Their clothes are cheap-looking polyester garbage, even if they say "cotton-poly blend", that may be true, but rest assured it will be 99% polyester and look like it. NEVER AGAIN.

The entire purchase process was perfect, without any problem. I had to make a size change and it was very simple. I will send an email saying that it would take a while to answer but I think it was only a couple of days and the whole process of change was not more than a week.
The clothes are of good quality, exactly as on the website, the colors correspond, the sizes are consistent. The only bad thing is that when placing an order from another country the shipment has taken longer than I expected, but not so much.
I ordered several things and everything was great, the order has arrived in a week, everything correctly packed. Both the size and the quality of the products I bought are very good.
Buy for a gift and although it did not arrive on the date indicated by the courier service for customs reasons my partner has loved it and the perfect size.
Placed order mid-October, and was "entered into their system" 8 workdays later. You get regular updates telling you your order has shipped but... it has not (was told order was "in their system", and today (11/10/2020) still see order has not even reached shipper (USPS). They will not let me cancel order. They blame COVID for their long delays, when they should be setting expectation that "your order will take weeks to even get to the states". UPDATE: Here I am another week later... STILL ALL MATERIAL not in the states, and yet, NOW THEY MARK ITEMS IN MY ORDER AS DELIVERED (still not in the States, and NOT with UPS... no tracking)... RUN!
UPDATE: NOW it is December 2, and STILL NOTHING... been over 50 business days... PLEASE FOLKS do not subject yourselves to this horrible organization.

Very dissatisfied with this company. Placed two orders. First was late arriving for birthday, and was shoddy quality clothing, Second order placed at same time as first, never arrived. Lilicloth will not accept returns, and my second order never arrived. Lilicloth customer service is in China and tells me they have no US operations. So they cannot help find to second order shipped via USPS. Unacceptable customer service. Not helpful, do not take responsibility, and they don't offer any solutions. AVOID THIS COMPANY
