Terrible customer service and your order IS NOT THEIR PRIORITY. Crazy as we ordered 11 shirts the same day and received them over 2 months plus. And 2 were same shirt in 2 different sizes we ordered for Halloween - 2020 is Boo Sheet. Got one week after Halloween (over 1 mos after ordered) and other last week (2+ mos after ordered); same shirt 2 diff sizes! Well after Halloween. Company terrible. Clothes so so at best. Color you order is not what you get. See pics. They dont care. Ugly dark muddy grey blue

I have ordered clothes here and they are much cheaper than a designer's website. I ordered some designs and I compare them with other sites, they always have the best discounts. They have good selections. But get them when you can because they sell out fast. I have never had a problem so I have never dealt with customer service.
I LOVE this website. Not only do they have a large stock and variety of clothing, but the customer service is excellent and the processing and shipping of your orders is very fast. I ordered 4 shirts from this site thinking they were cute, reasonably priced for casual wear, and hopeful that the items I picked would arrive in week at the most. I was wrong on both accounts. POOR quality and shipping took almost 4 weeks. I can't imagine the return process. DON'T waste your money. The material that the shirts are made out of is so thin, you can see through it.

How this online rip off received a better than 4 star review astounds me. Long wait times for orders to arrive. When the order was received, the fit and quality was garbage. Charged twice as much on my credit card that was reported and i now have to pay to ship the item from Canada back to China. Figured out that the order was 25 USD and the rest of the cost was shipping so i am out 50,20 i can't get back due to shipping cost so i am owed 30 and it will cost 15 to get it back to the seller. Total refund on my 50 dollar purchase, at best 15.

I ordered 2 sweatshirts with entirely different styles. Got one that I ordered for a friend. It was okay but very thin material. It fit her to size. The second one came 2 months later but was the same style as the first, even though it was supposed to be very different; it fit 2 sizes too small; the black printing was barely discernible from the blue shirt so hard to read. I hated everything about it. I contacted them that I received the wrong item and the wrong size. They were willing to let me exchange but it would have cost almost as much as the item to ship so they offered me a ridiculous 15% refund. Since it was the wrong item and sized wrong, and took forever to ship, they should have been more generous with the refund. I will NEVER do business with them again.
Only gave them 1 star because 0 was not an option. Ordered a shirt online and what I received was nothing like what was pictured on their website, Not in color or fabric. Then the return dance started. It became evident very quickly that this China based company runs on a strict NO RETURN NO REFUND policy. Even their multiple emails demanding all kinds of pictures and info they already have are in broken english. They take no responsibility for their bait and switch shipment, so any return is on my dime. Then even tho my item was shipped from a U.S. address they demand I ship their defective product to China. I will be disputing the credit card charge and letting everyone I possibly can to avoid this company and also look closely at Charatz and Comfimiya as they appear to be sister companies with the same products, the same models, the same promotions, and the same lack of transparency in their return policies and addresses.
