They say my pallet was delivered to my community mailbox, must be some small pallet.
Unwilling to help, its my problem I guess
Do not buy from this company. They fraudulently advertise products and you do not receive what you order. Then they will only offer a 20% refund.
Frauds +++ 2nd photo is what I ordered. 1st is what was received!
Bought, paid and received nothing...
This company is fake and should be banned from the entire internet
WORST. SCAM. It's like they are reprinting shipping labels and repackaging garbage. Luckily I did a small amount. 25 packages. But that set me back $177. It was absolutely rubbish. Nothing had any paperwork in them so I know it's bs. It was old yard sale leftovers. Smelled like cigarette smoke. Nothing I could use or even sell. It's what u do s outside a red box. So bad that ppl would be embarrassed to drop it off to donate in person.
They post items to be bid on, once items are won. You go to pick them up and they are all broken items. This company will charge you if you refuse the item or cancel it a $200 fee do not buy from these jokers. They will charge you to haul off all the garbage.
I just won auction from this website for almost $300 supposed to be retail items worth $5000 and this what I got item it's not even worth $300 do not buy from this website. It's 100% a scam
I wish I had read reviews about the company before I purchased. "High end boutique" was the listing and I got very used junk. I understand the packages were not opened, but they specifically said high-end boutique and that is nowhere near what I got. I got very used clothing, wax for candles, and a couple of cheap jewelry rings. I don't know how they thought this was high-end or boutique, but I will never use them again. Shipping was a obscenely high and slow. When I pay more than $40 in shipping, it should not take more than a week to arrive. Would give 0 stars. DON'T DO IT!
Sent dollar store items and pre tape by him, seller says its return unclaimed mail but they were all pre tape by him and inside was a pile of trash from the dollar store, some of the itemswere the same totally scammer
I ordered 3 boxes in three transactions. First was fine, probably made money. Second two were not as advertised. First advertised as lost mail. All from or to one address, and all dropshipped items from China I could not sell. Lost? Looked like a dropshipping company made money off their returns, probably more than face value.
Final box broke my interest in liquidation.com. Unmanifested returns. Ok, mystery box, fine. I figured 30lbs, probably something in there either worth flipping or using myself. Box didn't even weigh 7lbs, and the items broke because so under packed. 8 items. Nothing worth more than $4. We're talking multivitamins, cheap coffee, and baby book with crayon on it. Over $200.
They told me to file dispute, I did. They demanded proof. I provided. They denied claim because unmanifested and buyer beware.
I'd rather have 30lbs of junk than 6lbs of broken junk. That was a risk I was willing to take. But they don't stand behind it.
I will never return to here and I recommend nobody buys from any of their sellers. If liquidation doesn't vet their sellers, then it's worse than ebay. At least ebay you can feedback on the seller.
As a result-- no confidence, bad platform.
Stay away from this website Liquidation.com. They will sell you garage items claiming to be of high MSRP value, but when you get the actual items you will be disappointed. And, also it is very hard to win any dispute cases you make with them.
I ordered leggings on June 5th and they didn't ship for over a week later after I had to contact Liquidation.com. Then they shipped the next day. Once I received them I started to open them up and realized how nasty they were and they sent me all smalls. The picture clearly stated Small to X-Large. The tags say One Size Fits all. Once again that is a lie, they are all smalls. I am attaching some pictures of the nasty leggings. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! IT IS A SCAM! If I could give a zero I would!
SCAM ALERT!
This company is a big scam after all. I have purchased a total of 3 different pallets. Every single pallet, I have to dispute to get some credits back. The last pallet was the worst one of all. As the seller (acselluar) described, a lot have 4000 NEW cases with models as follows; iPhone 7, iPhone X, Samsung S6, Samsung Note 10, iPad Air1 and iPad Air2. I was thinking if I could get $1 for each 4000 cases, I could get $4K out of it. I was totally wrong. I received only 2554 good products and 214 damaged cases (it even marked "damaged" on the two boxes). There is no Samsung Note 10 or iPad Air2 as they advertised on their website. It makes matters worse; they made me dump every single case out of the box for a group photo. How stupid is it? How impossible is it for me, the sole individual, to handle that much work and there is no space for me to do so? They asked for a photo of the damaged cases. I provided it to them, but they came up with an excuse that there is no evidence at all. They are never in contact with me about the Note 10 and the iPad Air2 in their ads. You know, even little kids know how to count. 4000 versus 2768 are two different numbers. I will spread bad words about this company; then report it to "bbb.org". You are not going to get away from this one AT ALL. Mark my words on it.
Spent over 2000 on 3 auctions and got nothing but junk. Advertised as lost mail and the packages were opened and reaped. Buyer beware. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM...
95 percent of entire purchase was broken. Paid 6k total would be a 5k loss after selling what wasn't broken. Salvaged product should advertised as such. Missing most of the high value items that were manifested but miraculously disappeared. It's really a shame they take full advantage of people and they are allowed to do such. Was informed by an ex employee that they in fact pick through everything and it's sold to the bigger businesses which you will notice upon arrival, they would be the tractor trailers for bigger resale companies that are present upon arrival. Avoid this place at all cost, highly suspect any great reviews to be insiders reason being myself and 4 other acquaintances have all had the same experience, and judging by other reviews thousands!
On April 29,2023, I won 3 auctions from this site from the same seller "surplusandreturns". The auction title was "Wholesale Packages Merchandise Returns, Lost Mail, Undelivered Post" The auction stated: - Wholesale lot of unmanifested unopened general merchandise returns - It also contains mail that is Undelivered / Unclaimed/ lost. - This lot contains up to 30(10-30) packages sourced from big and well knows shipping suppliers. It is unknown what's inside these packages because they have not been opened to examine the content. USPS - MSRP unknown amount. - There is no guarantee of what's inside the packages and the condition of the items. Bid confidently and carefully. I was excited winning these auctions because I thought I was getting unopened packages. But when I received the first batch of the packages from auction 1 & 2, I was very disappointed to see the packages are opened and and rewrapped! So obviously these packages content was examined already and have been selected, the reason all the packages are garbage and worthless. I feel so scammed, ripped off, defrauded and cheated by Liquidation. I contact them to cancel the Auction 3 and to stop the shipment because I know what I am getting. Yet they refused to cancel and asked me to file a dispute on their site if there are any issue. But when I log in to complain, I was banned because I filed a dispute on Paypal for the first batch of shipment. And the only way to get back to their site if I cancelled the dispute on Paypal, Good thing I did not close the dispute on Paypal because the following day I received an email from them denying my claim. I am very disappointed with Liquidation.com. It used to be a great site for buying bulk merchandise but for them to defend these scammers, this really give them a bad name. They should not allow these type of dishonest sellers to sell to their site. I escalated my claim on Paypal. Please beware of Liquidation, This site cannot be trusted anymore. I will never complain if I received unopened packages as stated in the listing. This is not right at all. I want to cry so bad when I get the first batch of the packages because I just feel like I am being scammed with these REWRAPPED and opened packages of worthless garbage that I paid over 1,000 dollars total. These items are made in china, no name, just items that has poor quality, the garage items are way better than these junks. What a NIGHTMARE!
This company sells damaged television sets and when you dispute the transaction with them they do absolutely nothing. They even had written on the tvs they were good but both was damaged. I spend almost $700 for those tvs. They sold me a personal care pallet with over 65 percent of the merchandise expired. I spent over $700 for that expired pallet. Don't buy from them. If I could give them a zero review I would. They are awful.
This guy sends "undeliverable packages" from USPS and UPS. But it literally is a $200-$300 turd in a box. Some of the items didn't even have return labels on them, they were just in bags. I spent about $200 on forty some items and they are items you would buy at Dollar General or would buy in a garage sale. This guy sucks! Buyers beware
Purchased the phone on January 31st 2023 for total price of $294.34. I ordered 3 Android phones through liquidation.com and they all came within a week. I could not connect any of them to any carriers in the US, they all said these are international phones. This was not described by the seller online. I went online to dispute the transaction. I never received any email confirming my dispute. I called Liquaidation.com customer service a few weeks later to find out my dispute was canceled due to no response by me. I explained the situation to them and they asked me to email their dispute department directly, which I did. And still no response to this day from any of them. I called them again a few days ago and request to speak to a supervisor. I got a call back from a supervisor named Karla who basically told me I am screwed and I will not get my money back. I asked to speak to her manager she said the manager doesn't deal with the disputes, her name is Natasha and does not have a contact number. NOW PLEASE GIVE MY MONEY BACK AND I WILL RETURN ALL THE PHONES IN THE CONDITION I GOT. STOP STEALING PEOPLE'S MONEY!
Do NOT go by any pictures or descriptions, they will not stand by anything they offer. Pictures are not of the product that was sent and when questioned about them, they state that all is "AS IS" even though these auctions did not state as is on the bid pages. They will not allow for any disputes for poor product or inaccurate information. Buyer beware.
Was interested in buying pallets of goods to flip. Figured I'd toss a few hundred at it, $500 to be approximate. Did not turn out well. Every single item on the pallet, not listed at all in the manifest as having issues, was missing parts, if they weren't missing parts, they were simply broken. I basically paid $500 to remove this companies trash. Please don't waste your money. It's a scam.
