxes.
No packing material between panels.
The box was full of manufacturing debris.
All the panels were scratched either from manufacturing or from transit.
No instructions on how to put it togheter.(and I am a very handy guy)
No quality control whatsoever.
No customer service.
They tried to lure me with discounts to keep the wrong item but after looking at their quality I do not want a replacement
I want my money back which I have yet to see it.
Stopped answering my emails 7 days ago.
When you see this website run,and I mean RUN,DO NOT LOOK Back.

DO NOT BUY FROM LITFAD! Litfad sold me a terribly made and defective cabinet. I wanted to send it back for a full refund, but they would only agree to it if I were to pay for the return shipping costs from California to China (It weighs over 100 lbs and will cost over hundreds of dollars to ship back) I'm now stuck with a defective cabinet with broken pieces, scratched up surfaces, parts unlabelled and unclear assembly instructions. Very bad quality and terrible customer service. It looks like I'm at a $375.00 loss at this point! I paid Litfad through Paypal, and filed a dispute with them, but Paypal didn't resolve the issue. You should also read all the other reviews to see how terrible Lifad is. Yet another proof of how horrible Chinese products are!

Ordered 4 barstools on 5/28/24. Received two boxes on 7/3/24 and then one box on 7/4/24. A fourth box was missing from the shipment with two of the seats leaving me with only two barstools and the hardware for the 3rd and 4th barstool. Followed up with customer service via email for the last two months who kept putting me off asking for patience and just this week stopped responding entirely. Tried the chat and when I give them the information they ask for they conveniently stop communicating with me during the chat. Paid $628 for four barstools for our new house and now only have two fully assembled which are useless for our kitchen bar so basically out the entire amount. All I asked for was to ship the two missing seats! My fault for not researching. Stick with Wayfair or Amazon.
