Great experience with this online boutique. The site is very easy to use. My order, a plaid shirt, arrived much earlier than I thought. The t-shirts looked great on me. I will definitely order again.

Don't order from here. Took months to get my merchandise. Nothing was true to size. The Smalls were actually 2X in size and huge. Then there is no customer service to speak with and they make it extremely difficult to return anything and will eventually offer you a 15% discount to keep the items that are totally useless which I still don't have. I started a return the day I received my stuff and they made sure they did not get it until it was past the 15 day return policy. Worst company I have ever ordered from all around. Any decent review is probably fake as no one could like this place. Awful service and cheap awful clothes! Totally disgusted!
First, you do not know this is in China, until the end.

Ordered two items, 3 months later 1 item arrived, no information regarding the second (my credit card was charged for both). Another month passed with no sign of second item. I contacted them requesting either the merchandise or a refund and was informed it will take time for the refund to post to my account. It DIDN'T take any time for the charge to appear on my account, or for them to hold my money for months with no intent of fulfilling the order. This company is a complete fraud.
Ordered 12/3/2000, on 12/4/2020 they emailed me that my order was shipped and "on the way". They have billed me. It's now 12/8/2020 and no tracking number or any new emails. Nothing on their website (my order) indicates that it has been shipped other than their one email claiming it was shipped.
I trusted them based on sitejabber, however now I find that Trustpilot (another review site) gives them a terrible rating at 1 star. 88% gives them 1 star. Trustpilot detected misuse of their reviews for Lilicloth.
The red flag should have been the full 3 paragraphs stating it may be delayed do to COVID-19 over and over again... Here is just one paragraph that tells me they are reaching for an excuse why they don't ship:
"It temporarily takes more time to deliver your package(s) due to limited transportation availability as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Thank you for your understanding! We appreciate your patience in these difficult times. Stay safe and take care of each other. "
Does that tell me that they care about me, or my money? Judge from other reviews and it will be an easy decision to make. Just the statement, "It temporarily takes more time..." Yes, folks, English is their 2nd or 3rd language. Big words like "temporarily" is inserted where it isn't needed.
I think I made a $30 mistake. I will follow up in another month to tell you if my opinion has changed.
Just ordered 2 shirts. Did not receive a confirmation email or text.

Of the last 3 dresses I bought, I loved all of them. Website easy to navigate, great for the customer when I wrote to them about a sold out dress, but they offered to let me know when it would be available again. Looks like they ran out of many of the dresses I loved
I ordered some pants in this online boutique because it has a fresh fabric for summer. They hold well what they have to hold. They are long to the ankles and the pockets are very practical and large to carry for example the mobile, look great and are comfortable
This business doesn't want to take responsibility of their wrongdoings. Recently, purchase a couple of items from them, but one of the items sent was the wrong one (see picture of the catalog vs what is sent. Also ordered XXL for men and was sent XXL for women). As such, contacted them but despite that they sent the wrong item in size and type, the options they offered were totally unsatisfactory and just like trying to keep my mouth shut and let it go.
Basically, they expect the client to bear the full responsibility of returning the item to an address in China, which hopefully would acknowledge the issue and then approve the refund (and that if/when the package arrive). The second ridiculous option is for the client to take 15% of refund of the value of the item and that's it. It is like "I give you this cookie for your lost box of candies and go on your way".
I am sure that some people is happy with the business they have done with them, but be aware that if something is wrong, then practically you are on your own. If you want to play the lottery with them go ahead, but from my side, that's it.
The dresses that I buy in this online boutique are very well finished and the seams are well sewn, giving a feeling of resistance and quality. Shipping was a little slow, but unlike other online purchases, I am satisfied.

I ordered approximately 10 items on November 10th, and now, after 4 weeks have only received a partial order. The items I did receive were not good quality. Colors were much different than photographed and sizes were huge, fabric was poor quality. I will never order from this website again.
Caveat emptor! The sweater purchased was nothing like the picture, different coloring and style, it looks like someone tried to duplicate the picture and failed horribly. I purchased the sweater 09/12/20 to be delivered in Omaha, NE as a gift to my daughter. It was delivered 5 weeks later10/16/20. She left Omaha 10/10/20 to travel to Florida to visit family, since she works from the house it was not a problem. She left Florida 11/20/20 and arrived home 2 days later. She clearly did not like the sweater so I tried to return it. It only has a 2 weeks return policy so that was a problem, but since it took 5 weeks when I was told it would be there in 2 weeks and based on the situation I thought they might allow us to return it. No way, so we stuck are stuck with the sweater. My daughter and I did find good humor in the situation, I told her she could use it as the ugliest sweater when she needed it. Truly disappointed but learned by lesson, I will never purchase from them again.
I loved everything I ordered, good quality and good sizes, I will order again for sure. The price is the best they have in this online boutique!

Great I had my order with a delivery date for today and I arrived earlier than expected, it is the first time I ordered on this website and the truth is that well, I asked for some shirts and great, I will ask for something safer.
I ordered over $100 dollars worth of clothing and expected to receive what was displayed on the website. On the contrary, it took three months to arrive and the clothing was a cheap disappointment. Instead of giving away, I choose to throw them in the trash! Do not order from them! If you are used to buying from WHBM, Talbots, JCrew; stick to those. Lilicloth you should be ashamed.
