Should be negative stars. I waited a long time to receive one order which came in 3 shipments. Each garment is just really poorly sewn or of very inferior material. Many have edges which are just cut, not even hemmed. When I went to return I was informed basically that it would cost so much to send back to China, that it would negate the refund.
I bought two tops from Lilicloth. I received the tops and they are crap. I won't give them away. The pictures are deceiving. I wanted to return them and was informed I needed to return them to China, which would cost me Hundreds of dollars. The tops cost me $50.00. Please don't buy from them Its a scam.

Two of my 5 items I ordered were incorrect. One wording was backwards and the other wording didnt even make sense. Supposed to say "lovely weather for a sleigh ride together" as you can see it doesn't! I have been trying to return for a 100% refund for over a week and they came back and said the most we can offer is a 70% refund if you choose to keep. I DONT WANT TO KEEP! Soooooo frustrating... will never order from them again...
The clothes on this website look nice, which is why I ordered two sweaters from them. They evidently ship from outside the country, and although I provided a valid address in CALIFORNIA, the shipment ended up in DELAWARE. It was never re-directed to me in California, so I never got my sweaters. I notified Lilicloth about the problem, but the company refused either to send me another order, or to refund my money. All they said was "it's not our fault". (i. E., go suck eggs). Well, while that is true, it wasn't MY fault either, and I politely asked them to do the right thing by me, their customer, and either re-fill my order or refund my money. They refused to do either. AND they disrespected me to boot. They were dismissive and just plain rude. (And English-challenged). I will not ever shop at this site again, and I am warninganyone else to stay away from them, too.
