Bought 6 Shirts, 1st One Was wrong size and to return it have to ship it back to China, the other 4 shirts it take them 2 months plus to deliver them after waiting for 2 months I got shirts they been made from very poor material and colors not as showing in pics even all shirts are not same size, 6th Shirt have to cancel it since i been waiting for 10 Weeks and it's not showing any tracking number. So over all it's bad experience have to wait for ever to get your order and when you get it it's very cheap quality, wrong size even with right label size on it, I don't recommend this to anyone
If you like waiting two months for the very lowest tier shipping service from China, these are the guys for you. Never mine emailing to complain. Instead of owning the problem of their abysmal shipping they just blame it on somebody else.
Lost my home in a fire in August and ordered much needed clothing from this company. The shipment was so slow that it was delivered to my PO box after I had moved 450 miles away to stay with my daughter but I had mail forwarding set up. I got a notice from Lillicloth that I needed to sign for the package, but when I called the post office the day of the notice I was told it had been forwarded. I contacted Lilicloth and asked the customer service rep to change the rest of my order to my San Diego address. I received the two pairs of shoes but none of the clothing. I was told that one shirt was delivered (it wasn't) and the rest of the clothing I ordered was deemed "abandoned or destroyed" and no refund will be issued! I will never order from this company again. What poor customer service! Why would I even need to sign for such cheap merchandise? I don't believe they ever sent what I ordered; the first pair of shoes I received had been forwarded. Major rip off, and couldn't have been at a worse time for me.
I registered for a purchase for this company - but before making purchase went to reviews and discovered how poorly the quality was rated. I never made a purchase. Within 24 hours of registering with this company I received advertising emails from 10 other companies. When I chose "unsubscribe" in each email I was directed to a website in Chinese. I had to translate the website - for each of the 10 companies - in order to unsubscribe. Since that time I have received advertising emails from 10 additional similar websites in less than 2 weeks.
