My order below is placed twenty days ago. Two of them is not yet shipped and the rest 3 not arrived as of today. When i contacted Lilicloth, they Told me to wait with no further explanation of when my Items will be shipped. I wish that i looked all this review, before ordering anything from them. Buyer beware. Do not Buy from this people.
My impression is "not great." I will wear it a few times, but will not order from them again. The clothes are gorgeous in photos, so I figured I would give them a try by ordering one item while they were offering their clothes with heavy discounts. I ordered a hooded top that was presentedin photos with a very nice autumn themed design. It appeared to be knit with coarse multicolored thread. I was tempted to buy more than one item, but decided no, wait. Very glad I did. It took at least a month for the product to arrive. The receipt that appeared in Paypal was in Chinese characters, which provided a clue that it was likely on a ship from China. Finally my order arrived. Regarding the fit, it was good. Perfect fit actually for my relatively long arms. I was disappointed in the rest. The fabric was a thin to medium thickness woven polyester. It was not the coarse beautifully knit design in their photo. The design was simply imprinted on the fabric, and while not faded, it was definitely not as strikingly colored as in their photo. The henley neckline closure at the neckline turned out to use large snaps, not buttons. The snaps seem to be good quality, but slightly askew. There is a slight twist to the fabric when they are snapped shut. So I am disappointed. The fabric is not as warm as I thought I was getting for late autumn weather. The top also did not come with a fabric content or care tag, which I thought is required. I took a guess when washing it before wear by using cold water on delicate cycle and then line drying. It laundered fine with this method. There are much better, similar tops sold through large online retailers, with much better prices and with much faster shipping. I will not call this a complete scam, because they sent the product, but they are definitely shady and not as communicative as legit online retailers from whom I have ordered. If I had paid full price? Yes, I would definitely feel scammed! The lack of a content or care tag in the clothing is cause for concern, and perhaps illegal? This thing will end up in my donation bin after I wear it just a few times.
Everything so easy on this website and the service and communication were top notch. Would definitely order with you again. Even with COVID problems it was great to shop here!

These are all scams, search for Lilicloth reviews on other websites. I ordered something over 2 months ago and still haven't received it. They sent a tracking link and it showed that it arrived in LA on 11/16 and I live less than 2 hours away from LA. Today is the 24th and after another complaint, they sent me again to the tracking link, which by the way doesn't show who the delivery company is, and it tracked the supposed shipment going to Bloomington, a totally different direction. This company is BS. This is a scam company, just look... isn't it weird that there are supposed to be over 600 people that rated the company but the only ones that wrote a review are only a handful and they all were between October 16th and November 22nd? I call BS
Ordered 1 shirt on 7 November. They say they sent it out from HK on 9 November. It's 24 November. No item. I will never use these people again and advise you not to support anything from the CCP.
